Abstract

本发明公开的涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置,旨在提供一种搅拌均匀,涂料不易溅出,气体不易挥发,安全环保的涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置。包括液体泵吸液口及液体泵出液口,所述液体泵吸液口上适配有分层混合进液机构,分层混合进液机构由进液管及分层吸管组成,所述液体泵出液口上适配有自搅拌出液机构,自搅拌出液机构由搅拌筒及连接管和出液管组成,搅拌筒内设有若干片方向一致的弧状转叶,转叶的叶片之间设有搅拌球,当涂料通过分层混合被液体泵吸液口吸入后再经过连接管进入搅拌筒内后将涂料排入涂料桶内,经过多次循环,使得涂料搅拌的非常均匀,涂料即不会溅出,气体也不易挥发,同时也不会产生叶片伤人,安全环保。

涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装修装饰领域中低粘度建筑用涂料的搅拌设备,更具体地说,是涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前建筑使用的低粘度涂料均会产生沉淀,需要在使用时进行搅拌均匀,现在使用的搅拌装置中,一般常用叶轮式、涡轮式、螺旋桨式等,然而现有的搅拌机通过桨叶的搅拌时,搅拌不易均匀,并且容易造成涂料溅出及气体挥发而影响环境。一种在中国专利文献上公开的“涂料搅拌机”,其公开号为CN203725107U,该技术方案中的“涂料搅拌机”,主要包括所述旋转轴侧壁上均匀制有四个尖凸体,对应每个尖凸体、沿旋转轴径向制有一组搅拌片,每组搅拌片外端接有一竖直布置的搅拌体。但是由于该“涂料搅拌机”存在着无法将涂料搅拌的非常均匀,在搅拌时容易造成涂料溅出及气体挥发较大影响环境,搅拌叶片容易伤人,并且涂料中容易进入空气而产生泡沫的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明致力于解决现有技术中无法将涂料搅拌的非常均匀,在搅拌时容易造成涂料溅出及气体挥发影响环境,搅拌叶片容易伤人的缺陷。旨在提供一种搅拌均匀,涂料不会溅出,气体不易挥发,安全环保及涂料不会产生泡沫的涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置,包括液体泵吸液口及液体泵出液口,所述液体泵吸液口上适配有分层混合进液机构,所述分层混合进液机构由进液管及至少为一根的分层吸管组成,所述液体泵出液口上适配有自搅拌出液机构,所述自搅拌出液机构由搅拌筒及连接管和出液管组成,所述搅拌筒内设有若干片方向一致的弧状转叶,所述转叶的叶片之间设有至少一个搅拌球,搅拌筒内的转叶通过设置中心轴后旋转,当涂料桶内的涂料通过分层混合后被液体泵吸液口吸入后再经过连接管进入搅拌筒内,使得弧状转叶通过自转动及搅拌球的翻滚搅拌后将涂料从出液管排入涂料桶内,弧状转叶使得叶片的正、反面受到液体的冲击力不同而更容易转动,经过多次循环,使得涂料搅拌的非常均匀,由于外部没有转动搅拌结构,涂料即不会溅出,气体也不易挥发,同时也不会产生叶片伤人及涂料不会产生泡沫,安全环保。
作为优选,所述进液管的下端管壁及底面设有吸液孔,进液管的下端设有防堵脚,使得涂料筒底部的涂料容易吸入,并且易于移动。
作为优选,所述进液管1的管壁上固定设有带外螺纹的接口,接口中间设有和进液管贯通的分层吸入孔,接口外适配有紧固螺帽,所述的分层吸管的一端设置在接口与紧固螺帽之间,通过拧松或拧紧紧固螺帽,可以使得分层吸管非常容易地旋转方向,使得分层吸管的吸入端口可以停留在涂料内的任意位置。
作为优选,所述分层吸管为不锈钢波纹管制作,可以按照需要改变分层吸管的形状以使得分层吸管的吸入端口可以停留在涂料内的任意位置。
作为优选,所述搅拌球内部为空心结构,搅拌球的外表面设有若干的突起,当转叶旋转使搅拌球翻滚时,由于空心的搅拌球始终有一个向上的运动,使得搅拌的效果更好。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明提供的涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置的有益效果是:1. 搅拌均匀;2. 涂料不会溅出;3. 气体挥发少;4. 安全环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
实施例1
1. 在(附图1)、(附图2)所示的实施例1中,包括液体泵吸液口及液体泵出液口,所述液体泵吸液口13上适配有分层混合进液机构,所述分层混合进液装置由进液管1及至少为一根的分层吸管7组成,所述液体泵出液口14上适配有自搅拌出液机构,所述自搅拌出液机构由搅拌筒8及连接管11和出液管12组成,所述搅拌筒8内设有若干片方向一致的弧状转叶9,所述转叶9的叶片之间设有至少一个搅拌球10,所述进液管1的下端管壁及底面设有吸液孔2,进液管1的下端设有防堵脚3,所述进液管1的管壁上固定设有带外螺纹的接口5,接口5中间设有和进液管1贯通的分层吸入孔4,接口5外适配有紧固螺帽6,所述的分层吸管7的一端设置在接口5与紧固螺帽6之间,所述分层吸管7为不锈钢波纹管制作,所述搅拌球10内部为空心结构,搅拌球10的外表面设有若干的突起。本发明在使用过程中,完全避免了搅拌时涂料与空气的接触,使得空气不会进入涂料中形成泡沫而影响涂料的质量。
本发明在使用时,先将液体泵16的吸液口13和进液管1连接,再将液体泵出液口14和连接管11相连接,按照涂料桶15内的涂料多少将分层吸管7通过弯折及旋转后定位在所需分层的位置,将进液管1放入涂料桶15内使得防堵脚3与桶底接触(见附图4),再将出液管12放入涂料桶15内,打开液体泵16的开关即可开始搅拌,在搅拌时,涂料通过进液管1及分层吸管7被液体泵16吸入后经过搅拌筒8搅拌后再从出液管12进入涂料桶15内涂料经过反复吸入及排出使得搅拌均匀,也可以通过移动进液管1的位置来达到加快搅拌及使得搅拌更加均匀。

Claims (3)

1.一种涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置,包括液体泵吸液口及液体泵出液口,其特征是:所述液体泵吸液口(13)上适配有分层混合进液机构,所述分层混合进液装置由进液管(1)及至少为一根的分层吸管(7)组成,所述液体泵出液口(14)上适配有自搅拌出液机构,所述自搅拌出液机构由搅拌筒(8)及连接管(11)和出液管(12)组成,所述搅拌筒(8)内设有若干片方向一致的弧状转叶(9),所述转叶(9)的叶片之间设有至少一个搅拌球(10), 所述搅拌球(10)内部为空心结构,搅拌球(10)的外表面设有若干的突起,所述进液管(1)的管壁上固定设有带外螺纹的接口(5),接口(5)中间设有和进液管(1)贯通的分层吸入孔(4),接口(5)外适配有紧固螺帽(6),所述的分层吸管(7)的一端设置在接口(5)与紧固螺帽(6)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置,其特征是:所述进液管(1)的下端管壁及底面设有吸液孔(2),进液管(1)的下端设有防堵脚(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂料分层混合及自搅拌装置,其特征是:所述分层吸管(7)为不锈钢波纹管制作。
