1)按比例称取西柚,去皮后进行榨汁,过滤后得滤汁,备用;
2)按比例称取当归、生地黄、芍药、黄芪、白术、苏子、夜来香,加入上述原料总重量20-30倍的水进行煎煮,煎煮时间1-2小时,然后过滤得煎煮液,备用;
3)按比例称取蜂蜜、盐,将滤汁与煎煮液混合后加入蜂蜜和盐,搅拌均匀,杀菌灌装即得成品。
