US5627041A1公开了一种用于生物样本分析的药筒,所述药筒包括具有“停止结”的通道,流体的毛细流动在停止结处达到静止,直至压力、力或加速度被施加到流体以克服所述停止结。
发明内容
具有允许特别是在流体系统中的流体流动的可替换、鲁棒控制的手段将是有利的。
这一关注点通过根据权利要求1的流体系统、根据权利要求12的处理装置、根据权利要求13的方法和根据权利要求14的用途来解决。在从属权利要求中公开了优选的实施例。
根据第一方面,本发明的实施例涉及一种流体系统,其中术语“流体系统”应当指代包括比如通道、腔室、入口、出口等之类的连通腔体的设备,可以通过该连通腔体输运介质。介质可以特别地为流体,例如生物原液(血液、唾液、尿液等)。而且,系统在其腔体的特性或平均直径(例如被测量为完全适应于腔体的最大球体的直径)典型地小于大约100μm的意义上优选地为“微流体”系统。
所提出的流体系统包括经由流体阻止连接的第一通道和第二通道。而且,流体系统包括具有内表面的柔性元件,所述内表面被设置成使得施加在柔性元件的外表面上的确定机械压力能够实现介质跨流体阻止的流动的方式造成所述内表面的局部变形。
通常,术语“通道”应当指代可以通过其输运介质的(任意集合形状的)腔体。典型地,这样的通道具有带有矩形、圆形或多边形横截面的细长几何形状。
“流体阻止”应当是在通过(多个)邻近通道输运介质的条件(例如介质中的压力)下通过其阻碍、优选地中断所述介质的流动或输运的任何元件、单元、结构或设备。引入到上述流体系统的第一通道中的介质将因此沿该通道流动,直至其到达流体阻止,其中所述流动达到静止。
“压力”在柔性元件的外表面上的施加,在本申请的上下文中,等同于对应力的施加。提及的“确定”压力是指以下事实:所施加的压力将通常必须落到某个范围或区间中以便引起所期望的效应(即,能够实现流体流动)。
一般而言,“第一”通道和“第二”通道的作用可互换(对称)。在下文中,在应用期间被首先填充有所输运的介质的通道将典型地被视为“第一通道”,而仅在经过流体阻止之后介质进入到其中的通道被视为“第二通道”。
所描述的流体系统具有以下优点:其允许介质的流动的可靠和鲁棒控制,这是因为所述流动在流体阻止处中断,直至采取显著的外部措施,即柔性元件的变形。有利之处还在于,介质内的压力不需要被影响以克服流体阻止。
一般而言,柔性元件可以是其自身的部分或组件。柔性元件然后被优选地邻近于第一通道、第二通道和/或流体阻止来布置。在一些实施例中,柔性元件可以是或包括第一通道、第二通道和/或流体阻止的部分。
柔性元件的内表面的变形可以是永久的(如果达到材料的塑性变形范围的话)。优选地,所述变形无论如何是弹性的,因而一旦移除导致变形的压力或力,则允许变形的元件返回到其初始状态或几何形状。
一般而言,能够实现跨流体阻止的流动可以通过涉及柔性元件的变形的各种机制来实现。流体阻止可以例如从第一和第二通道移走,因而移除对介质流动的阻碍影响。
在优选实施例中,柔性元件的内表面的变形改变所述内表面与相对元件之间的距离。“相对元件”可以例如正好是或包括第一通道、第二通道和/或流体阻止的表面。而且,内表面与相对元件之间的距离优选地在内表面的变形期间减小。例如,在其中流体阻止亲水、具有低于邻近的第一通道的亲水性并且其中第一通道可以变形以接近第二通道的系统中,含水介质将越过流体阻止,这是因为通道之间的间隙的减小给出毛细吸入的增加。
可选地,前述距离的减小是减小到零值,即直至柔性元件的内表面和相对元件彼此接触。然后桥接这些元件之间的间隙,这允许介质的经过。例如,如果柔性元件的内表面的机械变形导致亲水表面触碰含水介质的流体弯液面,介质将越过流体阻止,因为触碰给出毛细吸入的增加。
