发明内容
本发明涉及一种用于食品或其他敏感性产品的容器,所述容器由一种材料制成,该材料旨在向容器提供气密性能并且该材料包括不透光或仅具有低透光性的层。
本发明的特征在于,至少一个开口设置在具有不透光或低透光性的层中,以允许用于容器内气体的无损检测的光通过至少一个开口而进入和离开。
因此,可允许激光进入容器(的顶部空间)中、与存在的气体(如果有的话)相互作用、通过同一个或另一个开口离开并且在容器的外部被检测和分析,以便检查存在的气体的含量和浓度。在WO2010/145892中描述的技术是能够应用的,而由于在光进入容器中时不必被散射,所以还可以使用其他技术。
通常,容器具有底部、壁以及在顶部的密封隔膜或密封盖。
术语气密性能以其常识性的意义来使用,即,气密性能表示实际可合理地获得的气密。随着时间的推移,任何材料都不是100%气密的。
在本发明的实施方式中,开口由具有高透光性的覆盖材料覆盖。因此,覆盖材料可透光。
优选地,覆盖材料形成气体阻隔和/或至少一个开口足够小以避免容器的总体气密性明显降低。因此,具有例如由一塑料材料层覆盖的小开口的容器依然可为“气密”的。
使用覆盖材料使其能使用较大的开口。总体而言,在容量为1升的容器中,可使用侧边/直径大约为0.1mm的开口而无需覆盖材料。这种开口太小而不允许足够的光离开以用于内部气体环境的分析。对于某些气体检测技术,2mm×2mm或4mm×4mm尺寸的开口/窗口可足够大,并且根据材料的类型和容器的尺寸,该开口/窗口可由常规的容器多层塑料材料覆盖。
对于某些光反射技术,需要至少4mm×20mm的开口尺寸。这种大开口需要由特殊的材料覆盖,即,具有特殊透气性和/或特殊厚度的材料。在整个容器结构上使用特殊的塑料材料过于昂贵。能在开口上局部地熔接特殊的塑料材料,但是这种额外的生产步骤也十分昂贵。下文描述了另一方法。
优选地,至少一个开口的至少一部分定位在容器的上部位置中,该上部位置处于旨在容纳位于容器内的产品之上的内部气体环境的区域中。因此,在填充的容器处于底部朝下的正常位置中时,光可被引导进入顶部空间中。
优选地,至少一个开口布置在容器的壁区段中。可替代地或作为补充,开口可布置在密封盖中。
在本发明的典型实施方式中,容器由包括铝层的多层结构制成,其中,至少一个开口布置在铝层中。铝层的厚度优选地在4μm-40μm范围内。这使得铝层气密并且不透光。
这种多层结构优选地还包括也形成覆盖层的可熔接塑料材料层。因此,在使铝层和塑料层彼此层压之前,可在铝层中制造开口(多个开口),在该工艺过程中将形成覆盖层而无需任何特殊步骤。可替代地,在整个多层结构中布置开口之后,可通过使胶带或类似物附接至层压板而形成覆盖层。
优选地,多层结构还包括用作支撑层的卡纸板材料层。
本发明还涉及一种用于确定根据上文描述的容器中的气体含量的方法。该方法包括:使光通过至少一个开口而被引导进入所述容器中的步骤;以及对通过至少一个开口从容器离开的光进行检测的步骤。
在本发明方法的变型中,可应用以下内容:
-从激光源发射被引导进入容器中的光,
-测量离开容器的光的吸收,
-容器包括多于一个开口,并且光通过第一开口进入容器中并通过第二开口离开容器。
本发明还涉及一种用于通过基于卡纸板材料的坯料来制造根据以上内容的容器的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供多层材料的大体平面的坯料,该多层材料包括支撑卡纸板层、可熔接层以及气密层,
-在至少卡纸板层中布置至少一个切口,
-通过弯曲坯料以使坯料的第一边缘和与相对的边缘连接,而由坯料形成倒圆的容器主体,其中,沿着连接的边缘形成连接部,
-应用气密且半透明的材料以使开口被气密且半透明的材料覆盖。
本发明还涉及一种生产系统,该系统包括:i)用于向根据上文的容器填充产品的设备;以及ii)用于使填充的容器密封的设备,其中,该生产系统还包括iii)用于执行检测密封容器内气体的方法的设备。

具体实施方式
