Abstract
本发明公开了一种绿色环保木质防火门及其制造方法,涉及防火门领域。绿色环保木质防火门,包括门框和门扇,门扇由阻燃木质板制成,阻燃木质板由5系铝镁合金板及位于其两侧的阻燃单板辅以胶黏剂高温热压复合而成,门框内侧沿周边开设宽2~3mm、深5mm的沟槽,嵌设有能够膨胀防火的密封板;门扇自外向内由阻燃木质板、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板、无机防火填料、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板和阻燃木质板,辅以胶黏剂,高温热压复合而成。采用页岩轻骨无机填充材料作为无机防火填料,保温性好,导热系数低,提高了防火门的耐火性能;采用5系铝镁合金板替代部分木材,很好的降低了防火门的整体重量,为运输提供方便,且相比较于普通的木质门不易受潮变形。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于防火门领域,具体涉及绿色环保木质防火门及其制造方法。
背景技术
防火门在建筑消防产品中被称为生命之门,除了具备普通门的作用,还起到防火隔离的关键作用,可在一定时间内阻止火势蔓延和烟气扩散。随着国家城镇化进程的快速推进,各类人口密集、居住密集、活动密集区域不断增加,防火门在高层民用建筑、宾馆、娱乐场所等领域得以广泛使用。
木质防火门的门框和门扇骨架是木质防火门的关键组成部件,对木质防火门的耐火性能起到决定性的作用。现有的防火门结构,一般是采用阻燃木框结构中采用玻璃丝绵、岩棉、珍珠岩、蛭石板等防火材料做门内的填充,外表面及门框均为木质材料制成。以上结构的木质防火门存在较大的不足之处:玻璃丝绵、岩棉由于是非降解材料,使用过成中会对人的肺部造成伤害,目前在防火门行业中已经被限制使用。珍珠岩保温防火效果较好,但是在使用过程中易受振动的影响,填充的珍珠岩沉降,而造成木门上部空洞,失去保温防火效果。另外,现有技术的木质防火门面板为普通的木质板,在防水变形性能方便也存在着很大的不足。
基于以上阐述,为了克服以上木质防火门存在的不足,我们提供具有一种高阻燃、低烟、低毒,且不易受潮变形的绿色环保木质防火门产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色环保木质防火门及其制造方法,其采用苯酚、三聚氰胺、DOPO、甲醛混合而成的四元共聚和水性丙烯酸乳液混合物作为阻燃剂,解决普通阻燃剂易流失问题;利用5系铝镁合金板与阻燃单板辅以胶黏剂高温热压复合成阻燃木质板和氯氧镁水泥无机防火板复合,且以页岩轻骨无机材料作为门扇内腔无机防火填料,制造一种具有轻质高强、环保难燃、施工简单、综合造价低等优点的绿色环保木质防火门。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
绿色环保木质防火门,包括门框以及与其转动连接的门扇,其特征在于,所述门框由阻燃木质板制成,门框内侧沿周边开设宽2~3mm、深5mm的沟槽,沟槽中嵌设有能够膨胀防火的密封板;所述门扇自外向内由阻燃木质板、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板、无机防火填料、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板和阻燃木质板,辅以胶黏剂,高温热压复合后再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成,或贴覆至少一层天然木皮后,再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成。
优选的,所述阻燃木质板由5系铝镁合金板及位于其两侧的阻燃单板辅以胶黏剂高温热压复合而成,阻燃单板由若干层松木单板经阻燃剂真空加压浸渍处理后辅以胶黏剂压合而成;所述密封板为发泡聚氨酯镶嵌海绵铝箔板;所述无机防火填料为页岩轻骨无机材料。
优选的,所述阻燃剂是由苯酚、三聚氰胺、DOPO、甲醛混合而成的四元共聚和水性丙烯酸乳液混合制备而成。
优选的,所述四元共聚中苯酚、三聚氰胺、DOPO、甲醛的质量比为1.0:3~5:0.5~1.8:0.2~1.0,所述四元共聚和水性丙烯酸乳液的质量比为1:10~50。
本发明还提供了绿色环保木质防火门的制造方法,具体制造方法如下:
S1:将松木木材旋切成一定厚度的单板进,并将单板干燥至含水率≤12%;
S2:将步骤S1中单板浸入阻燃剂中进行真空加压浸渍处理,真空度0.5~1.5Mpa、压力1.8~5.0Mpa、时间0.5~2h,取出单板后自然晾晒至含水率≤10%;
S3:将步骤S2中经阻燃处理干燥后的单板进行涂胶,双面涂胶量为220~300g/m2;
S4:将步骤S3中的涂胶单板进行组坯制得板坯,板坯进行冷压0.5~6h,压力为0.4~1.4Mpa;