在另一实施例中,柔性元件的内表面的变形可以增加腔体或通道内的距离。例如,在其中流体阻止是疏水的系统中,含水介质将越过流体阻止,因为间隙的增加给出流体阻止可以承受的流体压力的减小。
在流体系统的进一步发展中,其中柔性元件的内表面与相对元件之间的距离通过柔性元件的变形改变,可以在柔性元件的所述内表面上和/或在所述相对元件上提供突起。这样的突起将接触存在于相对侧上的介质的弯液面并且构成用于其连续流动的良好定义的桥。
在优选实施例中,前述突起可以具有用于在流体系统中输运的介质的毛细作用和/或可润湿性。接触突起的介质然后将被所述突起容易地吸取和转送。突起的(高)毛细作用可以通过为其提供结构化表面(包括例如毛细槽)来实现。突起的(高)可润湿性可以通过为其提供关于要输运的介质的合适表面化学性质来实现。
第一和/或第二通道可以特别地设计成允许通过毛细力输运介质。取决于要输运的介质类型,适当地选择通道的内部几何形状(横截面、长度)和表面化学性质(亲水性)以允许介质上的毛细力的生成。介质的输运然后将由所述力驱动而自动发生。
最优选地,邻近于流体阻止的第一通道和/或第二通道的区域具有用于要输运的介质的特别高的毛细作用。因此可以确保当发生柔性元件的变形时介质将存在于所述区域中。如果高毛细作用的区域在流体阻止后面(例如在第二通道中),高毛细作用具有在变形期间和之后容易捕获介质的优点。
可以通过各种措施向流体阻止提供中断介质流动的特征。在一个实施例中,流体阻止可以例如包含具有低于邻近的第一通道和/或第二通道的可润湿性(或亲水性,如果应当输运亲水介质的话)的材料。
在另一实施例中,流体阻止可以是或者包括排斥要输运的介质的组件。如果介质例如是含水液体,流体阻止可以是或者流体阻止可以包含具有疏水性质的材料,例如流体阻止的适当表面涂层。
根据另一实施例,流体阻止可以具有由于几何尺寸的较低毛细作用,例如流体阻止具有大于邻近的第一通道和/或第二通道的内部尺寸。对于任意几何形状,通道或流体阻止的“内部尺寸”可以定义为完全适应于所述通道或流体阻止的最大球体的直径。
根据另一实施例,流体阻止可以包含导致流体弯液面的阻塞或流体弯液面的受阻碍移动的几何结构,例如诸如边缘或隆起或粗糙之类的具有高曲率的结构。
柔性元件可以特别地是或包括可变形壁。因而,不需要接合点、铰链等以允许两个连接部分的移动。而是,构成柔性元件的材料的内部弹性和/或塑性被用于实现所期望的变形。最优选地,壁可以弹性变形到允许与相对壁或结构接触的程度。
第一通道、第二通道和/或流体阻止可以可选地包括用于过滤被输运的介质的过滤元件。优选地,这样的过滤元件位于首先被介质填充的通道(例如第一通道)中。这具有以下优点:介质的流动在此期间被流体阻止中断的时间可以被用于过滤过程并且仅经过滤的介质将必须跨过流体阻止。
流体系统一般可以集成到其中需要其性质的任何设备、装置或组件中。特别地,流体系统可以合并到药筒中(或构成药筒),即合并到包括用于容纳样本介质的构件的可输运单元中。药筒典型地为可交换元件或单元,可以利用其向装置提供样本介质以供处理。药筒通常将是针对单个样本仅使用一次的一次性组件。
本发明的另一实施例涉及一种用于处理介质的装置,所述装置包括以下组件:
a)用于以上所描述的种类的流体系统(即具有经由流体阻止连接的第一和第二通道的流体系统,其中柔性元件的内表面通过所述柔性元件的外表面上的压力可变形以能够实现介质跨流体阻止的流动)的容纳空间。
b)用于在位于容纳空间中的流体系统的柔性元件的外表面上可控地施加压力的致动器。
可以位于容纳空间中的流体系统将优选地为一次性药筒(集成到其中),其仅一次用于单个样本的处理。而且,流体系统可以在概念上被视为装置的部分或分离的组件。
