充压密封蝶阀是由阀体、阀板、充压密封装置构 成,由弹性材料制做的密封体被夹持在支撑环、左阀 体、右阀体之间,形成一个环状腔,环状腔充压,密封 体膨胀夹紧阀板,截止流体,环状腔泄压,密封体收缩 并脱开阀板,执行流量调节功能。
充压介质:液体、气体。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用于冶金、化工、矿山、石油等行业的燃气、毒气、泥浆、石油管道上的蝶阀。
目前,公知的蝶阀是由阀板、阀体、驱动机构构成的。密封副均采用金属与金属间的刚性紧密配合、金属与非金属间的弹性配合来组成。在使用中,由于输送介质的不纯净性,使得阀门密封部位沉积杂物,从而导致阀板动作不到位、减弱或失去密封功能,往往造成重大设备、人身事故。
本实用新型提供了一种采用充压密封方式的蝶阀。它能够在阀门密封部位的几何形状发生一定程度变化的情况下保证阀板到位,保证截止流体。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:由弹性材料制作的密封体构成的充压密封装置被夹持在支撑环、左阀体、右阀体之间,形成一个环状腔。环状腔通过钢管与压力源联通。阀门不执行关闭功能时,环状腔泄压、密封体收缩并离开阀板,其间隙3-10mm,阀板在无接触摩擦的状态下执行流量调节功能。阀门接到关闭指令时,阀板向关闭位置旋转,由于阀板与密封体之间有足够大的间隙,既使密封部位有杂物沉积,亦能保证阀板到位。阀板到达关闭位置后,环状腔充压,密封体鼓胀将阀板夹紧,由于密封体具有随机的无定形的密封性能,既使密封部位有杂物沉积,亦能保证阀门的密封性能。
由于采用上述方案,充压密封蝶阀根除了现有蝶阀在使用过程中由于杂物沉积而导致阀板动作不到位,失去密封功能的弊病,并保证阀门内泄率为零,关闭速度≤0.7秒。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步的说明:
由密封体(1)构成的充压密封装置被夹持在支撑环(2)、左阀体(5)、右阀体(6)之间,形成环状腔(4)。阀板(3)到达关闭位置时,环状腔(4)充压,密封体(1)鼓胀将阀板(3)夹紧,实现关闭目的。关闭指令消除后,环状腔(4)泄压,密封体(1)收缩并离开阀板(3),阀门执行流量调节功能。
充压介质既可用液体亦可用气体。

Claims (2)

1、一种充压密封蝶阀,包括左阀体、右阀体、阀板,其特征是:由密封体、支撑圈构成的充压密封装置被夹持在左、右阀体之间,形成一个环状腔体,环状腔体与充压源相通,充压密封装置具有充压鼓胀、泄压收缩的特性,其安装位置与阀板关闭时的周边位置相对应,密封体既可用橡胶制做亦可用胶织复合物制做,充压密封装置的充、泄压既可用电磁阀自动控制亦可由人工手动控制。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蝶阀,其特征是:充压介质既可用液体亦可用气体。
