本发明公开了一种橡胶包覆层及其制备方法,所述橡胶包覆层包括以下组份及重量份:天然胶100、硫黄3~5、N-环已基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.6~1.5、氧化锌和硬脂酸7~12、高耐磨炭黑40~70、凡士林7~20、N-苯基-a-萘胺3~5、硫酸钡15~30。与现有技术相比,本发明橡胶包覆层通过采用新配方的材料制备,能长时间在酸碱浴液作用下保持原本物理机械性能,从而使输送机滚筒能够长时间在酸碱及化学药品环境中使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送机技术领域,尤其涉及一种橡胶包覆层及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有普通滚筒橡胶包覆层不能在酸碱,盐洛液等化学品中工作,当普通滚筒橡胶包覆层在接触酸碱、盐洛液药品时造成腐蚀,引起橡胶的溶胀,发生橡胶分子断裂、解聚以及配合剂的分解、溶出等现象,致使它的机械强度、物理性能突显下降,橡胶层逐渐发粘、氧化、变硬、脆化、裂口等,受臭氧攻击而产生龟裂,以至腐蚀完全失去工作能力。
随着工业化生产不断发展,要求滚筒使用范围用途越来越广,对耐化学药品滚筒的要求也越发凸显,此配方研制成功,填补了这一空白,市场潜力巨大,发展前途十分广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的不足,提供一种橡胶包覆层及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种橡胶包覆层及其制备方法,所述橡胶包覆层包括以下组份及重量份:天然胶100、硫黄3~5、N-环已基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.6~1.5、氧化锌和硬脂酸7~12、高耐磨炭黑40~70、凡士林7~20、N-苯基-a-萘胺3~5、硫酸钡15~30。
所述的橡胶包覆层及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,胶料制备:按所述的各组份及重量份备料;再进行天然胶塑炼;然后依次将上述原料投入密炼机进行混炼,混炼均匀后排胶,排胶温度120℃;在开炼机上压片,停放冷却,再在开炼机上加入硫化剂并出片,停放冷却8小时以上待用;
第二步,成型:将上述第一步中制得的冷却待用的胶料在开炼机上热炼,精炼出片;
第三步,硫化:采用直接蒸汽内控压力硫化罐登峰式硫化方法对包胶成型的胶料硫化处理,硫化温度和时间分别为:一段115℃,60min~90min; 二段125℃,60min~90min; 三段133℃,90min~120min;四段144℃,60min~150min;五段149~151℃,60min~150min;接着闷罐60min后出罐。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的橡胶包覆层能在长时间酸碱中并在寒热老化作用下保持原来的物理机械性能,并能正常使用,有效地解决了普通滚筒所不能使用的缺陷,填补了我国的冶金、矿山、化工、电力、码头等使用输送机上用耐酸碱滚筒的空白,同时满足了用户要求,因此本发明制造具有很高的推广应用价值。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
取如下重量份的原料,天然胶100、硫黄3、N-环已基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺1、氧化锌和硬脂酸10、高耐磨炭黑50、凡士林15、N-苯基-a-萘胺4、硫酸钡20。
按照以下步骤制作:第一步,胶料制备:按所述的各组份及重量份备料;再进行天然胶塑炼;然后依次将上述原料投入密炼机进行混炼,混炼均匀后排胶,排胶温度120℃;在开炼机上压片,停放冷却,再在开炼机上加入硫化剂并出片,停放冷却8小时以上待用;
第二步,成型:将上述第一步中制得的冷却待用的胶料在开炼机上热炼,精炼出片;
第三步,硫化:采用直接蒸汽内控压力硫化罐登峰式硫化方法对包胶成型的胶料硫化处理,硫化温度和时间分别为:一段115℃, 90min; 二段125℃,60minn; 三段133℃,100min;四段144℃,120min;五段150℃,120min;接着闷罐60min后出罐。

1.一种橡胶包覆层及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述橡胶包覆层包括以下组份及重量份:天然胶100、硫黄3~5、N-环已基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺0.6~1.5、氧化锌和硬脂酸7~12、高耐磨炭黑40~70、凡士林7~20、N-苯基-a-萘胺3~5、硫酸钡15~30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶包覆层及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,胶料制备:按所述的各组份及重量份备料;再进行天然胶塑炼;然后依次将上述原料投入密炼机进行混炼,混炼均匀后排胶,排胶温度120℃;在开炼机上压片,停放冷却,再在开炼机上加入硫化剂并出片,停放冷却8小时以上待用;
第二步,成型:将上述第一步中制得的冷却待用的胶料在开炼机上热炼,精炼出片;
第三步,硫化:采用直接蒸汽内控压力硫化罐登峰式硫化方法对包胶成型的胶料硫化处理,硫化温度和时间分别为:一段115℃,60min~90min; 二段125℃,60min~90min; 三段133℃,90min~120min;四段144℃,60min~150min;五段149~151℃,60min~150min;接着闷罐60min后出罐。
