本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别涉及一种驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀。该驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,包括阀体框架和安装于阀体框架内的蝶阀阀板,其特征是:所述蝶阀阀板两端沿径向设有密封块,密封块中部开设有凹槽,凹槽的高度不大于蝶阀阀板的厚度,蝶阀阀板能够插入凹槽内,蝶阀阀板外侧连接有驱动机构。本发明的有益效果是:解决了蝶阀阀板虽有调节功能但密封不严无法真正实现关断功能的问题,做到了零漏风,真正实现了调节和关断双功能,可将管道双阀布置为单阀布置;有效降低了能量损失及阀板的磨损,简化了系统布置。

一种驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别涉及一种驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀。
(二)背景技术
热力系统阀门内漏是目前我国火力发电厂普遍存在的重大节能问题,阀门内漏会导致机组运行经济性下降,且还会导致设备的磨损加重,徒增设备的修复和更换费用,阀门内漏同时也会对火力发电厂的安全生产带来严重影响,内漏的阀门将使运行中设备无法隔离消缺,严重威胁检修工作人员的生命安全。目前,电厂系统中常见的内漏阀门多出现在水系统和烟风系统中,且烟风系统内漏现象更甚,尤其是具有调节功能的阀门往往不具备关断功能,导致热量损失严重,在国家倡导的“节能减排”的政策要求下,解决烟风系统的阀门内漏问题刻不容缓。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种减小能量损失、降低阀板磨损、布置简单、达到零漏风的驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,包括阀体框架和安装于阀体框架内的蝶阀阀板,其特征是:所述蝶阀阀板两端沿径向设有密封块,密封块中部开设有凹槽,凹槽的高度不大于蝶阀阀板的厚度,蝶阀阀板能够插入凹槽内,蝶阀阀板外侧连接有驱动机构。
所述密封块与阀体框架之间及凹槽上下两侧分别设有弹性密封垫。
所述阀体框架连接有卸灰通道。
所述驱动机构与控制柜相连接。
所述驱动机构为伸缩油缸。
本发明的有益效果是:解决了蝶阀阀板虽有调节功能但密封不严无法真正实现关断功能的问题,做到了零漏风,真正实现了调节和关断双功能,可将管道双阀布置为单阀布置;有效降低了能量损失及阀板的磨损,简化了系统布置。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括阀体框架1和安装于阀体框架1内的蝶阀阀板2,蝶阀阀板2两端沿径向设有密封块3,密封块3中部开设有凹槽4,凹槽4的高度不大于蝶阀阀板2的厚度,蝶阀阀板2能够插入凹槽4内,蝶阀阀板2外侧连接有驱动机构5。密封块3与阀体框架1之间及凹槽4上下两侧分别设有弹性密封垫6。阀体框架1连接有卸灰通道7。驱动机构5与控制柜8相连接。驱动机构5为伸缩油缸。
采用本发明的一种驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,当蝶阀控制柜8内的控制系统发出关闭信号时,蝶阀阀板2到达关闭位置,此时蝶阀的密封块3由驱动机构5驱动向内移动,进而使蝶阀阀板2边缘伸入凹槽4内,由于弹性密封垫6的作用可进行完全密封,从而保证蝶阀阀板2径向密封达到零泄露。当运行指令发出蝶阀开启时,驱动机构5带动密封块3和蝶阀阀板2脱离,脱离后蝶阀控制系统发出信号蝶阀阀板2开启,以此循环,进而实现了该蝶阀真正具备了调节和关断功能,另外考虑到烟风系统中的灰含量而引起的积灰问题,可通过卸灰通道7进行排灰处理。

Claims (5)

1.一种驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,包括阀体框架(1)和安装于阀体框架(1)内的蝶阀阀板(2),其特征是:所述蝶阀阀板(2)两端沿径向设有密封块(3),密封块(3)中部开设有凹槽(4),凹槽(4)的高度不大于蝶阀阀板(2)的厚度,蝶阀阀板(2)能够插入凹槽(4)内,蝶阀阀板(2)外侧连接有驱动机构(5);密封块(3)由驱动机构(5)驱动向内移动,进而使蝶阀阀板(2)边缘伸入凹槽(4)内进行完全密封;驱动机构(5)带动密封块(3)和蝶阀阀板(2)脱离,蝶阀阀板(2)开启。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,其特征是:所述密封块(3)与阀体框架(1)之间及凹槽(4)上下两侧分别设有弹性密封垫(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,其特征是:所述阀体框架(1)连接有卸灰通道(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,其特征是:所述驱动机构(5)与控制柜(8)相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的驱动式密封调节及关断双功能蝶阀,其特征是:所述驱动机构(5)为伸缩油缸。
