本发明涉及离心铸造领域,具体是一种预防离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管断裂的型筒,解决了一端带承口的薄壁直管采用离心铸造生产时,承口与直管连接段常出现断裂,影响产品质量的问题。包括金属型筒本体、承口段成型砂芯、将承口段成型砂芯与金属型筒本体固定的金属压盖和压盖紧固销,金属型筒本体内增设外砂芯,外砂芯通过金属压盖和压盖紧固销紧靠承口段成型砂芯固定于金属型筒本体内,并与承口段成型砂芯配合形成离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管的承口段成型空间。本发明结构简单合理,操作方便,可极大地提高离心铸造工艺生产薄壁灰铸铁承口管的产品合格率。

预防离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管断裂的型筒
技术领域
本发明涉及离心铸造领域,具体是一种预防离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管断裂的型筒。
背景技术
 现有离心铸管工艺技术中,产品按形状分为直管和一端带承口的直管两大类。按材质分为离心铸造灰铸铁管、离心铸造球墨铸铁管、离心铸造钢管、离心铸造双金属管和离心铸造非铁合金管。灰铸铁管采用离心铸造工艺铸造时,直管和一端带承口的厚壁直管生产质量稳定,且生产效率均较高,而一端带承口的薄壁直管采用离心铸造生产时,由于其直管段壁薄,承口段壁厚且直径较大,离心浇注冷却过程中,承口段与直管段因不能实现自内向外同步凝固,再加上灰铸铁凝固过程中线收缩的因素,导致承口与直管连接段常因应力集中出现断裂现象,严重影响产品合格率。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有一端带承口的薄壁直管采用离心铸造生产时,承口与直管连接段常出现断裂现象,严重影响产品质量的问题,提供了一种预防离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管断裂的型筒。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:一种预防离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管断裂的型筒,包括金属型筒本体、承口段成型砂芯、将承口段成型砂芯与金属型筒本体固定的金属压盖和压盖紧固销,金属型筒本体内增设外砂芯,外砂芯通过金属压盖和压盖紧固销紧靠承口段成型砂芯固定于金属型筒本体内,并与承口段成型砂芯配合形成离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管的承口段成型空间。
离心浇注时,铁水流入承口段成型空间并成型;冷却过程中,由于外砂芯具有退让性和与金属型筒相比冷却慢的特点,且能够缓减直管段金属型筒冷却快的缺陷,能够使承口段与直管段自内向外凝固趋于同步,同时能够缓解离心铸造灰铸铁管凝固过程中承口与直管连接段线收缩带来的应力集中,可有效解决一端带承口的薄壁直管采用离心铸造生产时,承口与直管连接段常出现的断裂问题。
本发明结构简单合理,操作方便,可极大地提高离心铸造工艺生产薄壁灰铸铁承口管的产品合格率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,预防离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管断裂的型筒,包括金属型筒本体1、承口段成型砂芯3、将承口段成型砂芯3与金属型筒本体1固定的金属压盖4和压盖紧固销5,金属型筒本体1内增设外砂芯2,外砂芯2通过金属压盖4和压盖紧固销5紧靠承口段成型砂芯3固定于金属型筒本体1内,并与承口段成型砂芯3配合形成离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管的承口段成型空间6。
具体实施时,外砂芯2分别与金属型筒本体1和承口段成型砂芯3压紧连接,金属压盖(4)压紧承口段成型砂芯3,压盖紧固销5依托金属型筒本体1销孔,通过金属压盖4对承口段成型砂芯3和外砂芯2进行压紧后,即可按照热模法灰铸铁离心铸管工艺进行生产。

1.一种预防离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管断裂的型筒,包括金属型筒本体(1)、承口段成型砂芯(3)、将承口段成型砂芯(3)与金属型筒本体(1)固定的金属压盖(4)和压盖紧固销(5),其特征在于:金属型筒本体(1)内增设外砂芯(2),外砂芯(2)通过金属压盖(4)和压盖紧固销(5)紧靠承口段成型砂芯(3)固定于金属型筒本体(1)内,并与承口段成型砂芯(3)配合形成离心铸造薄壁灰铸铁承口管的承口段成型空间(6)。