S5:将步骤S4中冷压后的板坯经热压制成阻燃单板,热压温度90~120℃,热压压力0.4-1.0Mpa,热压时间30~80s/mm;
S6:阻燃单板养生,进行定厚砂光,再与5系铝镁合金板进行粘合、压制,制成阻燃木质板;
S7:取步骤S6中的阻燃木质板根据门框尺寸加工获得门框;
S8:门框内侧沿周边加工安装密封板的沟槽,并嵌入密封板;
S9:基于步骤S8加工成型的门框,将阻燃木质板、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板辅以一定的胶黏剂置于门框内,然后填充一定量无机防火填料,再置入氯氧镁水泥无机防火板和阻燃木质板并辅以一定的胶黏剂,高温热压成型获得绿色环保木质防火门半成品;
S10:步骤S9半成品的门扇外表面再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成,或先贴覆至少一层天然木皮后,再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成,获得绿色环保木质防火门成品。
优选的,所述胶黏剂为间苯二酚改性的单宁基酚醛树脂。单宁提高了与甲醛结合结构的稳定性,使胶粘剂更耐高温,甲醛释放量更低。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、采用“阻燃单板+5系铝镁合金板+阻燃单板”新型特种结构的阻燃木质板作为防火门门框和门扇,一方面减少了木材的使用量,另一方面,选用的5系铝镁合金板具有良好的可切削性,且质轻高强、耐蚀性,很好的降低了防火门的整体重量,为运输提供方便,且相比较于普通的木质门不易受潮变形。
2、使用页岩轻骨无机填充材料,保温性好,导热系数低,同时抗渗性好,耐火性好,且施工简单,综合造价低,结合氯氧镁水泥无机防火板和阻燃木质板,提高了防火门在高温状态下的强度,避免了因变形、滴落产生空气流动造成易燃烧的现象。
3、由苯酚、三聚氰胺、DOPO、甲醛四元共聚物混合制成的新型阻燃剂,是一种高含量低吸湿性的抑烟阻燃剂,与抗流失载体水性丙烯酸乳液混合,用于阻燃单板的阻燃浸渍,更易与单板中的化学成分交联,很好的解决了阻燃剂易流失问题,采用真空加压浸渍工艺单板对阻燃剂的吸收量高达20%~25%。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本法的具体实施方式进行说明。
如图1、图2所示,绿色环保木质防火门,包括门框1和门扇2,门框1和门扇2通过防火铰链5连接,门框由阻燃木质板制成,门框内侧沿周边开设宽2~3mm、深5mm的沟槽,沟槽中嵌设有能够膨胀防火的密封板;门扇2自外向内由阻燃木质板9、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板8、无机防火填料7、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板8和阻燃木质板9,辅以胶黏剂,高温热压复合后再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成。
实施例1
绿色环保木质防火门的制造方法如下:
将松木木材旋切成一定厚度的单板,并将单板干燥至含水率≤12%,干燥后的单板浸入阻燃剂中进行真空加压浸渍处理,单板全部浸没于阻燃剂,阻燃剂液面高出单板高度30mm,真空度0.5Mpa、压力5.0Mpa、时间1.5h,取出单板后自然晾晒至含水率≤10%;将阻燃处理干燥后的单板用间苯二酚改性的单宁基酚醛树脂作为胶黏剂进行涂胶,双面涂胶量为300g/m2;将涂胶单板进行组坯制得板坯,板坯进行冷压5h,压力为1.4Mpa;冷压后的板坯经热压制成阻燃单板,热压温度110℃,热压压力0.4Mpa,热压时间80s/mm;将制得的阻燃单板养生、厚砂光,再与5系铝镁合金板用胶黏剂高温热压复合,制成阻燃木质板;取阻燃木质板根据门框1尺寸加工获得门框1;门框1内侧沿周边加工安装密封板的沟槽,并嵌入密封板;将阻燃木质板9、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板8辅以一定的胶黏剂置于成型门框1内,然后填充一定量无机防火填料7,再置入氯氧镁水泥无机防火板8和阻燃木质板9并辅以一定的胶黏剂,高温热压成型获得绿色环保木质防火门半成品;半成品的门扇外表面涂覆两层常规阻燃涂料,如水性聚氨酯阻燃涂料,获得绿色环保木质防火门成品。
实施例2
绿色环保木质防火门的制造方法如下:
