Abstract

一种用于隔断管道气体流通的圆风门,包括圆形的壳体(3),在壳体中设有圆形的挡板(1),挡板上固定连接有转轴(4),挡板随转轴同步转动,转轴被支承在壳体上,在挡板的周缘设有密封装置;其特征是,所述的密封装置包括橡胶管(7),橡胶管环绕在挡板周缘的凹槽(2)中,橡胶管上设有气咀(71),气咀连接在转轴上,转轴的一端设有通气孔(72),通气孔与气咀相通,从通气孔输入高压空气,能使橡胶管膨胀并与壳体的内壁相贴。与现有技术相比本圆风门,具有可靠的密封性能,消耗的气源少具有节能效果。

Description

一种圆风门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种圆风门,用于隔断管道气体流通,它包括壳体、设置在壳体中圆形的挡板,挡板的周缘设有密封装置。
背景技术
发电厂、炼钢厂在运行过程中会产生废气,这些废气通过引风管道进入净化装置进行处理,当净化装置需要维护时必须关闭引风管道并且不允许废气从引风管道中泄漏,为此关闭引风管道的风门必须高度密封。现有的圆风门在其挡板的周缘设有密封元件如橡胶圈等,但使用一段时间橡胶圈会磨损影响密封性能;也有将挡板设置为双层在其夹层中输入高压空气,利用高压空气在挡板边缘形成气幕阻挡废气的泄漏,其不足之处是消耗的气源大,不节能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种圆风门,该圆风门能可靠的密封,在圆风门的挡板转动时密封元件不会磨损,能保证密封性能。
该圆风门的结构,包括圆形的壳体3,在壳体中设有圆形的挡板1,挡板上固定连接有转轴4,挡板随转轴同步转动,转轴被支承在壳体上,在挡板的周缘设有密封装置;其特征是,所述的密封装置包括橡胶管7,橡胶管环绕在挡板周缘的凹槽2中,橡胶管的首尾密封连接,橡胶管上设有气咀71,气咀连接在转轴上,转轴的一端设有通气孔72,通气孔与气咀相通,当圆风门位于关闭位置时,从通气孔输入高压空气,能使橡胶管膨胀并与壳体的内壁相贴。
本圆风门的特点是,当圆风门位于关闭位置时,从通气孔输入高压空气,使橡胶管膨胀并与壳体的内壁相贴,橡胶管具有弹性可与壳体的内壁充分接触,填补壳体内壁上的微观凹凸,实现可靠密封,橡胶管中的气体无流失,耗气量很少;当挡板转动时可对橡胶管放气,橡胶管收缩,橡胶管与壳体内壁无摩擦,橡胶管无磨损可保持圆风门的密封性能。与现有技术相比本圆风门,具有可靠的密封性能,消耗的气源少具有节能效果。

具体实施方式
现结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
本圆风门,包括包括圆形的壳体3,在壳体中设有圆形的的挡板1,挡板上固定有卡箍5,转轴4被卡箍固定在挡板上,转轴的底端插入设置在壳体底部的支座6中,转轴的顶端从壳体上部伸出。
在挡板的周缘设有密封装置,所述的密封装置包括橡胶管7,橡胶管环绕在挡板周缘的凹槽2中,橡胶管的首尾密封连接,橡胶管上设有气咀71,气咀与橡胶管密封连接,气咀的一端从凹槽的槽壁伸出并沿转轴的径向从转轴中穿出,气咀的一端固定连接在转轴上,气咀的一端封闭;转轴的顶端设有通气孔,通气孔与气咀中的小孔74相通;在转轴顶端端部设有接口73,接口与外部的换向阀连接(附图中没画出),换向阀可对橡胶管进行充气或放气控制。
所述的橡胶管由具有耐高温、弹性好的橡胶材料制成,如三元乙丙橡胶、硅橡胶等。
为便于橡胶管安装在凹槽中,在凹槽的侧壁开有一豁口,在转轴上设有一过渡块21,过渡块的形状与凹槽侧壁上的豁口形状相同,过渡块充填在所述的豁口中,气咀的一端从过渡块中穿出进入转轴。
为减小挡板外圆与壳体内壁之间的间隙,转轴贴靠在挡板的板面上,这样转轴的轴线与凹槽的宽度对分线之间的距离最短,挡板转动时所形成轨迹的直径最小。
在壳体的顶部固定有密封座81,密封座中设有密封套83,转轴经密封套中插入壳体,转轴位于密封套上部的位置设有一凸缘41,压板82压紧凸缘可防止壳体中的气体沿转轴向外泄漏也可防止转轴上下窜动。作为一种改进在凸缘的上下两侧可分别设置平面轴承,这样可使转轴转动灵活。
使用时圆风门两侧焊接在管道上,转轴由外部的动力装置(附图中没画出)驱动,转轴上接口通过一软管与外部换向阀连接(附图中没画出),换向阀可对橡胶管进行充气或放气控制,充气的气源为高压气源(附图中没画出)其压力大于管道中气体压力,挡板随转轴转动时换向阀处于放气状态,当挡板位于关闭位置换向阀处于充气状态。

1.一种圆风门,包括圆形的壳体(3),在壳体中设有圆形的挡板(1),挡板上固定连接有转轴(4),挡板随转轴同步转动,转轴被支承在壳体上,在挡板的周缘设有密封装置;其特征是,所述的密封装置包括橡胶管(7),橡胶管环绕在挡板周缘的凹槽(2)中,橡胶管的首尾密封连接,橡胶管上设有气咀(71),气咀连接在转轴上,转轴的一端设有通气孔(72),通气孔与气咀相通,当圆风门位于关闭位置时,从通气孔输入高压空气,能使橡胶管膨胀并与壳体的内壁相贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆风门,其特征是,转轴贴靠在挡板的板面上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的圆风门,其特征是,在壳体的顶部固定有密封座(81),密封座中设有密封套(83),转轴经密封套中插入壳体,转轴位于密封套上部的位置设有一凸缘(41),凸缘上设有压板(82)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的圆风门,其特征是,在凸缘(41)的上下两侧分别设置有平面轴承。