装置典型地包括所期望处理介质的构件或组件,所期望处理介质提供在位于容纳空间中的流体系统中。该处理可以包括介质的任何操纵,例如与介质的物理和/或化学反应。最优选地,处理包括其中确定比如存在和/或某个目标物质的量之类性质的检测过程。这种处理装置例如公开在WO2010/070521A1中(其通过引用并入在本申请中)。
本发明的另一实施例涉及一种用于控制介质跨流体系统、特别是以上描述的种类的流体系统中第一通道与第二通道之间的流体阻止的流动的方法。该方法包括柔性元件的变形以使得能够实现介质跨流体阻止的流动。
方法、流体系统和装置是相同发明概念的不同实现,即通过柔性元件的变形,介质跨流体阻止的受控前进。针对这些实现中的一个提供的解释和定义因而也对其它实现有效。
本发明还涉及以上所描述的种类的药筒或装置用于分子诊断、生物样本分析、化学样本分析、食品分析和/或法医检定的用途。分子诊断可以例如在直接或间接附着到目标分子的磁珠或荧光颗粒的帮助下完成。

具体实施方式
简单且高质量的样本提取和处理对于迅速的生物感测应用是重要的,以便确保甚至在具有极少控制的环境中的可靠结果,例如在实验室外并且具有非专业用户。优选地,可靠的测量仅在小样本体积上完成,并且样本提取不应当产生疼痛。得到小流体样本的方法包括例如针刺、针、毛细管等。对于生物感测应用,重要的是与后续处理组合地查看样本提取,即药筒和读取器技术(假定在药筒中处置样品)。用于迅速生物感测的技术的示例是由申请人开发的Magnotech®技术。将在下文中描述的流体系统和药筒可以(除其它之外)与该生物感测技术一起使用。
用于例如诸如血液、尿液、唾液之类的体液中成分分析的一次性药筒通常是基于毛细流动的机制。对于某些使用情况,有利的是将样本吸取到药筒中,同时药筒在分析仪外部。通常意图化验包含许多时间临界过程,其在分析仪的控制下实施。这暗示着样本在将药筒加载到分析仪中之前不应当润湿化验/检测区。对于最终用户而言易于使用的解决方案可以基于样本在药筒内部的存储和在期望的时刻由分析仪触发的样本释放。这样的解决方案取决于能够在期望的时刻启动毛细流动的阀门。
图1示出通过其解决以上问题的根据本发明的第一实施例的流体系统100。图中所示的元件典型地为较大流体系统、特别是合并到可以用于吸取样本介质(例如生物液体)并且将其提供给读取装置的一次性药筒中的流体系统的部分。附图1聚焦于流体阻止周围的关键组件。这些组件包括:
- 第一通道110,例如实现为具有矩形横截面的宽度w的腔体,第一通道110典型地在其左侧连接到另外的组件(未示出)以用于将样本介质引入到所述第一通道中。第一通道可选地包括在其右端上的增加的毛细作用(关于要输运的介质)的区域114。所述增加的毛细作用可以例如通过减小的通道高度和/或通过特定的表面涂层来实现。
- 与第一通道呈直线布置但是从其分离宽度Δ的间隙的第二通道130。第二通道130在其右端连接到其中应当发生所输运介质的进一步处理的另外的组件(未示出)(例如具有用于目标分子的捕获点的样本腔室)。
- 布置在第一通道110与第二通道130之间的前述间隙中的流体阻止120。流体阻止120被设计成使得流体阻止120中断出现在第一通道110中的介质的流动或输运。这可以特别地通过流体阻止的低毛细作用来实现,例如由于流体阻止的较大内部尺寸和/或由于适当的表面涂层(例如如果应当输运含水介质则疏水涂层)和/或由于导致弯液面的阻塞或受阻碍移动的结构。
如已经提到的,所描述的流体系统100将典型地合并到具有用于吸取样本流体的入口部分(未示出)的药筒中,所述入口部分连接到第一通道110并且允许样本流体沿所述第一通道的流动,直至其到达流体阻止120。在图1a)中采取这样的填充状态。