在例如EP0074343中描述了用于通过基于卡纸板材料的坯料来制造容器的设备,这种设备通常包括容器主体形成单元,其中,最初柱形容器主体由多层材料的大体平面的坯料形成,多层材料至少包括支撑卡纸板层和可熔接塑料层。在熔接单元中,通过感应熔接能量并使可熔接层熔化而将端部闭合体以及底部应用至容器主体的内部。众所周知,这种熔接连接部是能够气密的。在熔接之后,通常在边缘成形单元中处理容器主体的底部边缘,其中,边缘通常被折叠、加热和卷曲,以提供稳定性和更加吸引人的外观。此外,主体坯料可熔接在一起,以形成柱形容器主体,但端部闭合体的熔接通常是更复杂的处理步骤。
通常,容器主体和端部闭合体两者形成多层结构,其中,可熔接塑料膜应用至基于卡纸板的盖和容器的内部。尤其对于食品而言,层结构通常包括布置在卡纸板与塑料层之间的铝层。通常,在铝层中感应高频电流能量,因此,铝箔被加热并进而使塑料膜熔化。这种类型的自动设备还包括输送装置,该输送装置构造成将容器的流从容器主体形成单元输送至熔接单元并且进一步输送至该设备的下游。
用于对容器进行填充并用于对填充的容器进行密封和封闭的设备可布置为与容器制造设备连接。
能使用金属化膜来代替使用用于气密层的铝。这种膜可适于显示用于检测目的的充分的透光性。
上述设备和材料均适于本发明的容器。通过向主体坯料的一个或两个边缘提供一个或多个切口,将在这两个边缘彼此连接时(即,在形成倒圆的容器主体时)形成一个或多个开口。通过使用具有阻气性能的、透明的并且还可透光(激光)的材料条来覆盖在边缘之间形成的连接部或接缝以及开口,沿着连接部形成一个或多个有用的窗口(用于容器内部气体的后续检测)。这个材料条可为胶带(即,设置有粘合剂)和/或可熔接至两个边缘,以便形成气密连接部。
容器的剩余制造可遵循常规的方法。
在图1中示出了上述类型的容器1的示意图。容器1具有倒圆的壁区段4,该倒圆的壁区段通过弯曲坯料而形成,以在壁区段4的边缘之间形成连接部8。已经在两个边缘处冲压出切口,这样使得沿着连接部8形成长方形开口2。沿着接头8应用气密和半透明的材料条(未示出),并覆盖开口2。容器1还具有底部闭合体6,并且装有食品粉末3。密封隔膜5使容器1的上部密封。顶部空间7形成在粉末3与密封隔膜5之间。
形成壁区段4和底部6的材料是多层材料,该多层材料包括支撑卡纸板层、可熔接层以及铝层。铝层或铝箔通常具有6.35μm或9μm的厚度。有时使用具有更大厚度(例如,18μm或35μm至38μm)的铝箔。通常,铝层可具有4μm至40μm的厚度。
一种用于通过基于卡纸板材料的坯料来制造容器1的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
-提供多层材料的大体平面的坯料,该多层材料包括支撑卡纸板层、可熔接层以及气密层,
-在至少卡纸板层中布置至少一个切口,
-通过弯曲坯料使坯料的第一边缘与相对的边缘连接,而由坯料形成倒圆的容器主体,其中,连接部沿着连接的边缘形成,
-应用气密且半透明的材料以使开口被气密且半透明的材料覆盖。
这些方法步骤的顺序在某种程度上可不同。上文显示的顺序在上文进一步描述的方法中是有用的,其中,切口还布置在可熔接层和气密层中,并且其中,为了覆盖在边缘之间形成的连接部或接缝以及开口,在形成容器主体之后应用材料条。在这种方法中:i)至少一个切口布置在坯料的第一边缘处;ii)在形成倒圆的容器主体时,开口形成在至少一个切口处;以及iii)气密且半透明的材料是沿着连接边缘的连接部应用的材料条。
然而,在多层材料中应用可熔接层之前,切口可替代地仅布置在卡纸板层和气密(铝)层中。然后,可熔接(以及气密且半透明的)层可应用在卡纸板层和铝层上以便覆盖切口/开口,在这种情况下,该切口/开口可布置在坯料的边缘处或不可布置在坯料的边缘处。此外,如果还未从更大的多层材料中切割坯料,则在这种情况下,“边缘”可为预期的边缘。覆盖切口/开口的可熔接层的特定部分或条可由具有气密的增强性能的特定材料制成。这意味着仅可熔接层的特定部分或条需要由该特定的(并且可能更昂贵的)材料制成。因此,在这种情况下,在“通过弯曲坯料使坯料的第一边缘与相对的边缘连接,而由坯料形成倒圆的容器主体”的步骤之前,执行“应用气密且半透明的材料…”的步骤。下文进一步描述该方法的这种变型。
