本发明提供了一种两次顶出控制机构及其模具,包括顶出面板、顶出推板、顶出下推板、耐磨锁片、平头螺钉、耐磨锁钩、锁钩螺钉、耐磨导位销、转动销、转动摇臂、摇臂锁弹簧、导向块、转动销支座、支座螺钉、斜顶杆、顶针、斜面顶杆、注塑机顶杆;采用上述技术方案提供的本发明两次顶出控制机构及其模具,提高了模具二次顶出机构的工作可靠性及稳定性,降低了二次顶出机构的制作成本及模具整体生产制造成本等生产实际问题;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种两次顶出控制机构及其模具。
背景技术
模塑成型产品顶出时,产品形状比较复杂需要多次分步顶出时,须设计特殊的多次顶出机构,多次顶出机构的设计复杂程度影响模具工作的可靠性及产品的顶出质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种两次顶出控制机构及其模具,设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利;为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案:一种两次顶出控制机构及其模具,包括顶出面板、顶出推板、顶出下推板、耐磨锁片、平头螺钉、耐磨锁钩、锁钩螺钉、耐磨导位销、转动销、转动摇臂、摇臂锁弹簧、导向块、转动销支座、支座螺钉、斜顶杆、顶针、斜面顶杆、注塑机顶杆。
作为优选,所述顶出组件包括顶出面板、顶出推板、顶出下推板、斜顶杆、顶针、斜面顶杆。
作为优选,所述二次顶出控制组件包括耐磨锁片、平头螺钉、耐磨锁钩、锁钩螺钉、耐磨导位销、转动销、转动摇臂、摇臂锁弹簧、导向块、转动销支座、支座螺钉、注塑机顶杆;耐磨锁片通过平头螺钉安装于顶出下推板所开设的槽内,与耐磨锁钩配对构成锁闭组件;耐磨锁钩通过锁钩螺钉安装于转动摇臂底端;耐磨锁钩右端开设有开槽弹性孔,其内安装有耐磨导位销;耐磨导位销中间部分安装于耐磨锁钩开槽弹性孔内,两端与导向块的右端导向面接触;、转动销支座通过支座螺钉安装于顶出推板上,其上设置有转动销的销孔,其为转动摇臂的转动提供支点;转动摇臂通过转动销安装于转动销支座上,上端开设有弹簧孔槽,下端安装有耐磨锁钩;摇臂锁弹簧一头安装于顶出面板所开设的弹簧孔槽内,一端装于转动摇臂上端孔槽内,为转动摇臂提供转动动力;导向块通过螺钉与销紧固安装于模具垫块上。
有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种两次顶出控制机构及其模具,提高了模具二次顶出机构的工作可靠性及稳定性,降低了二次顶出机构的制作成本及模具整体生产制造成本等生产实际问题;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
图1-3-所示为本发明相关说明图;一种两次顶出控制机构及其模具,包括顶出面板1、顶出推板2、顶出下推板3、耐磨锁片4、平头螺钉5、耐磨锁钩6、锁钩螺钉7、耐磨导位销8、转动销9、转动摇臂10、摇臂锁弹簧11、导向块12、转动销支座13、支座螺钉14、斜顶杆15、顶针16、斜面顶杆17、注塑机顶杆18。
所述顶出组件包括顶出面板1、顶出推板2、顶出下推板3、斜顶杆15、顶针16、斜面顶杆17。
