对于附图,臂32在模制盖帽10并形成裙边12和导管23时被制造成一体件。连接臂32的材料和几何结构被布置成通过施加用于挤压围绕喷嘴5的套筒21的力来在分配结束时促进壁20返回到稳定状态,这足以防止变质,所述变质尤其是干涸和/或氧化,但同样包括储存在分配界面中的产品由于与外界接触而被细菌和/真菌污染。
薄膜31由对产品密封的材料制成并且尤其利用包覆模制被布置在臂32之间。以这种方式,壁20形成对于容纳在分配腔室11的产品的障壁,产品的加压引起薄膜31的膨胀,从而驱动套筒21升高。有利地,薄膜31由具有弹性体性质的材料制成,薄膜能够由硅树脂或热塑性弹性体(thermoplastic elastomer,TPE)制成,并且尤其在诸如聚(甲醛)之类的弹性体聚合物基础上利用模制来制造。
所示实施例预想在喷嘴5的外周表面上配置有凹槽33,凹槽33布置在分配界面24中并且在凹槽33实现至少一个分配通道,凹槽确保对尾端件25绕喷嘴的移动的引导并同时为界面的上游部分24b维持受控的几何结构。此外,喷嘴5的远端8邻接连通槽口34,所述槽口34位于分配界面24的下游部分24a和上游部分24b之间。
为了防止待分配的产品的变质,套筒21可配置有环形密封接头35,所述密封接头35被置于套筒和基部3的延伸部36之间。接头35被布置成在壁20处于稳定的关闭状态时关闭界面24和分配腔室11之间的连通,壁的变形打开所述连通以允许分配界面被供给以产品。
根据所示的实施例,环形接头34被布置在外环形凹口37中,所述外环形凹口37围绕导管23的下端形成,例如尤其利用包覆模制处于联接的状态。基部3的延伸部36在喷嘴5的基部7上径向延伸并且具有沟槽36a,接头35以紧密抵接的方式布置在沟槽36a中。
接头35可由与导管23不同的材料制成(尤其更加柔性),例如与形成薄膜31的材料相似,并且在同一包覆模制期间联接。具体地,壁20的封闭力引起导管23和基部3的延伸部36之间的接头35的压缩,这有助于密封,在两次使用之间封闭界面24的上游部分24b和分配腔室11之间的连通。
有利地,壁20的至少一部分能够提供对产品的微生物杀死作用(microbiocidal)或至少微生物抑制作用(microbiostatic)(所述产品在两次分配操作之间被置于所述壁上),以便防止细菌和真菌经由分配界面24被引入到容器中。
尤其至少壁20的外延伸部30被布置以确保消除紧邻分配孔22的产品在引入污染物的风险最大的区域中的污染。有利地,尾端件25由能够提供对产品(尤其是容纳在分配界面24中的产品)的微生物杀死作用或至少微生物抑制作用的材料制成。以这种方式,即使在分配界面24中的产品的轻微回吸(re-suction)的情况下,产品在两次使用之间被静置时被净化,从而不会冒随后分配一剂受污染产品的风险或封装在罐体1中的产品的逆向污染(retro-contamination)的风险。
在补充的方式中,薄膜31、连接臂32和/或喷嘴5可确保微生物杀死作用或至少微生物抑制作用,通过尤其使得整个用于移除产品的表面能够被消除污染的发生(通过在被使用者的手指恢复时将产品传播到所述表面上)。
为了实现微生物杀死功能或至少微生物抑制功能,可预想使用至少一种下述材料,所述材料利用杀菌剂的扩散、与微生物抑制剂的接触和/或通过使用具有合适波长的放射线进行辐照而具有微生物杀死性能。
具体地,杀菌剂可以是基于有机的,例如三氯生(出自Melcoplast公司的商业名称)或杀菌剂可以是银基的或甚至为矿物。具体地,所述材料可包括至少一种聚烯烃,例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯和/或填装有至少一种杀菌剂的聚苯乙烯。
微生物抑制剂可以是金属材料(例如铜或锌的合金)或包括至少一种填装有金属微粒的聚烯烃的材料,或经过利用氟化处理、镀锌或镀铜的表面处理。
为了利用辐照来净化,可使用在暴露于外部光线之后具有光致发光(photoluminescence)性质的材料。具体地,所述材料可基于包括至少一种填装有至少一种添加剂的聚烯烃的材料,所述添加剂能够发射光致发光辐射,所述辐射的波长介于250纳米至260纳米之间,并且尤其为254纳米,这大致对应于杀菌紫外辐射的量级。
在所示实施例中,分配系统包括覆盖件38,所述覆盖件38用于在两次分配操作之间覆盖盖帽10,所述覆盖件具有裙边39和实心上壁40,所述裙边39以可逆的方式与盖帽联接,所述实心上壁40被布置在壁20的上方。
裙边39利用铰链41与盖帽10联接,铰链41允许覆盖件38被布置于远方分配位置(图3)和两次使用之间的装配储存位置(图1a),在所述装配储存位置,上壁40被布置在盖帽的上方以至少部分地关闭分配孔22。
覆盖件38包括至少一个突出部42,所述突出部42布置成:在覆盖件与盖帽10联接在盖帽10上时移动到与壁20抵接。以这种方式,如果罐体1在两次使用之间被挤压,突出部防止套筒21升高并进而防止产品经由分配孔22排放。
