本发明公开一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法,其特征是:水泥10‑13、地聚合物15‑20、灰钙粉13‑15、莫来石颗粒9‑13、服装边角料碎屑15‑20、玉米秸秆11‑15、黑矾8‑12、丙烯酸1.5‑3、碳酸钾1‑2、菊花提取液1‑3、柠檬酸三丁酯2‑5、薄荷精油3‑5、助剂3‑6、适量水;本发明将服装厂的服装废弃料加以利用,通过生产工艺制得的轻质隔离板具有重量轻、隔音效果好,结实紧密,防水性好,防火阻燃效果好,属于很好的建筑材料。

一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明属于纺织服装领域,具体涉及一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法。
【背景技术】
在服装厂或服装面料的加工厂,常年会产生大量的废弃的服装边角料,大多数无再生利用之处。所以如将其废物利用,可制作成隔离板,会具有轻质、结实紧密、隔温隔热隔音等效果,在建筑材料市场前景好。
【发明内容】
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法。本发明采取的技术方案为:一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法,其特征是:水泥10-13、地聚合物15-20、灰钙粉13-15、莫来石颗粒9-13、服装边角料碎屑15-20、玉米秸秆11-15、黑矾8-12、丙烯酸1.5-3、碳酸钾1-2、菊花提取液1-3、柠檬酸三丁酯2-5、薄荷精油3-5、助剂3-6、适量水;所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:云母粉5-8、火山灰6-9、氯化镁3-5、氧化镁2-4、聚乙烯醇0.2-0.5、可再分散乳胶粉0.2-0.4、、四硼酸钠0.02-0.05、六偏磷酸钠0.04-0.08、酒石酸0.8-2.1、月见草油0.02-0.5、二甲基硅油2.1-3.6、碳化硅1-3、水适量,其制备方法是将50%氯化镁溶液中加入氧化镁粉末搅拌均匀得无机胶凝剂,然后将其他剩余物料粉碎混匀,加适量水搅拌30-40分钟成浆,造粒,成球粒径在2-5mm,烘干即得。
制备方法如下步骤:
(1)先将服装边角料分类处理,然后取出一类原料进行切割,然后通过粉碎机进行粉碎成碎屑;
(2)将玉米秸秆送入炭化炉中,在435-650℃下炭化处理3。5-4小时,取出,粉碎成粉末,向所得的粉末鼓风,在使其翻腾条件下喷雾状薄荷精油,再加入聚乙烯醇搅拌混匀;
(3)取地聚合物放入8-12%的盐酸溶液中浸泡5-6小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,同时加入灰钙粉、服装边角料碎屑,研磨得到浆料;
(4)取碳酸钾和黑矾加入适量水搅拌5-10分钟,放入莫来石颗粒浸泡3-5小时,取出烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)反应物料及其他剩余物料粉碎加适量水搅拌混匀得料浆,将制得的浆料加入墙板挤压成型机成型、切割、自然养护,即得。
本发明的有益效果是:将服装厂的服装废弃料加以利用,通过生产工艺制得的轻质隔离板具有重量轻、隔音效果好,结实紧密,防水性好,防火阻燃效果好,属于很好的建筑材料。
【具体实施方式】
通过上述实施例加工得到的轻质隔墙板的技术指标如下:
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法,其特征是:水泥12、地聚合物17、灰钙粉14、莫来石颗粒12、服装边角料碎屑16、玉米秸秆12、黑矾10、丙烯酸2、碳酸钾1.5、菊花提取液2、柠檬酸三丁酯3、薄荷精油1.5、助剂5、适量水;所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:云母粉6、火山灰5、氯化镁4、氧化镁3、聚乙烯醇0.3、可再分散乳胶粉0.3、、四硼酸钠0.04、六偏磷酸钠0.06、酒石酸2.0、月见草油0.3、二甲基硅油2.8、碳化硅2、水适量,其制备方法是将50%氯化镁溶液中加入氧化镁粉末搅拌均匀得无机胶凝剂,然后将其他剩余物料粉碎混匀,加适量水搅拌30-40分钟成浆,造粒,成球粒径在2-5mm,烘干即得。
制备方法如下步骤:
(1)先将服装边角料分类处理,然后取出一类原料进行切割,然后通过粉碎机进行粉碎成碎屑;

(3)取地聚合物放入8-12%的盐酸溶液中浸泡5-6小时,过滤取出,用清水反复洗涤,烘干,加入水中,同时加入灰钙粉、服装边角料碎屑,研磨得到浆料;
(4)取碳酸钾和黑矾加入适量水搅拌5-10分钟,放入莫来石颗粒浸泡3-5小时,取出烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)反应物料及其他剩余物料粉碎加适量水搅拌混匀得料浆,将制得的浆料加入墙板挤压成型机成型、切割、自然养护,即得。
(1)容重:507kg/m3;
(2)抗压强度:5.1MPa;
(3)吊挂力:1000牛顿,24小时无裂纹。
本发明将服装厂的服装废弃料加以利用,通过生产工艺制得的轻质隔离板具有重量轻、隔音效果好,结实紧密,防水性好,防火阻燃效果好,属于很好的建筑材料。

1.一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法,其特征是:水泥10-13、地聚合物15-20、灰钙粉13-15、莫来石颗粒9-13、服装边角料碎屑15-20、玉米秸秆11-15、黑矾8-12、丙烯酸1.5-3、碳酸钾1-2、菊花提取液1-3、柠檬酸三丁酯2-5、薄荷精油3-5、助剂3-6、适量水;所述的助剂由下列重量份原料制成:云母粉5-8、火山灰6-9、氯化镁3-5、氧化镁2-4、聚乙烯醇0.2-0.5、可再分散乳胶粉0.2-0.4、、四硼酸钠0.02-0.05、六偏磷酸钠0.04-0.08、酒石酸0.8-2.1、月见草油0.02-0.5、二甲基硅油2.1-3.6、碳化硅1-3、水适量,其制备方法是将50%氯化镁溶液中加入氧化镁粉末搅拌均匀得无机胶凝剂,然后将其他剩余物料粉碎混匀,加适量水搅拌30-40分钟成浆,造粒,成球粒径在2-5mm,烘干即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装边角料轻质隔离板的制备方法,其特征是:

(5)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)反应物料及其他剩余物料粉碎加适量水搅拌混匀得料浆,将制得的浆料加入墙板挤压成型机成型、切割、自然养护,即得。