为了允许介质进一步前进到第二通道130中,例如用于启动所述第二通道中或后面的检测化验,提出通过邻近于所述流体阻止定位的柔性元件的变形来克服流体阻止120。该柔性元件可以是其自身的组件和/或可以是第一通道(图1b)、第二通道(图1c)和/或流体阻止(图2-15)的部分。
图1b)图示了其中第一通道110通过作用在其侧壁(外表面111)上的适当压力或力F变形的第一替换方案。由于该力F,第一通道膨胀,直至其内表面113接触第二通道130。在此时刻,触碰流体弯液面并且填充第一通道的介质可以经过而到第二通道中,因而克服流体阻止120并且介质继续流动到第二通道中/或通过第二通道。力F可以例如由用户手动地生成,或者经由例如作为分析仪的部分的某个中间仪器来生成。
图1c)图示了其中第二通道130通过作用在其侧壁131上的适当的力F变形的第二替换方案。再次,这导致第一通道与第二通道的内表面133之间的接触,因而能够实现介质经过而到第二通道中。
一般而言,触碰要输运的介质的流体系统的部分将优选具有用于流体介质的良好可润湿性。触碰例如抵挡亲水材料的含水介质将导致润湿,因而促进介质的流出。
图2示出构成流体系统的第二实施例的药筒200,该流体系统包括通过流体阻止220分离的第一通道210与第二通道230。在该情况中,流体阻止包含具有平行的多个通道的结构,例如梳状结构和/或过滤元件。在该示例中,过滤元件224布置在流体阻止220中,所述过滤元件可选地保持在具有小微流体尺寸的梳状支撑结构225,226之间。通道210,230可以具有允许通过毛细力输运流体介质的亲水表面。如果必要的话,过滤元件224的边缘可以被疏水材料227阻挡。
在该实施例中,流体阻止220的流动中断机制是通过将过滤元件224(及其下部支撑226)从相对壁240和第二通道230分离的空间隙来实现。前述相对壁具有面向过滤元件224及其支撑226的内表面243和外表面241。而且,前述相对壁应当可变形并且在该实施例中构成用于克服流体阻止的“柔性元件”。
在该上下文中应当指出的是,将组件分配为属于流体阻止在一定程度上是任意的。在以上描述中,支撑结构225和226、过滤元件224和可变形壁240全部被视为属于流体阻止220。可替换地,流体阻止可以仅利用下部支撑226与可变形壁240之间的空间隙来标识(在这种情况中支撑结构225、226和过滤器224将被视为第一通道的部分,并且可变形壁将被视为分离的组件)。无论选择这些或其它可能定义中的哪个都不影响由所描述的实施例实现的一般概念。
如果介质被引入到第一通道210,其将由毛细力驱动而前进,直至其填充过滤元件224和邻近的支撑226。由于在流体阻止220中的下部支撑226与可变形壁240之间的间隙,介质将不进一步前进。
例如,如果将整个血液样本引入到第一通道210中,红血细胞将停留在过滤元件224中而血浆流到过滤器支撑226中。过滤元件224及其可选过滤器支撑226表示具有高毛细力的区。由于不存在与(亲水)药筒的其余部分的接触,流体流动将在该接触处停止。
图3示出在其引入到装置(例如用于检测药筒200中提供的样本介质中的目标成分(例如分子)的读取装置250)中之后的药筒或流体系统200。药筒200布置在读取装置250的容纳空间251中。在该位置中,装置250的可移动致动器252接触柔性元件240的外表面241并且使其变形,使得柔性元件240的内表面243得以与相对支撑226和/或过滤元件224接触。因此,流体阻止断开并且介质(例如血浆)可以经过而进入第二通道230中。
图4示出药筒200的可选修改,其中柔性元件240的内表面包括面向过滤元件224的支撑226的突起242。当柔性元件240变形时,该突起242将较早接触第一通道和那里的介质,因而最小化柔性元件的所要求的变形。
