箱2的外侧是蓝色的。
盖3也是双壁的，并填充有泡沫。两个冷却元件8抵靠盖的底壁9固定在盖3中，底壁9是在箱2由盖3闭合时转向箱2的壁。盖3是相同的蓝色罩。
盖3在其下面变窄，使得该变窄部10嵌入箱2中。盖3在其顶部上在对应于箱2上的唇缘6的位置处设置有两个切去部11。
冷却元件8被设计成保持大约-23℃的温度。
盖3和箱2的使用简单，如下。
该使用发生在许多不同的产品必须包装成例如要被运输到终端使用者的地点。
这些产品基于三种不同的类型来分类，即，必须存储在低于-10℃的温度下的第一类型的产品，例如冷冻食品；必须存储在0℃到4℃之间的温度下的第二类型的产品，例如鲜肉或肉制品；以及必须存储在10℃到15℃的温度下的第三类型的产品，例如新鲜蔬菜。
上面描述的蓝色的箱2和蓝色的盖3存在于所述地点。还存在黄色的箱2、黄色的盖3、绿色的箱2和绿色的盖3。除了颜色以外，黄色的箱2和绿色的箱2与上述蓝色的箱2相同。
与蓝色的盖3相比，除了不同的颜色之外，黄色的盖3和绿色的盖3还具有不同类型的冷却元件8。更具体地，绿色的盖3具有被设计成保持大约10℃的冷藏温度的冷却元件8，黄色的盖3具有被设计成保持刚好在0℃以上的冷藏温度的冷却元件8。
盖3在工业冷冻设备或冷却设备中冷却，直到盖3中的冷却元件8处于正确的温度，即已经被冷却到能够使它们最佳地实现其冷却功能的温度。通常，由供应商规定的冷却或冷冻设备中的时间段依附于此目的，因此该时间段由供应商基于测试来确定。
然后，开始产品的包装。因此为执行此过程的人准备好盖3。
根据情况以及所需盖3的期望的量，这可能意味着它们已经在冷却或冷冻装置中，或者它们全都一起靠近有关的地点。中间的形式也是可能的，其中，部分的原料已经在上述地点准备好，其中，该部分的原料有规律地从冷却或冷冻装置补充。
现在拿取第一产品。如果这是第一类型的产品，则它被放在蓝色的箱2中。如果它是第二类型的产品，则它被放在黄色的箱2中。如果它是第三类型的产品，则它被放在绿色的箱2中。不言而喻，相同类型的许多产品，而不是一个产品，可以同时或一个接一个地放在同一个箱2中。
为了使其容易进行，信息标志存在于上述地点，清楚地表示何种类型的产品要放在何种颜色的箱2中。
然后，用盖3闭合箱2，其中，仅需要检查箱2的颜色，且必须拿取相同颜色的盖3。由此，基于产品的类型，间接地经由箱2的颜色，选择了盖3的颜色，因此选择了冷却元件8所被设计用于的温度。
在闭合时，箱的唇缘6略微向外弹出，直到这些唇缘的加宽部7进入盖3中的切去部11，使得箱2适当地闭合。
现在确定的是，箱2和盖3的闭合组合1具有冷却元件8，并且这些冷却元件8是正确的类型。这以极少数量的操作来实现。
例如，如图4所示，闭合的箱2现在准备好进行运输。图4所示的箱装有香肠12。箱2和盖3是黄色的。
因为盖3的底壁9不形成有意义的热障，所以香肠12由此保持冷却，使得冷却元件8可以很好地执行它们的冷却功能，而绝缘泡沫确保箱2外部的热量仅可缓慢地穿透箱2。
在产品12已经被送到接收者之后，箱2和盖3可以重复使用，其中，盖3再次被放在冷却或冷冻设备中达充分时间，之后再次准备好使用。
不用说，代替所述颜色，也可以采用其它的颜色或其它的标记，其中同样不用说的是，这些标记优选地尽可能清楚。
该方法还可以通过如下步骤来实施，其中，在第一步骤中，具有产品知识的雇员将产品放在属于该产品类型的箱2中，并且在第二步骤中，不具有产品知识的雇员基于颜色为该箱2提供具有对应颜色的盖3。
第一步骤还可以在多个不同的地点实施，其中，在每个地点仅某一类型的产品被放在箱2中，使得在该地点仅需要与该类型对应的颜色的箱2。
