本发明提供了一种双联动滑块机构及其注塑模具,包括面板、热流道垫板、热嘴隔板、型腔固定板、推板、型芯固定板、下模座板、型芯镶件、下抽芯油缸、型腔镶件、上抽芯油缸、热流道嘴、分流板、顶杆;采用上述技术方案提供的本发明注塑模具,针对长筒状制品的产品形状特点,采用缩减式模具结构+热流道浇注方式+无针顶出方式,解决了长筒状制品注塑生产时,流道废料多、模具厚度大、良品率不高,模具生产制作成本高等生产实际问题;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠。

技术领域
 本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种热嘴油缸抽芯无顶出注塑模具。
背景技术
目前,在注塑模具领域,对于长筒状制品的出模方法,通常在技术上流道采用冷流道方式,成型件常规的型腔和动模,脱模采用顶针或者顶杆、顶块将制品顶出;然而这些模具结构及出模方法存在三大缺点,其一冷流道容易堵塞;其二是型腔深度深,这使得型腔周圈厚度必须要大,来保证型腔不会在长时间的注塑生产中开裂,造成材料成本和加工成本较高;其三是常规顶出方式导致模具厚度厚,模具需要的机台吨位大,生产成本较高,因而须加以改进,提高产品注塑过程的可靠性及降低模具生产制作成本。
发明内容
   本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种热嘴油缸抽芯无顶出注塑模具,设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利;为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案:一种热嘴油缸抽芯无顶出注塑模具,包括面板、热流道垫板、热嘴隔板、型腔固定板、推板、型芯固定板、下模座板、型芯镶件、下抽芯油缸、型腔镶件、上抽芯油缸、热流道嘴、分流板、顶杆。
  作为优选,所述模架结构组件包括面板、热流道垫板、热嘴隔板、型腔固定板、推板、型芯固定板、下模座板。
 作为优选,所述模具抽芯组件包括下抽芯油缸、上抽芯油缸。
 作为优选,所述模具脱模组件包括推板、顶杆。
 作为优选,所述模具流道组件包括热流道嘴、分流板。
   有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种热嘴油缸抽芯无顶出注塑模具,针对长筒状制品的产品形状特点,采用缩减式模具结构+热流道浇注方式+无针顶出方式,解决了长筒状制品注塑生产时,流道废料多、模具厚度大、良品率不高,模具生产制作成本高等生产实际问题;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
   图1-4所示为本发明相关说明图; 一种热嘴油缸抽芯无顶出注塑模具,包括面板1、热流道垫板2、热嘴隔板3、型腔固定板4、推板5、型芯固定板6、下模座板7、型芯镶件8、下抽芯油缸9、型腔镶件10、上抽芯油缸11)、热流道嘴12、分流板13、顶杆14。
   所述模架结构组件包括面板1、热流道垫板2、热嘴隔板3、型腔固定板4、推板5、型芯固定板6、下模座板7。
   所述模具抽芯组件包括下抽芯油缸9、上抽芯油缸11。
   所述模具脱模组件包括推板5、顶杆14,顶杆14通过螺纹一端与推板5联结,一端与注塑机顶杆联结。
   所述模具流道组件包括热流道嘴12、分流板13。
 实际工作时,如图3-4所示,其运动工作原理如下:
   1)模具注塑完毕,开模前,下抽芯油缸9、上抽芯油缸11动作,完成产品的侧凹抽芯脱模,尔后,开模后注塑机动模板拉动模具动模部分后退,模具在模腔分型面处打开,注塑机顶杆直接推动推板5将产品从型芯镶件8上推出,从而完成产品的脱模;
 2)复位时,运动趋势与开模相反,模具分型面先闭合,注塑机顶杆直接拉动推板5将在型芯镶件8上拉出复位,而后,下抽芯油缸9、上抽芯油缸11动作,完成侧凹型芯的复位,模具闭合,等待下一个注塑循环的开始。
