目前国内阀门如煤气蝶阀上所使用的密封圈多采用实心结构,在阀门启闭过程中密封圈与阀座一直处于磨擦接触状态,阀门启闭力矩大,密封圈易磨损,引起阀门泄漏。
发明内容
为了克服实心密封圈使阀门启闭力矩大、易磨损、使用寿命短的不足,本实用新型提供一种空心结构的密封圈。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种充气式密封圈,密封圈内设有空腔,空腔上设一进气孔,与压缩气源相通。
本实用新型的有益效果是阀门启闭力矩小,使用寿命长,密封安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种充气式密封圈,密封部份1为圆形,内有一空腔4,空腔4上设一进气孔2,进气孔2穿过基体3与压缩气源相通。在阀门开启或关闭过程中,把空腔4中的气体放掉,密封圈回缩,密封圈与阀座处开脱开状态,阀门磨损力矩小,动作轻便。当关到位需密封时。空腔4充气,使密封圈胀开,与阀座过盈接触,密封可靠。