冷却具有冷却元件8的盖3的冷却或冷冻装置对于每一种颜色的盖3来讲可以是相同的，但是具有不同温度的单独的装置也可以用于此目的。该选择取决于使用的是什么类型的冷却元件8，以及它们需要或优选必须进行什么样的冷却才能够充分地或最佳地实现它们的冷却功能。
虽然上面示出具有两个冷却元件的盖作为示例，但是根据本发明的这种盖当然也可以仅具有一个冷却元件，或者具有多于两个的许多冷却元件。
本发明决不限于作为示例描述并在图中示出的实施例，而是在不偏离本发明的范围的条件下，根据本发明的盖和方法可以实现为所有种类的形式和变体。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于隔热箱(2)的盖(3)，具有形成所述盖(3)的一部分的冷却元件(8)，其中，该冷却元件(3)填充有旨在被冷却或冷冻以便然后执行冷却功能的冷却剂，其特征在于，该冷却元件是形成所述盖(3)的永久性部分的被动式冷却元件(8)。
2.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盖，其特征在于，制成所述盖的一种或多种材料使得冷却剂是不可见的。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盖，其特征在于，所述冷却元件(8)被设计成在某一温度区间中执行其冷却功能，其中，所述盖(3)设置在其外部，并具有指示该冷却元件(8)被设计用于的温度区间的标记或颜色。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的盖(3)和上面安装有所述盖(3)的箱(2)的组合(1)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的盖(3)和上面安装有所述盖(3)的箱(2)的组合(1)，其特征在于，标记贴附于所述箱(2)的外部，并对应于盖(3)上的标记，或者使所述箱(2)的外部具有与盖(3)的外部对应的颜色。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的两个或更多个组合(1)，其中，第一类型的盖(3)具有被设计成用于第一温度区间的冷却元件(3)，第二类型的盖(3)具有被设计成用于第二温度区间的冷却元件(8)。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的两个或更多个组合(1)，其中，第一类型的盖(3)具有被设计成用于第一温度区间的冷却元件(3)，第二类型的盖(3)具有被设计成用于第二温度区间的冷却元件(8)，并且其中，所述第一盖(3)和所述第二盖(3)具有相同的形状。
8.一种用于产品的冷却存储和/或运输的方法，其中，所述产品可包括旨在被存储于第一温度区间中的温度下的第一类型的产品以及旨在被存储于第二温度区间中的温度下的第二类型的产品，其特征在于，使用根据权利要求4或5所述的两个或更多个组合(1)，其中，所述盖(3)被存储在合适的温度下达充分长的时间以便对冷却元件(8)充分地冷却，其中，对于要存储的每一产品(12)完成以下步骤：
A：将要存储的产品(12)放在箱(2)中，
B：基于盖(3)的标记或颜色与该类型的产品(12)的期望温度区间之间的对应来选择盖(3)，
C：使用所选择的盖(3)来闭合所述箱(2)。
9.根据权利要求8的方法，其特征在于，使用根据权利要求5所述的两个或更多个组合(1)，其中，对于步骤A，执行以下步骤：
基于箱(2)的标记或颜色与该类型的产品(12)的期望温度区间之间的对应来选择箱(2)，由此在步骤A中使用该箱(2)，
其中，可选地，步骤B可以通过基于盖(3)的标记或颜色与箱(2)的标记或颜色之间的对应来选择盖(3)而被间接地执行。
