Abstract
一种与烃类气体的热分解室有关的设备,特别是一种等离子喷嘴(2)所用的分解反应器,它具有确定形状的绝热室,在反应器空间的壁上有混合物/气体的入口。为了改善对所生产的产品的控制,在反应器(1)的壁上的若干供料通道(4)包括送入烃类气体的通道,该烃类气体与在1000至2000℃的温度下送入反应器空间的上部区域的主介质属同种气体,将低温气体送入反应器下部的一处或多处。此外还公开一种用于操作生产具有规定的物理性质的炭黑的这种分解反应器的方法。
Description
本发明涉及一种与应用烃类气体热分解反应器有关的生产炭黑的方法及其装置,尤其涉及一种等离子喷嘴,其中反应器被设计成带有穿过反应室壁的混合物/气体入口的被限定的绝热室。用等离子喷嘴分解烃类的一种已知方法是设置进一步处理反应产品或分解产品的反应室。已知的这种反应器如生产己炔的反应器。这些反应器也被用于生产炭黑和氢。在这种场合,将反应器调到特定的温度,以便使最终产品获得特定性能。
人们还知道沿着反应器的壁送入特定气体的方法,以便防止形成沉积,以及以便冷却器壁。
然而在这些已知的反应器中无论哪一种反应器,就其结构而言所生产的炭黑质量都不够高。这可能是因为在反应器内形成了各种不同的温度区域,而导致碳不受控制地生长,使最终产品的质量不够标准。为了防止沉积,用沿着反应器壁导入气体的办法又出现了类似的副作用,并产生了对产品有害的温度区域。不使用这种气体,在反应器壁上沉积的问题就频繁出现,这就需要停车清理,以使反应器重新工作。这些问题导致反应器间断操作,从而增加了操作费用。
本发明的目的是提供一种利用分解反应器能够有力地控制所获得的具有规定的物理性能的炭黑的方法。本发明的另一个目的提供一种能够连续操作,精确控制整个反应器内的温度的上升的生产炭黑的分解反应器及其装置,在反应器内可对任何混合物进行控制,以及利用该装置从而获得具有所需求的质量和物理性质的炭黑。
这些目的通过应用上述类型的分解反应器的本发明的生产炭黑的方法及其装置来实现,其特征在于按照本发明的方法以及装置利用所述的分解反应器可以生产具有规定物理性能的炭黑。本发明的方法是将分解反应器与等离子炬相连并装有通过反应器壁的供料通道,除去来自等离炬的分解产物外,还将另外的加热气体和/或烃类气体从供料通道于1000-2000℃的温度从反应器侧壁引入反应器空间的上部区域并将较低温度的气体从反应器的下部的一个或多个进料点送入反应器,其供料量是受到控制以便使反应器内达到预定的温度分布使通入的烃类气体分解成炭黑和氢气而沉积在来自等离子烃的炭黑上,形成符合要求性能的颗粒。按照本发明的方法所使用的生产炭黑的装置,其中包括与等离子炬形式的热分解室相连的绝热的分解反应器,在器壁上设有供入气体的供料通道,该供料通道包括引入烃类气体和/或加热介质的通道,在该通道上装有温控装置以在反应器内建立起符合要求的温度区域,该供料通道与设有阀门并用来交替供入加热介质,优选为氢或烃类气体的管道相连。
采用本发明的反应器,能够对加入所用反应室的附加原料和温度条件进行控制,通过反应器,可向最终产品提供所需要的混合物。本发明人意外地发现,通过混入附加原料,即在反应室内加入烃类气体,可控制所生成的炭黑的结构。在反应室内被分解的烃类气体最好是天然气或甲烷,应是非常纯的烃类混合物,以便在反应器内主要获得完全纯的碳和氢。在喷嘴内生成的炭黑流入反应器室并在其中散开。按照本发明,将送入的附加天然气或甲烷予热到所须的温度,例如,可通过反应器壁上的入口或与流出反应器空间的产品气流的热交换来实现。甲烷在反应器中分解的方式类似于来自喷嘴的甲烷,但因有温差存在,这些已经生成的碳粉粒将充当晶核,通过反应器侧壁加入的分解的碳将沉积在这些晶核上,并长成较大的炭黑粉粒或碳粉粒。通过控制送入反应器室的烃类气体的量,通过控制附加碳原料的进料温度和通过在几个不同的温度区进行混合,可控制碳粉粒的沉积和生成,使炭黑结构在来自等离子喷嘴的碳的晶核上生成。严格控制温度条件、混合物和温度区,就能调节被生产的炭黑所需要的精确的结构条件。
