Abstract
本发明涉及一种超临界高温高压整体锻造气动疏水节流阀,它包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、进液口、出液口和阀芯操纵机构,可拆卸的阀座、节流卸压阀笼、阀头、节流阀芯轴构成,可拆卸的阀座安装于进液口的尽头,节流卸压阀笼安装于可拆卸的阀座之上,阀头与节流阀芯轴连接,节流卸压阀笼呈空心圆柱状,周壁上设有多排卸压孔;阀头的圆周壁与节流卸压阀笼的内壁紧密配合;阀盖紧压节流卸压阀笼;节流阀芯轴上端连接阀芯操纵机构,阀芯操纵机构控制阀头在节流卸压阀笼与阀盖之间空腔内上下运动。优点是:原阀座在改为可拆卸阀座,维修方便;阀芯与阀杆是整体的自动对中,不容易泄漏;阀杆不旋转,通过气动头上下运动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压阀体,特别涉及到一种气动疏水节流阀。
背景技术
目前国内发电机组和锅炉所采用的截止阀都存在着制造要求高、容易泄漏、使用寿命短等缺点。以阀芯轴为启闭件的气动疏水阀广泛应用于高温、高压、高压差、高腐蚀的各类恶劣工况的流程开启或关闭控制,现有阀芯轴为两段式设计,在安装时由于传统阀芯与阀杆T型槽连接的,因此在耐磨、耐蚀、密封线可变、自动对中、自动吻合、寿命等方面受到很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种超临界高温高压整体锻造气动疏水节流阀,采用一根节流阀芯轴由控制部一直与阀座连接,从而解决耐磨、耐蚀、密封线可变、自动对中、自动吻合等方面的问题。
为完成上述技术方案,本专利是这样实现的:一种超临界高温高压整体锻造气动疏水节流阀,它包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、进液口、出液口和阀芯操纵机构,所述的阀体与阀盖之间形成一个密闭的腔体,阀芯安装于密闭腔体内;进液口与出液品经阀芯联通,出液口位于阀芯之下;其特征在于:所述的可拆卸的阀座、节流卸压阀笼、阀头、节流阀芯轴构成,所述的可拆卸的阀座安装于进液口的尽头,节流卸压阀笼安装于可拆卸的阀座之上,阀头与节流阀芯轴连接,阀头与可拆卸的阀座接触部位均设有密封件,且相互配合;节流卸压阀笼呈空心圆柱状,周壁上设有多排卸压孔;所述的阀头穿过节流卸压阀笼的中心,与可拆卸的阀座接触;阀头的圆周壁与节流卸压阀笼的内壁紧密配合;阀盖紧压节流卸压阀笼;节流阀芯轴上端连接阀芯操纵机构,阀芯操纵机构控制阀头在节流卸压阀笼与阀盖之间空腔内上下运动。
本专利改变以往阀体的结构,采用了阀头与阀座的紧密配合实现截流,利用节流卸压阀笼与阀头的配合,来实现节流问题。这种方式节流控制准确;另一方面,它改变了以往的安装方式,由下至上依次安装阀座、节流卸压阀笼和阀盖,采用一根节流阀芯轴穿过节流卸压阀笼和阀座实现截流和节流。
对上述技术方案作进一步的改进,所述的阀体中心设有供阀芯安装的空间;可拆卸的阀座为一个圆形空心圆盘,其下部设有凸台卡在进液口的尽头,凸台的外圈设有缠绕垫片与阀体连接;空心圆盘的中心供阀头穿过,并在其边沿上设有与阀头配的密封件。
所述的阀头是由锥形头和平衡塞两部分构成,所述的锥形头的头部卡在可拆卸的阀座上;平衡塞连接锥形头尾部,平衡塞为实心圆柱状,与节流卸压阀笼紧密配合;所述的节流卸压阀笼上的卸压孔的卸压总量大于等于进液口的进液总量。
在节流阀芯轴的上部与阀芯操纵机构连接的部分,与阀盖上部的接触部分设有上下两个填料;在上下两填料之间设有注油孔。
所述的阀芯操纵机构安装于阀盖上端,通过法兰固定于阀盖之上
所述的阀盖与阀之间设有F316不锈钢密封圈。
本专利与现有设计相比,优点是:(1)阀体材料:原12Cr1MoV,现为F91。
(2) 使用温度:原550度以下,现为600度。
(3) 使用压力:原32Mpa以下,现为42Mpa。
(4) 原阀座在本体上焊接,不好拆卸。现改为可拆卸阀座,维修方便。
(5)原阀芯与阀杆是分开的,T型槽连接的;现改成阀芯与阀杆是整体的(节流阀芯轴),自动对中,不容易泄漏。