所述二次顶出控制组件包括耐磨锁片4、平头螺钉5、耐磨锁钩6、锁钩螺钉7、耐磨导位销8、转动销9、转动摇臂10、摇臂锁弹簧11、导向块12、转动销支座13、支座螺钉14、注塑机顶杆18;耐磨锁片4通过平头螺钉5安装于顶出下推板3所开设的槽内,与耐磨锁钩6配对构成锁闭组件;耐磨锁钩6通过锁钩螺钉7安装于转动摇臂10底端;耐磨锁钩6右端开设有开槽弹性孔,其内安装有耐磨导位销8;耐磨导位销8中间部分安装于耐磨锁钩6开槽弹性孔内,两端与导向块12的右端导向面接触;、转动销支座13通过支座螺钉14安装于顶出推板2上,其上设置有转动销9的销孔,其为转动摇臂10的转动提供支点;转动摇臂10通过转动销9安装于转动销支座13上,上端开设有弹簧孔槽,下端安装有耐磨锁钩6;摇臂锁弹簧11一头安装于顶出面板1所开设的弹簧孔槽内,一端装于转动摇臂10上端孔槽内,为转动摇臂10提供转动动力;导向块12通过螺钉与销紧固安装于模具垫块上。
实际工作时,如图3所示,其运动工作原理如下:
1)开模后顶出时,在注塑机顶杆18的推动下,顶出面板1、顶出推板2、顶出下推板3推动安装于其上的斜顶杆15、顶针16、斜面顶杆17向上顶出以及二次顶出控制组件中除导向块12以外的其它零件一起向上运动;此时;耐磨导位销8将沿着导向块12导向面上路径由a-b-c-d运动;在a点时,在摇臂锁弹簧11的推压下,耐磨锁钩6紧紧勾住耐磨锁片4,顶出下推板3与顶出面板1、顶出推板2组成的组合板被锁闭在一起被注塑机顶杆一起顶出;当耐磨导位销8运动到b点时,导向面上b-c段开始压迫耐磨导位销8,从而转动摇臂10以转动销9的中心为中心,开始压迫摇臂锁弹簧11逆时针转动;当耐磨导位销8越过c点后,耐磨锁钩6脱离耐磨锁片4,顶出下推板3不能继续跟随顶出推板2继续上行,斜面顶杆17完成其一次顶出辅助顶出功能;而后注塑机顶杆18继续顶着顶出推板2上行,直到顶出面板1碰到模具动模板为止,顶出面板1上的e点接触到动模板上的f点,此时,耐磨导位销8由c点运动到d点,斜顶杆15、顶针16顶出行程为H,从而实现机构的二次顶出功能;
2)复位时,在注塑机顶杆18的拉回压力下,顶出推板2将带动顶出面板1、顶出下推板3下行复位,在复位末了时,顶出下推板3右端通过耐磨锁钩6的左端斜坡面迫使转动摇臂10以转动销9的中心为中心,压迫摇臂锁弹簧11逆时针转动,直到耐磨锁钩6紧紧勾住耐磨锁片4,顶出推板2与顶出下推板3锁闭,模具闭合,等待下一个注塑循环的开始。

1.一种两次顶出控制机构及其模具,包括顶出面板(1)、顶出推板(2)、顶出下推板(3)、耐磨锁片(4)、平头螺钉(5)、耐磨锁钩(6)、锁钩螺钉(7)、耐磨导位销(8)、转动销(9)、转动摇臂(10)、摇臂锁弹簧(11)、导向块(12)、转动销支座(13)、支座螺钉(14)、斜顶杆(15)、顶针(16)、斜面顶杆(17)、注塑机顶杆(18);顶出组件包括顶出面板(1)、顶出推板(2)、顶出下推板(3)、斜顶杆(15)、顶针(16)、斜面顶杆(17);二次顶出控制组件包括耐磨锁片(4)、平头螺钉(5)、耐磨锁钩(6)、锁钩螺钉(7)、耐磨导位销(8)、转动销(9)、转动摇臂(10)、摇臂锁弹簧(11)、导向块(12)、转动销支座(13)、支座螺钉(14)、注塑机顶杆(18);耐磨锁片(4)通过平头螺钉(5)安装于顶出下推板(3)所开设的槽内,与耐磨锁钩(6)配对构成锁闭组件;耐磨锁钩(6)通过锁钩螺钉(7)安装于转动摇臂(10)底端;耐磨锁钩(6)右端开设有开槽弹性孔,其内安装有耐磨导位销(8);耐磨导位销(8)中间部分安装于耐磨锁钩(6)开槽弹性孔内,两端与导向块(12)的右端导向面接触;转动销支座(13)通过支座螺钉(14)安装于顶出推板(2)上,其上设置有转动销(9)的销孔,其为转动摇臂(10)的转动提供支点;转动摇臂(10)通过转动销(9)安装于转动销支座(13)上,上端开设有弹簧孔槽,下端安装有耐磨锁钩(6);摇臂锁弹簧(11)一头安装于顶出面板(1)所开设的弹簧孔槽内,一端装于转动摇臂(10)上端孔槽内,为转动摇臂(10)提供转动动力;导向块(12)通过螺钉与销紧固安装于模具垫块上。