在另一可替代的方法中,在多层材料中应用气密层或可熔接层之前,切口可仅布置在卡纸板层中。然后,可将金属化膜(即,充分透光)形式的气密层应用在卡纸板上以覆盖切口/开口。然后,可将可熔接层(在这种情况下不具有气密性)应用在卡纸板层和金属化层上以(与气密层一起)覆盖切口/开口,与在上述可替代的方法中一样,该切口/开口可布置在坯料的边缘处或不可布置在坯料的边缘处。此外,如果还未从更大块材料中切割坯料,则在这种情况下,“边缘”可为预期的边缘。因此,在这种情况下,还是在“通过弯曲坯料使坯料的第一边缘与相对的边缘连接,而由坯料形成倒圆的容器主体”的步骤之前,执行“应用气密且半透明的材料…”的步骤。
制造方法还可包括以下步骤中的一个或多个:
-将材料条熔接至边缘,
-通过产生用于熔化可熔接层的感应熔接能量而将端部闭合体紧固至容器主体;以及
-将主体坯料的流输送至容器主体形成单元;将容器主体的流从容器主体形成单元输送至熔接单元;以及从熔接单元输送设置有端部闭合体的容器主体的流。
图2以示意图的方式示出了应用于与图1中示出的容器类似的容器的第一气体检测方法的原理。从激光源发射的光通过开口2而被引导进入填充且密封的容器1的顶部空间7中(实线箭头)。散射光通过相同的窗口2离开容器1(虚线箭头),并且散射光可被检测和分析。如果开口2被使入射光散射的材料覆盖,即,如果覆盖材料对入射光是半透明的而不是透明的,则这种方法是合适的。
图3以示意图的方式示出了应用于与图1中示出的容器类似的容器的第二气体检测方法的原理,但在这个实例中,容器1还具有第二窗口2’。从激光源发射的光通过开口2而被引导进入填充且密封的容器1的顶部空间7中(实线箭头)。光在相同的方向上传播通过顶部空间7并通过第二窗口2’离开容器1(虚线箭头),并且光可被检测和分析。如果开口2覆盖有对于入射光透明的材料,则这种方法是合适的。为了提高该方法的敏感性,离开第二窗口2’的光可朝向容器1被反射回来,以便再次穿过顶部空间并通过第一开口2离开,然后被检测和分析。
本领域的技术人员同样了解如何对光进行检测和分析以及如何从这种分析中确定气体的含量。
用于检测本文讨论的类型的密封容器内的气体的方法可用于“生产线内(in-line)”,即,该方法可构成例如对容器进行填充和密封的生产线的一部分(在例如为氮气的保护气体的环境下),或该方法可用于“生产线外(off-line)”,即,该方法与生产线分离。如果布置在“生产线内”,则该方法可布置成通过某种方式移除或标记例如含有太多氧气的容器。
因此,一种包括用于向上述类型的容器填充产品的设备并包括用于对填充的容器进行密封的设备的生产系统还优选地包括用于执行检测密封的容器内的气体的方法的设备。这种系统还优选地包括用于挑选出或标记显示异常气体含量的容器的装置。该系统还可包括用于制造容器的设备以及用于将外盖应用至容器的设备。
图4a和图4b示出了设置切口9的坯料10的实例。在图4a中,切口布置在坯料10的边缘处。在这种情况下,在形成容器1时,即,在使坯料10弯曲以形成与图1中示出的容器类似的容器时,由此形成开口2。
在图4b中,切口9未定位在边缘处。这在并非旨在使用(窄)材料条来覆盖切口/开口时是可能的,该材料条还旨在用于连接坯料/容器的边缘。因此,如果切口/开口被形成一部分多层结构的气密层覆盖,则如图4b中示出的,切口9定位良好。如上文描述的,这种覆盖层可为金属化膜(在这种情况下,切口9仅被制造在卡纸板中,并且其中,金属化膜用作多层结构内的气密层)或可熔接层(在这种情况下,切口9被制造在卡纸板层和气密层(可为铝层)中,并且其中,可熔接层优选地包括特别气密的材料区域或材料条,以匹配切口/开口的位置,使得可熔接层仅部分地需要由这种特定的材料制成)。