(6)原疏水阀阀杆旋转阀杆螺母不旋转。现改为无旋转,阀杆不旋转,通过气动头上下运动。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种超临界高温高压整体锻造气动疏水节流阀,它包括阀体01、阀盖07、阀芯、进液口、出液口和阀芯操纵机构19,所述的阀体01与阀盖07之间形成一个密闭的腔体,阀芯安装于密闭腔体内;进液口与出液品经阀芯联通,进液口位于阀芯之下;所述的可拆卸的阀座03、节流卸压阀笼10、阀头、节流阀芯轴构成,所述的可拆卸的阀座03安装于进液口的尽头,节流卸压阀笼10安装于可拆卸的阀座03之上,可拆卸的阀座03为一个圆形空心圆盘,其下部设有凸台卡在进液口的尽头,凸台的外圈设有缠绕垫片02与阀体01连接;空心圆盘的中心供阀头穿过,并在其边沿上设有与阀头配的密封件。阀头与节流阀芯轴连接,阀头与可拆卸的阀座03接触部位均设有密封件,且相互配合。所述的阀头是由锥形头和平衡塞04两部分构成,所述的锥形头的头部卡在可拆卸的阀座03上;平衡塞04连接锥形头尾部,平衡塞04为实心圆柱状,与节流卸压阀笼10紧密配合;所述的节流卸压阀笼10上的卸压孔的卸压总量大于等于进液口的进液总量。节流卸压阀笼10呈空心圆柱状,周壁上设有多排卸压孔;所述的阀头穿过节流卸压阀笼10的中心,与可拆卸的阀座03接触;阀头的圆周壁与节流卸压阀笼10的内壁紧密配合;阀盖07紧压节流卸压阀笼10;节流阀芯轴上端连接阀芯操纵机构19,阀芯操纵机构19控制阀头在节流卸压阀笼10与阀盖07之间空腔内上下运动。在节流阀芯轴的上部与阀芯操纵机构19连接的部分,与阀盖07上部的接触部分设有上下两个填料;在轴承之上设有填充塞15压紧;填充塞15上端被法兰17,18压紧。在上下两填料之间设有注油孔12,注油孔是空过带孔填料垫13的,也就是说上下轴承之间是由带孔填料垫13隔开。所述的阀芯操纵机构19安装于阀盖07上端,通过法兰17,18固定于阀盖07之上,法兰的横向是由通过锁紧螺母14套在法兰与阀盖的外圈,进行横向锁紧。所述的阀盖07与阀之间设有F316不锈钢密封圈。
工作时,液体由进液品流入,节阀芯轴向上抬起后,开启与阀座03之间的密封,液体经过阀座03的中心孔流进节流卸压阀笼10,这时流量依然可控,因为节流卸压阀笼10的卸压孔并没有完成被打开,随着节阀芯轴向上不断的抬起,逐渐让平衡塞04离开了节流卸压阀笼10,这时所有的卸压孔均被打开,从而使流速达到最大。可以根据需要对卸压孔的按排来实现在对节流控制。本专利与现有设计相比,优点是:(1)阀体01材料:原12Cr1MoV,现为F91。
(2) 使用温度:原550度以下,现为600度。
(3) 使用压力:原32Mpa以下,现为42Mpa。
(4) 原阀座03在本体上焊接,不好拆卸。现改为可拆卸阀座03,维修方便。
(5)原阀芯与阀杆是分开的,T型槽连接的;现改成阀芯与阀杆是整体的(节流阀芯轴),自动对中,不容易泄漏。
(6)原疏水阀阀杆旋转阀杆螺母不旋转。现改为无旋转,阀杆不旋转,通过气动头上下运动。

1.一种超临界高温高压整体锻造气动疏水节流阀,它包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、进液口、出液口和阀芯操纵机构,所述的阀体与阀盖之间形成一个密闭的腔体,阀芯安装于密闭腔体内;进液口与出液口经阀芯联通,出液口位于阀芯之下;其特征在于:所述的阀芯是由可拆卸的阀座、节流卸压阀笼、阀头、节流阀芯轴构成,所述的可拆卸的阀座安装于进液口的尽头,节流卸压阀笼安装于可拆卸的阀座之上,阀头与节流阀芯轴连接,阀头与可拆卸的阀座接触部位均设有密封件,且相互配合;节流卸压阀笼呈空心圆柱状,周壁上设有多排卸压孔;所述的阀头穿过节流卸压阀笼的中心,与可拆卸的阀座接触;阀头的圆周壁与节流卸压阀笼的内壁紧密配合;阀盖呈凸字形,凸出部插入到阀体内部紧压节流卸压阀笼;节流阀芯轴上端连接阀芯操纵机构,阀芯操纵机构控制阀头在节流卸压阀笼与阀盖之间空腔内上下运动;所述的阀体中心设有供阀芯安装的空间;可拆卸的阀座为一个圆形空心圆盘,其下部设有凸台卡在进液口的尽头,凸台的外圈设有缠绕垫片与阀体连接;空心圆盘的中心供阀头穿过,并在其边沿上设有与阀头配的密封件;所述的阀头是由锥形头和平衡塞两部分构成,两部分一体成形,所述的锥形头的头部卡在可拆卸的阀座上;平衡塞连接锥形头尾部,平衡塞为实心圆柱状,与节流卸压阀笼紧密配合;所述的节流卸压阀笼上的卸压孔的卸压总量大于等于进液口的进液总量;在节流阀芯轴的上部与阀芯操纵机构连接的部分,与阀盖上部的接触部分设有上下两个填料;在上下两填料之间设有注油孔;所述的阀芯操纵机构安装于阀盖上端,通过法兰固定于阀盖之上;所述的阀盖与阀之间设有F316不锈钢密封圈;阀体材料为F91;设计使用的温度为600度,压力42Mpa。
