本发明各组分的重量以总量100ml计,人参汁0.1-0.3g、山药汁0.2-0.5g、低聚糖3-6g、牛磺酸30-180mg、肌醇10-50mg、赖氨酸10-40mg、烟酰胺1-4mg、泛酸钙50-100mg、咖啡因15-45mg、维生素B60.2-0.8mg、维生素B10.2-0.8mg、维生素B120.1-0.5mg、蔗糖2-4g、果糖0.5-0.8g、苹果汁0.8-1.2g、柠檬酸80-200mg、柠檬酸钠60-150mg、水果香精10-150mg、羧甲基纤维素钠10-20mg、酒石酸5-15mg、绿茶提取物0.1-0.3g、葡萄糖酸锌30-60mg、氯化钾20-48mg、维生素C15-36mg、水余量。
本发明所述的水果香精可采用水果香精中的一种或一种以上为原料。
一种抗疲劳的功能性饮料的制备方法,按照以下步骤制备:
步骤一、将羧甲基纤维素钠少量逐步加入适量的水中,不停搅拌至全部溶解,得液体A;
步骤二、将低聚糖、蔗糖、果糖、绿茶提取物加入适量水中,搅拌并逐步升温,待全部溶解后保温,得液体B;
步骤三、将牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、咖啡因、维生素B6、维生素B1、维生素B12、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、水果香精、酒石酸、葡萄糖酸锌、氯化钾、维生素C加入适量水中,搅拌直至全部溶解,得液体C;
步骤四、将人参汁、山药汁、苹果汁及液体A、B、C混合,然后加水定容搅拌均匀;
步骤五、经均质、过滤后,再进行高温瞬时灭菌、灌装、封口、冷却。
本发明的有益效果是:饮料中添加了人参液、山药液以及维生素、矿物质、氨基酸等,增加了饮料的抗疲劳效果。
人参性味:味甘、微苦,性温、平。归脾、肺经、心经。补气,固脱,生津,安神,益智。功效:大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津,安神。主治:体虚欲脱,肢冷脉微,脾虚食少,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,内热消渴,久病虚羸,惊悸失眠,阳痿宫冷;心力衰竭,心原性休克。用于气短喘促,心悸健忘,口渴多汗,食少无力,一切急慢性疾病及失血后引起的休克、虚脱。大补元气,固脱生津,安神。治劳伤虚损,食少,倦怠,反胃吐食,大便滑泄,虚咳喘促,自汗暴脱,惊悸,健忘,眩晕头痛,阳痿,尿频,消渴,妇女崩漏,小儿慢惊,及久虚不复,一切气血津液不足之证。
山药,性味:甘、平、无毒。功用:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。

实施例1
本实施例各组分的重量以总量100ml计,人参汁0.1g、山药汁0.4g、低聚糖4g、牛磺酸60mg、肌醇15mg、赖氨酸18mg、烟酰胺3mg、泛酸钙80mg、咖啡因22mg、维生素B60.5mg、维生素B10.4mg、维生素B120.3mg、蔗糖3g、果糖0.6g、苹果汁0.9g、柠檬酸120mg、柠檬酸钠80mg、菠萝香精30mg、羧甲基纤维素钠12mg、酒石酸8mg、绿茶提取物0.12g、葡萄糖酸锌38mg、氯化钾29mg、维生素C25mg、水余量。
实施例2
本实施例各组分的重量以总量100ml计,人参汁0.2g、山药汁0.2g、低聚糖5g、牛磺酸90mg、肌醇24mg、赖氨酸26mg、烟酰胺2mg、泛酸钙60mg、咖啡因27mg、维生素B60.3mg、维生素B10.5mg、维生素B120.4mg、蔗糖4g、果糖0.5g、苹果汁1g、柠檬酸90mg、柠檬酸钠110mg、桔子香精60mg、羧甲基纤维素钠15mg、酒石酸9mg、绿茶提取物0.16g、葡萄糖酸锌42mg、氯化钾33mg、维生素C18mg、水余量。
制备方法的实施例:
本发明的制备方法,按照以下步骤制备:
步骤一、将羧甲基纤维素钠少量逐步加入适量的水中,不停搅拌至全部溶解,得液体A;
步骤二、将低聚糖、蔗糖、果糖、绿茶提取物加入适量水中,搅拌并逐步升温,待全部溶解后保温,得液体B;
步骤三、将牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、咖啡因、维生素B6、维生素B1、维生素B12、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、水果香精、酒石酸、葡萄糖酸锌、氯化钾、维生素C加入适量水中,搅拌直至全部溶解,得液体C;
步骤四、将人参汁、山药汁、苹果汁及液体A、B、C混合,然后加水定容搅拌均匀;
步骤五、经均质、过滤后,再进行高温瞬时灭菌、灌装、封口、冷却。

1.一种抗疲劳的功能性饮料,其特征在于,它含有人参汁、山药汁、低聚糖、牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、咖啡因、维生素B6、维生素B1、维生素B12、蔗糖、果糖、苹果汁、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、水果香精、羧甲基纤维素钠、酒石酸、绿茶提取物、葡萄糖酸锌、氯化钾、维生素C、水。
2. 根据权利要求1所述,一种抗疲劳的功能性饮料,其特征在于,其各组分的重量以总量100ml计,人参汁0.1-0.3g、山药汁0.2-0.5g、低聚糖3-6g、牛磺酸30-180mg、肌醇10-50mg、赖氨酸10-40mg、烟酰胺1-4mg、泛酸钙50-100mg、咖啡因15-45mg、维生素B60.2-0.8mg、维生素B10.2-0.8mg、维生素B120.1-0.5mg、蔗糖2-4g、果糖0.5-0.8g、苹果汁0.8-1.2g、柠檬酸80-200mg、柠檬酸钠60-150mg、水果香精10-150mg、羧甲基纤维素钠10-20mg、酒石酸5-15mg、绿茶提取物0.1-0.3g、葡萄糖酸锌30-60mg、氯化钾20-48mg、维生素C15-36mg、水余量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述,一种抗疲劳的功能性饮料,其特征在于,所述的水果香精可采用水果香精中的一种或一种以上为原料。
4.一种抗疲劳的功能性饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤制备:
步骤一、将羧甲基纤维素钠少量逐步加入适量的水中,不停搅拌至全部溶解,得液体A;
步骤二、将低聚糖、蔗糖、果糖、绿茶提取物加入适量水中,搅拌并逐步升温,待全部溶解后保温,得液体B;
步骤三、将牛磺酸、肌醇、赖氨酸、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、咖啡因、维生素B6、维生素B1、维生素B12、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、水果香精、酒石酸、葡萄糖酸锌、氯化钾、维生素C加入适量水中,搅拌直至全部溶解,得液体C;
步骤四、将人参汁、山药汁、苹果汁及液体A、B、C混合,然后加水定容搅拌均匀;
步骤五、经均质、过滤后,再进行高温瞬时灭菌、灌装、封口、冷却。