反应室内的控制机理也可以是这样一种类型,即可不必向反应器室内送入附加的烃类气体,而只以保持所生产的炭黑的结构的这样一种方式来影响其温度,让生产的炭黑在其通过反应室的路上按所需要的速度冷却,以使其不受温度变化的不可控制的或不利的影响。
反应器室内可以同样地送入混合物,这些混合物也会沉积在炭黑上,并具有所需的影响炭黑应用范围的作用。
下文将用只以附图示意地表示的一个实施例详述本发明,该附图表示本发明反应器的设计原理。
附图示出了反应器室的基本原理,这可使本领域的普通技术人员借助公知的方式开发出技术解决方案。如图所示的这类反应器室的原理与申请人的挪威专利申请914904所述的原理相同。该反应器用标号1表示。2表示等离子喷嘴。进入反应器的分解产品,炭黑和氢用3和箭头表示。分解产品在反应器内将自行分散,碳组分则受温度条件的影响而生长。
在反应器的侧壁上有若干根导入管,用于送入与被送入的主要介质种类相同的另外的烃类气体。这些气体在上部空间区域被予热,其温度可达1000至2000℃,而较冷的气体进入反应器的下部。导入管用标号4表示。可通过这些导入管或喷嘴送入混合物,或者只送入象氢这样加热气体,以便在反应器中保持特定的温度条件。从侧壁流入反应器的热烃类气体也会被分解,所生成的炭黑将沉积在由等离子喷嘴进来的形成晶核的炭黑上,并长成颗粒。一旦确定了送入的附加气体的温度,颗粒的生长也就受到控制,因而所生成的炭黑的物理性质也就得到了控制。这可沿反应器的各个区域来进行,或确定特定温度来实现。通过导入管送入的混合物也将沉积在炭黑上,从而提供所需要的副作用。如果依据特定的温度条件来获得所需要的特定质量,也可不必从导入管送入烃类气体,只要维持用于分解来自等离子喷嘴的产品所用的特定温度区即可。
应当明白,借助本发明的反应器可获得具有特定结构和物理性质的所生成的炭黑,因而或获得适于最终使用的特定产品。
上面的描述仅仅概括了这种反应器的结构原理和生成特定性能的炭黑的方法,显然,在本发明的范围内,可以有多种变型。
Claims (5)
1.在分解反应器(1)中生产具有规定物理性能的炭黑的方法,该反应器(1)与等离子炬(2)相连并且装有通过反应器壁的供料通道(4),其特征在于除了来自等离子炬(2)的分解产物(3)之外,还将另外的加热气体和/或烃类气体从供料通道(4)于1000-2000℃的温度从反应器(1)的侧壁引入反应器(1)空间的上部区域,并且将温度低于1000℃的气体从反应器(1)下部与等离子炬(2)的距离不断增加的一或多个进料点送入反应器,而且另外的烃类气体和/或加热气体的供料量受到控制以便在反应器(1)之内达到预定的温度分布,同时通过供料通道(4)供入规定量的烃类气体并使供入的气体按本身已知的方式分解成炭黑和氢气,从而使来自供料通道(4)的炭黑沉积到来自等离子炬(2)的炭黑上并形成性能符合要求的颗粒。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于通过供料管道(4)仅供入与通过等离子炬(2)供入的气体同类型的热烃类气体。
3.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于通过供料通道(4)仅供入加热气体。
4.按权利要求1所述方法生产炭黑的装置,其中包括分解反应器(1),该反应器与等离子炬(2)形式的热分解室相连,其中反应器(1)设计成确定形状的绝热室,该室设有通过反应器(1)的壁而供入混合物/气体的供料通道(4),其特征在于通过反应器(1)的壁的供料通道(4)包括引入烃类气体和/或加热气体的通道,其中该供料通道(4)上装有温控装置以在反应器(1)内建立起符合要求的温度区域并且该供料通道(4)与设有阀门并用来交替供入加热介质的管道相连。
5.按权利要求4所述方法生产炭黑的装置,其中,该供料通道(4)优选与设有阀门并用来交替供入氢或烃类的管道相连。