上文描述的用于制造容器1的方法提供了一种节约成本的生产方法,其中,无需为了覆盖开口的目的而使用单独的材料块。
本发明并不限于上文描述的实施方式,而是在权利要求的范围内能以各种方式修改。
覆盖开口的材料可形成层压多层结构中的一个层压层的一部分。通常,这将是在卡纸板-铝-塑料结构中的可熔接塑料层。为了提高开口处的阻气性,所使用的塑料材料可由形成比普通的可熔接塑料更好的阻气性的材料条来制备,其中,条之间的方向和距离适于在生产该容器时使该条覆盖开口。例如,该条可定位在层压材料中,使得在如上文所述的由平面坯料形成容器时,该条覆盖(连接部和)开口。优选地,条从坯料的一个边缘突出,以便在边缘被连接时一个边缘覆盖另一个边缘。可替代地,阻气性材料条可由应用在容器上的单独材料块形成,以便覆盖至少一个开口,并且在适当情况下还覆盖连接部。
通常,由于容器的内容物可能对紫外光敏感,所以如果覆盖开口的材料(多种材料)形成紫外光的阻隔(但依然允许用于气体检测的光穿过),则是有利的。
一些容器组件包括内部的、气密的且通常柔性的容器和外部支撑(卡纸板)容器。为了使用气体检测方法,上文讨论的覆盖的开口应布置在内部容器中。不必被覆盖的另一开口可被制造在外部容器中的合适的位置中,以允许检测光到达内部容器的开口。

Claims (7)

1.用基于卡纸板材料的坯料(10)来制造用于食品或其他敏感性产品的容器(1)的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供多层材料的大体平面的坯料(10),所述多层材料包括支撑卡纸板层、可熔接层以及气密层,
-在至少所述卡纸板层中布置至少一个切口(9),
-通过弯曲所述坯料以使所述坯料的第一边缘与相对的边缘连接,而用所述坯料(10)形成倒圆的容器主体(4),其中,沿着连接的边缘形成连接部(8),
其特征在于,
所述至少一个切口(9)布置在所述坯料(10)的第一边缘处,其中,在形成所述倒圆的容器主体(4)时,在所述至少一个切口处形成至少一个开口(2),以允许用于对容器内的气体进行无损检测的光通过所述至少一个开口而进入和离开,
所述方法还包括以下步骤:
-应用气密且半透明的材料以使所述开口(2)被所述气密且半透明的材料覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述气密且半透明的材料是材料条,沿着沿所述连接的边缘形成的所述连接部应用所述材料条。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述气密层是铝层,其中,在将所述可熔接层应用在所述多层材料中之前,将所述切口(9)布置在所述卡纸板层和所述铝层中,其中,所述可熔接层是气密且半透明的层,并且所述可熔接层应用在所述卡纸板层和所述铝层上,以便覆盖所述切口(9)/开口(2)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述气密层是至少部分透光的金属化膜,其中,在将所述气密层或所述可熔接层应用在所述多层材料中之前,将所述切口(9)布置在所述卡纸板层中,其中,所述气密层应用在所述卡纸板层上以覆盖所述切口(9)/开口(2)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
-将气密且半透明的材料条熔接至所述边缘。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
-通过产生用于熔化所述可熔接层的感应熔接能量而将端部闭合体(6)紧固至所述容器主体(4)。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括以下步骤:
-将坯料的流输送至容器主体形成单元;将容器主体(4)的流从所述容器主体形成单元输送至熔接单元;以及从所述熔接单元输送设置有端部闭合体的容器主体(4)的流。
