本发明公开了一种生物质复合保温砂浆,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:高粱秸秆5‑10,高粱壳5‑10,草炭10‑15,红砂土10‑15,高铝粉1‑5,剑麻渣2‑8,硫代硫酸钠0.5‑1,硅酸盐水泥60‑80,陶粒40‑60,碳化硅1‑5,马来酸0.2‑1,助剂5‑10;本发明的保温砂浆合理利用生物质材料,符合节能利废环保的要求,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。

本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种生物质复合保温砂浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
保温砂浆是用于构建建筑表面保温层的重要建筑材料,对建筑的保温节能功效起到至关重要的作用。近年来,随着环保产业的不断发展以及产业政策对可持续发展的要求,绿色建筑材料正在不断涌现,其中生物质材料的添加一方面能达到节能环保、资源回收再利用的目的,另一方面也能改善建筑材料的性能,具有极大的开发意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生物质复合保温砂浆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种生物质复合保温砂浆,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
高粱秸秆5-10,高粱壳5-10,草炭10-15,红砂土10-15,高铝粉1-5,剑麻渣2-8,硫代硫酸钠0.5-1,硅酸盐水泥60-80,陶粒40-60,碳化硅1-5,马来酸0.2-1,助剂5-10;
其中助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
聚乙烯醇1-3,石油磺酸钠1-2,三乙醇胺1-3,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1-2,磷酸钙0.2-1,六次甲基四胺0.5-1,可再分散乳胶粉10-20,茶多酚0.1-0.5,硬脂酸1-2,乙酸锌1-3;
助剂的制备方法是:
按重量比聚乙烯醇:水=1:20称取聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热到80-90℃至完全溶解,加入硬脂酸、磷酸钙和六次甲基四胺,200r/min搅拌15min,冷却至常温后加入其余原料,150r/min搅拌1h,烘干后研磨均匀,过200目筛,即得;
一种生物质复合保温砂浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)先将高粱秸秆、高粱壳与剑麻渣混合后烘干、粉碎,300℃处理1h后研磨均匀,得到生物质混合粉末,待用;
(2)将硫代硫酸钠和马来酸溶解于适量水中,加入高铝粉、草炭和生物质混合粉末,40-60℃搅拌1h,烘干后过100目筛,与其余原料混合,搅拌均匀后分装即得。
本发明的优点是:
1. 合理利用生物质材料,符合节能利废的要求;
2. 耐火性好,吸水率低,抗冻性能好;
3. 具有良好的保温隔热性能,耐腐蚀,耐久性好;
4. 安全环保无污染,符合产业政策的要求,有利于可持续发展。

本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种生物质复合保温砂浆,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而成:
高粱秸秆8,高粱壳8,草炭12,红砂土12,高铝粉4,剑麻渣6,硫代硫酸钠0.8,硅酸盐水泥70,陶粒55,碳化硅4,马来酸0.8,助剂8;
其中,助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
聚乙烯醇2,石油磺酸钠1.5,三乙醇胺2,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1.5,磷酸钙0.8,六次甲基四胺0.6,可再分散乳胶粉15,茶多酚0.4,硬脂酸1.5,乙酸锌2;
助剂的制备方法:
按重量比聚乙烯醇:水=1:20称取聚乙烯醇加入水中,加热到80-90℃至完全溶解,加入硬脂酸、磷酸钙和六次甲基四胺,200r/min搅拌15min,冷却至常温后加入其余原料,150r/min搅拌1h,烘干后研磨均匀,过200目筛,即得。
生物质复合保温砂浆的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)先将高粱秸秆、高粱壳与剑麻渣混合后烘干、粉碎,300℃处理1h后研磨均匀,得到生物质混合粉末,待用;

使用时,按重量比水:砂浆=1:1混合均匀即可。
根据GB/T 20473-2006相关内容检测保温砂浆性能,检测结果如下:
干密度:282kg/m3,抗压强度:0.75MPa,导热系数:0.034W/(m﹒K),压剪粘结强度:79kPa;
软化系数:0.65,抗冻性:15次冻融循环质量损失率3.6%,抗压强度损失率17%。

1.一种生物质复合保温砂浆,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
高粱秸秆5-10,高粱壳5-10,草炭10-15,红砂土10-15,高铝粉1-5,剑麻渣2-8,硫代硫酸钠0.5-1,硅酸盐水泥60-80,陶粒40-60,碳化硅1-5,马来酸0.2-1,助剂5-10;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
聚乙烯醇1-3,石油磺酸钠1-2,三乙醇胺1-3,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵1-2,磷酸钙0.2-1,六次甲基四胺0.5-1,可再分散乳胶粉10-20,茶多酚0.1-0.5,硬脂酸1-2,乙酸锌1-3;
所述助剂的制备方法是:
