一种阻燃竹地板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:先用以下材料:水110-140份、聚乙烯醇66-80份、氢氧化镁10-16份、羟基硅油3-8份、碳酸3-5份、三乙醇胺3-8份、间苯二酚1-3份、丙烯酸乳液1-3份、淀粉3-5份,按重量分计,配制阻燃树脂胶,以竹条为原料经打胶、固化、组坯、修边、开榫槽、砂光、涂饰、干燥工序制成阻燃竹地板;本发明的阻燃竹地板,不含甲醛,阻燃性能好,板坯间胶合性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是地板加工领域,具体涉及的是一种阻燃竹地板的加工方法。
背景技术
竹地板是一类小规格的竹材人造板,它具有表面硬度高、光洁度好、耐磨损、色泽淡雅的优点,格调清新高雅,能产生古朴自然的装饰效果;由于热传导率低,所以还有冬暖夏凉的特性,无论在什么季节,都可以舒适地赤脚在上面行走,特别适合铺装在老人、小孩的起居室,因而深受人们欢迎;但是我们在选用时,也要考虑其安全性能,如遇明火时,因温度过高,就会燃烧,造成更为严重的损失。
发明内容
为了解决上述竹地板中不能防火的缺陷,本发明公开了一种阻燃竹地板,即使在发生火灾时,本发明的阻燃竹地板也不会燃烧,具有很强的阻燃功能。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阻燃竹地板的加工方法 ,所述的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
阻燃树脂胶,按重量分计,由以下材料配制而成:
水110-140份、聚乙烯醇66-80份、氢氧化镁10-16份、羟基硅油3-8份、碳酸3-5份、三乙醇胺3-8份、间苯二酚1-3份、丙烯酸乳液1-3份、淀粉3-5份;
制取阻燃树脂胶的过程如下:
向反应器中加入水110-140份,加热至75-85℃,加入树脂66-80份、氢氧化镁10-16份、羟基硅油3-8份并搅拌均匀,反应40-60min搅拌,在搅拌过程中加入三乙醇胺3-8份、间苯二酚1-3份、丙烯酸乳液1-3份继续加热至沸腾时,再加入碳酸3-5份、淀粉3-5份搅拌均匀后,保温1-2h,得到阻燃胶水;
将干燥后的竹条表面打胶,打胶厚度0.8-1mm,然后进行固化10-20min;
将表面涂胶竹条弦面侧拼热压成侧压板,平压压力为1-2MPa,侧压压力为1.5-2.5MPa,热压温度为140-160℃,热压时间为8-12min,制成竹坯板;
将步骤制成的竹坯板,将竹坯板上、下面打胶,打胶厚度0.8-1mm,然后进行固化10-20min,按纵向、横向交叉叠放,并对齐进行组坯热压,压力为3-3.5MPa,热压温度为140-160℃,热压时间为8-12min,再经修边、开榫槽、砂光、涂饰、干燥工序制成阻燃竹地板。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的工艺简单,在配制树脂胶水时,作为助剂的羟基硅油,能增加纤维强度,改善手感,减轻磨损,作为活性剂的氢氧化镁添加到树脂胶中能增加吸附力,通过受热分解时释放出结合水,吸收大量的潮热,来降低材料在火焰中的表面温度,对所产生的可燃气体进行冷却作用,并且分解出的氧化物又是良好的耐火材料,附着在材料表面,也能提高材料的抗火性能,是纤维、树脂等高分子材料的优先阻燃剂,所以说经过本配方发明的树脂胶不仅用为粘合剂用,也是很好的阻燃作用。
具体实施方式
一种阻燃竹地板的加工方法,所述的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
阻燃树脂胶,按重量分计,由以下材料配制而成:
水110-140份、聚乙烯醇66-80份、氢氧化镁10-16份、羟基硅油3-8份、碳酸3-5份、三乙醇胺3-8份、间苯二酚1-3份、丙烯酸乳液1-3份、淀粉3-5份;
制取阻燃树脂胶的过程如下:
向反应器中加入水110-140份,加热至75-85℃,加入树脂66-80份、氢氧化镁10-16份、羟基硅油3-8份并搅拌均匀,反应40-60min搅拌,在搅拌过程中加入三乙醇胺3-8份、间苯二酚1-3份、丙烯酸乳液1-3份继续加热至沸腾时,再加入碳酸3-5份、淀粉3-5份搅拌均匀后,保温1-2h,得到浅蓝色阻燃树脂胶;
将干燥后的竹条表面打胶,打胶厚度0.8-1mm,然后进行固化10-20min;
将表面涂胶竹条弦面侧拼热压成侧压板,平压压力为1-2MPa,侧压压力为1.5-2.5MPa,热压温度为140-160℃,热压时间为8-12min,制成竹坯板;
将步骤制成的竹坯板,将竹坯板上、下面打胶,打胶厚度0.8-1mm,然后进行固化10-20min,按纵向、横向交叉叠放,并对齐进行组坯热压,压力为3-3.5MPa,热压温度为140-160℃,热压时间为8-12min,再经修边、开榫槽、砂光、涂饰、干燥工序制成阻燃竹地板。

1.一种阻燃竹地板的加工方法 ,其特征在于,所述的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
阻燃树脂胶,按重量分计,由以下材料配制而成:
水110-140份、聚乙烯醇66-80份、氢氧化镁10-16份、羟基硅油3-8份、碳酸3-5份、三乙醇胺3-8份、间苯二酚1-3份、丙烯酸乳液1-3份、淀粉3-5份;
制取阻燃树脂胶的过程如下:
向反应器中加入水110-140份,加热至75-85℃,加入树脂66-80份、氢氧化镁10-16份、羟基硅油3-8份并搅拌均匀,反应40-60min搅拌,在搅拌过程中加入三乙醇胺3-8份、间苯二酚1-3份、丙烯酸乳液1-3份继续加热至沸腾时,再加入碳酸3-5份、淀粉3-5份搅拌均匀后,保温1-2h,得到阻燃胶水;
将干燥后的竹条表面打胶,打胶厚度0.8-1mm,然后进行固化10-20min;
将表面涂胶竹条弦面侧拼热压成侧压板,平压压力为1-2MPa,侧压压力为1.5-2.5MPa,热压温度为140-160℃,热压时间为8-12min,制成竹坯板;