对于图1a和图3,上壁40配置有环形的下突出部42,所述突出部42的几何结构被布置成施加压力至围绕分配孔22的外延伸部30。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于分配封装在罐体(1)中的流体产品的系统,所述系统包括基部(3)和盖帽(10),所述基部(3)和所述盖帽(10)用于安装在所述罐体上从而共同形成分配腔室(11),所述分配腔室(11)具有至少一个用于所封装的产品的供给通道(4),所述盖帽具有壁(20),所述壁(20)配置有用于装配在所述罐体(1)上的裙边(12)和套筒(21),所述套筒(21)围绕所述基部(3)的喷嘴(5)布置,从而在所述套筒和所述喷嘴之间形成分配界面(24),所述分配界面(24)通往形成在所述壁中的分配孔(22),所述系统的特征在于,所述壁(20)能够通过所述分配腔室(11)中的产品的压力从所述界面(24)的稳定的关闭状态向所述界面的变形的打开状态可逆地变形,在所述界面(24)的稳定的关闭状态下,所述套筒(21)布置成围绕所述喷嘴(5)密封地接触,在所述界面的变形的打开状态下,所述密封地接触被破坏以允许容纳在所述分配腔室(11)中的产品穿过所述分配孔(22)进行分配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述裙边(12)经由可变形薄膜(31)连接至所述套筒(21)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的分配系统,其特征在于,用于将所述裙边(12)连接至所述套筒(21)的臂(32)被布置在所述薄膜(31)中。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述套筒(21)配置有密封接头(35),所述密封接头(35)在稳定的关闭状态下移动成与所述基部(3)的延伸部(36)抵接,以便关闭所述界面(24)与所述分配腔室(11)之间的连通。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述套筒(21)包括导管(23),所述导管(23)中安装有尾端件(25),所述壁(20)具有延伸部(30),所述延伸部(30)在所述尾端件的覆盖件(26)上延伸,并且所述分配孔(22)形成在所述延伸部(30)中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述尾端件(25)具有在所述覆盖件(26)下方延伸的环(27),所述环被安装在所述导管(23)中以便与所述喷嘴(5)一起形成所述分配界面(24)。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述喷嘴(5)具有远端(8),所述远端(8)配置有凸头(9),在所述壁(20)处于稳定的关闭状态时,所述凸头(9)以密封的方式布置在所述分配孔(22)中。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述分配系统包括覆盖件(38),所述覆盖件(38)用于在两次分配操作之间覆盖所述盖帽(10),所述覆盖件包括至少一个突出部(42),所述突出部(42)被布置成:在所述覆盖件联接在所述盖帽上时移动成抵接所述壁(20)。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述壁(20)的至少一部分能够确保在两次分配操作之间对被布置在所述壁上的产品具有微生物杀灭作用或至少微生物抑制作用。
10.根据权利要求9所述的分配系统,其特征在于,所述壁(20)基于至少一种材料制造而成,所述至少一种材料利用杀菌剂的扩散、与微生物抑制剂的接触和/或通过使用具有合适波长的放射线进行辐照而具有微生物杀死性能。
11.一种包括可变形罐体(1)的容器,所述可变形罐体(1)用于封装产品,所述容器包括根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的分配系统,所述分配系统被安装在所述罐体上,以便允许利用罐体上的手动压力来分配所述产品。
12.根据权利要求11所述的容器,其特征在于,所述罐体(1)的顶部上设置有颈部(2),所述基部(3)集成在所述颈部(2)中并成一体的形式,从而在所述颈部和所述基部之间形成至少一个供给通道(4)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的容器,其特征在于,所述颈部(2)具有关联构件,所述盖帽(10)的裙边(12)被安装在所述关联构件上。
