Abstract

背景技术

发明内容
为克服前述缺陷,提出一种能够用作托盘的可拆卸式结构,为此原因,涉及托盘的大部分现有技术以及实施方式的解释和实施例还涉及托盘,因为这是表现出所述托盘的最优利用的领域。为此原因,将会使用托盘这个术语,尽管所述术语旨在包括所有其它结构。

自装配体结构由特定数量的两种类型的部分制成,所述两种类型的部分有区别地设置,满足结构中的不同功能。这些部分是:

竖直位置在路径的某些点处的所述失去不止包括严格竖直的槽还包括在所述槽的整个路径中维持相对于部分的表面成直角的所有槽形状。
这样的槽能够采用许多可能形状,诸如L形,J形或C形。
所执行的测试已导致选择L形的槽,尽管并未排除其它选项。
纵向构件在其底部部分具有比在其顶部部分更厚的厚度,其中切口确定厚度方面的差值。
为组装托盘,纵向构件平行于彼此放置,所述纵向构件中的至少一个沿与其它纵向构件相反的方向放置,即平行纵轴但围绕纵轴180°旋转。

由于槽的L形状,以及由于横向构件中的至少一个沿与其它横向构件相反的方向放置,因此在槽对齐时,横向构件受困在L形槽的水平部分中,从而使得所述横向构件不能掉出。
为固定纵向构件的位置,附加的一组横向构件插入槽5中,阻挡所述纵向构件的移动并且由此防止插入槽中的横向构件掉出,导致紧凑且坚实的托盘。
在托盘以这样的方式配置的情况下,横向构件的放置在凹部7上的端部10与纵向构件的底部部分的呈现在托盘的端部处的加厚部6齐平。
此外,横向构件的侧部12与纵向构件的端部13齐平。
托盘的外周因此缺少凸出元件,由此有助于处理操作。

Claims (6)

一组相同的纵向构件(1),所述纵向构件中的每一个包括:
a)多个第一类型槽(4),其在所述多个第一类型槽的路径的至少一个点处不平行于纵向构件的纵轴延伸;
b)至少一个第二类型槽(5);
c)下部部分中的加厚部(6);以及
d)凹部(7);以及
