本发明属于建筑建材技术领域,具体涉及一种抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着人类对环境保护和身体健康的日益重视,绿色环保粘结剂得到越来越广泛的使用,大多采用天然原材料,资源丰富,价格低,可再生;大多数胶黏剂的组份中含石油的衍生化工产品,随着石油资源日益减少,寻找石油替代品成为必然;人们的环保意识增强,对影响环境质量的有毒有害气体、废水等污染物的排放提出了严格的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂及其制作方法。。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂,其组成原料的重量份为:
ABS高胶粉80-90、废铁粉20-30、尿素20-25、壳聚糖醋酸溶液40-50、山药淀粉20-23、高岭土45-50、对苯二酚2-4、促进剂DM1-2、氧化镁10-12、速溶硅酸钠3-5、聚乙烯醇2-4、氢氧化钠4-5和去离子水100-110。
抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂,其组成原料的重量份为:
ABS高胶粉85、废铁粉25、尿素22、壳聚糖醋酸溶液45、山药淀粉22、高岭土48、对苯二酚3、促进剂DM1.5、氧化镁11、速溶硅酸钠4、聚乙烯醇3、氢氧化钠4.5和去离子水105。
抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将ABS高胶粉溶于配方重量份一半的去离子水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入熔融的尿素和废铁粉,搅拌混合均匀备用;
(2)称取高岭土,500-550℃温度下煅烧1-2h,空冷后研磨粉碎,过200目筛,备用;
(3)将壳聚糖醋酸溶液、山药淀粉混合均匀,加入氢氧化钠,搅拌混合1-2h后,调节Ph至中性,备用;
(4)合并步骤(1)、(2)、(3)的备用料,然后加入其它剩余组成原料,加热至85-95℃搅拌30-60min,降温至45℃以下出料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的粘结剂原料低廉,ABS高胶粉的热变形温度高,用山药淀粉经氧化、交联和糊化处理,产品性能良好,具有抗腐蚀、抗氧化、耐摩擦,本发明还具有对人体无害和工艺简单等特点。
具体实施方式
实施例1:抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:ABS高胶粉85、废铁粉25、尿素22、壳聚糖醋酸溶液45、山药淀粉22、高岭土48、对苯二酚3、促进剂DM1.5、氧化镁11、速溶硅酸钠4、聚乙烯醇3、氢氧化钠4.5和去离子水105。
抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将ABS高胶粉溶于配方重量份一半的去离子水中,加热至70℃,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入熔融的尿素和废铁粉,搅拌混合均匀备用;
(2)称取高岭土,520℃温度下煅烧1.5h,空冷后研磨粉碎,过200目筛,备用;
(3)将壳聚糖醋酸溶液、山药淀粉混合均匀,加入氢氧化钠,搅拌混合1-2h后,调节Ph至中性,备用;
(4)合并步骤(1)、(2)、(3)的备用料,然后加入其它剩余组成原料,加热至90℃搅拌30-60min,降温至45℃以下出料。
上述制得的粘结剂的性能指标:滴度:52滴/分钟,干燥速度28-33分钟;粘合强度:14-17Kgf/10cm楞;抗压强度680-750Kgf。

1.一种抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:
ABS高胶粉80-90、废铁粉20-30、尿素20-25、壳聚糖醋酸溶液40-50、山药淀粉20-23、高岭土45-50、对苯二酚2-4、促进剂DM1-2、氧化镁10-12、速溶硅酸钠3-5、聚乙烯醇2-4、氢氧化钠4-5和去离子水100-110;
该抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份称取各原料,先将ABS高胶粉溶于配方重量份一半的去离子水中,加热至60-80℃,搅拌混合均匀,然后加入熔融的尿素和废铁粉,搅拌混合均匀备用;
(2)称取高岭土,500-550℃温度下煅烧1-2h,空冷后研磨粉碎,过200目筛,备用;
(3)将壳聚糖醋酸溶液、山药淀粉混合均匀,加入氢氧化钠,搅拌混合1-2h后,调节pH至中性,备用;
(4)合并步骤(1)、(2)、(3)的备用料,然后加入其它剩余组成原料,加热至85-95℃搅拌30-60min,降温至45℃以下出料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化耐摩擦粘结剂,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:ABS高胶粉85、废铁粉25、尿素22、壳聚糖醋酸溶液45、山药淀粉22、高岭土48、对苯二酚3、促进剂DM1.5、氧化镁11、速溶硅酸钠4、聚乙烯醇3、氢氧化钠4.5和去离子水105。