将松木木材旋切成一定厚度的单板,并将单板干燥至含水率≤12%,干燥后的单板浸入阻燃剂中进行真空加压浸渍处理,单板全部浸没于阻燃剂,阻燃剂液面高出单板高度30mm,真空度1.5Mpa、压力3.0Mpa、时间1.5h,取出单板后自然晾晒至含水率≤10%;将阻燃处理干燥后的单板用间苯二酚改性的单宁基酚醛树脂作为胶黏剂进行涂胶,双面涂胶量为280g/m2;将涂胶单板进行组坯制得板坯,板坯进行冷压4h,压力为1.4Mpa;冷压后的板坯经热压制成阻燃单板,热压温度120℃,热压压力1.0Mpa,热压时间70s/mm;将制得的阻燃单板养生、厚砂光,再与5系铝镁合金板用胶黏剂高温热压复合,制成阻燃木质板;取阻燃木质板根据门框1尺寸加工获得门框1;门框1内侧沿周边加工安装密封板的沟槽,并嵌入密封板;将阻燃木质板9、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板8辅以一定的胶黏剂置于成型门框1内,然后填充一定量无机防火填料7,再置入氯氧镁水泥无机防火板8和阻燃木质板9并辅以一定的胶黏剂,高温热压成型获得绿色环保木质防火门半成品;先在半成品的门扇外表面贴覆一层天然木皮,再涂覆一层常规阻燃涂料,如水性聚氨酯阻燃涂料,获得绿色环保木质防火门成品。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (5)
1.绿色环保木质防火门,包括门框以及与其转动连接的门扇,其特征在于,所述门框由阻燃木质板制成,门框内侧沿周边开设宽2~3mm、深5mm的沟槽,沟槽中嵌设有能够膨胀防火的密封板;所述门扇自外向内由阻燃木质板、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板、无机防火填料、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板和阻燃木质板,辅以胶黏剂,高温热压复合后再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成,或贴覆至少一层天然木皮后,再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成; 所述阻燃木质板由5系铝镁合金板及位于其两侧的阻燃单板辅以胶黏剂高温热压复合而成,阻燃单板由若干层松木单板经阻燃剂真空加压浸渍处理后辅以胶黏剂压合而成,所述阻燃剂是由苯酚、三聚氰胺、DOPO、甲醛混合而成的四元共聚和水性丙烯酸乳液混合制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保木质防火门,其特征在于,所述密封板为发泡聚氨酯镶嵌海绵铝箔板;所述无机防火填料为页岩轻骨无机材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保木质防火门,其特征在于,所述四元共聚中苯酚、三聚氰胺、DOPO、甲醛的质量比为1.0:3~5:0.5~1.8:0.2~1.0,所述四元共聚和水性丙烯酸乳液的质量比为1:10~50。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述绿色环保木质防火门的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤具体如下:
S1:将松木木材旋切成一定厚度的单板进,并将单板干燥至含水率≤12%;
S2:将步骤S1中单板浸入阻燃剂中进行真空加压浸渍处理,真空度0. 5~1.5Mpa、压力1.8~5.0Mpa、时间0.5~2h,取出单板后自然晾晒至含水率≤10%;
S3:将步骤S2中经阻燃处理干燥后的单板进行涂胶,双面涂胶量为220~300g/m2;
S4:将步骤S3中的涂胶单板进行组坯制得板坯,板坯进行冷压0.5~6h,压力为0.4~1.4 Mpa;
S5:将步骤S4中冷压后的板坯经热压制成阻燃单板,热压温度90~120℃,热压压力0.4~1.0Mpa,热压时间30~80s/mm;
S6:阻燃单板养生,进行定厚砂光,再与5系铝镁合金板进行粘合、压制,制成阻燃木质板;
S7:取步骤S6中的阻燃木质板根据门框尺寸加工获得门框;
S8:门框内侧沿周边加工安装密封板的沟槽,并嵌入密封板;
S9:基于步骤S8加工成型的门框,将阻燃木质板、氯氧镁水泥无机防火板辅以一定的胶黏剂置于门框内,然后填充一定量无机防火填料,再置入氯氧镁水泥无机防火板和阻燃木质板并辅以一定的胶黏剂,高温热压成型获得绿色环保木质防火门半成品;
S10:步骤S9半成品的门扇外表面再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成,或先贴覆至少一层天然木皮后,再涂覆至少一层阻燃涂料而成,获得绿色环保木质防火门成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述绿色环保木质防火门的制造方法,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂为间苯二酚改性的单宁基酚醛树脂。