所描述实施例的基本原理是对于毛细作用之下的液体输运,要求液体与其应当去往的表面之间的物理接触。如果在表面与液体之间不存在物理接触,则缺少“拉动”毛细力。由于该要求,通常难以从由若干层构建的设备中的一层朝向另一层传送液体。
由若干层构建的设备的一个示例是混合设备或药筒,其中注入模制部分与包含微流体结构的箔或箔的叠层组合。在这样的混合设备中,人们可以使用箔段中的流体结构的柔性/可变形性以将液体带入到与接触区物理接触,特别地与模制部分上的突起(例如销针)物理接触。
将在下文中将针对于包括用于从微流体设备中的一个部分向同一设备中的另一部分传送液体的结构的实施例来更加详细地描述该方案。所述结构包括集成在液体必须去往的部分上的突起(或销针)。突起必须物理触碰另一(润湿)部分上的毛细结构中的液体以将液体从润湿部分传送至仍旧干燥的部分。
图5-7示出根据以上原理设计的流体系统或药筒300。药筒300是包括,从顶部到底部,以下各层的混合设备:
- 具有引向水塘的放大的圆形顶部段324的热模压印(亲水)第一通道310的顶部箔301。而且,在该箔301中提供小气孔325(这应当布置在偏远位置中,否则其可能被填充水塘的液体闭合)。
- 具有圆形孔的接合层302(形成所提到的水塘的中心段)。该层可以例如包括胶合剂或双面胶带。
- 具有第二通道330、水塘的底部段326、(亲水)突起或销针322和凹陷327的注入模制(塑料)部分。凹陷327对于容纳顶部箔301是有用的,此时顶部箔301被向下按压。这在销针322的顶部在注入模制部分303的顶表面的水平处或以下的情况中是必要的。这样还防止了部分303触碰水塘340的顶部,触碰水塘340的顶部具有闭合它的风险。
所提到的层在图5中的顶视图中分离地示出。在图6中示出经组装的药筒300的顶视图,而在图7中示出跨图6的线VII-VII的截面。
如从图7可以看到的,水塘344周围的整个结构被视为流体阻止320。而且,顶部箔301(或更精确地说,该箔在水塘344上方的区域)构成可以通过在其外表面341上施加的力F变形的“柔性元件”340。当施加这样的力时,箔301朝向突起322弯曲,直到柔性元件340的内表面343与所述突起之间的间隙变为零或至少足够小,以使得流体经过而到突起并且从那里到第二通道330中。
顶部箔301中的小孔325被用于防止生成由箔的压缩导致的压力变化。这可以导致在检测腔室中不想要的液体移动。
图8-11示出药筒400的可替换的实施例。该药筒具有与药筒300基本上相同的设计,除了水塘444的顶部段424被冲切到箔401中而不是被热模压印(如通道410那样)。该冲切孔424被具有排气孔425的亲水盖子404覆盖。
利用所描述的设计,可以使水塘444的顶部部分中的楔形物更加尖锐,这改善水塘的顶部的毛细填充。同样,注入模制部分403中的水塘底部的润湿可以通过选择适当的亲水材料来改善。以此方式可以更加容易地实现水塘的填充。
图10示出第一通道410位于该箔的顶侧处,即其通过箔401的材料与注入模制部分403分离。
(多个)箔301,401中的(多个)微流体结构可以通过能够在箔中创建微流体结构的任何技术来制作,诸如卷到卷热模压印、平层热模压印、冲切或其组合。
经由药筒300,400的突起322,422的液体输运可以可选地通过突起的改善的可润湿性(较低的接触角)来增强。这可以例如通过突起的适当亲水性来实现。此外或可替换地,经由突起的液体输运可以通过在突起中创建充当毛细通道的槽来增强。
图12示出在这方面图11的突起422的可能的可替换横截面。所示出的示例包括突起422的“正常”圆形横截面、突起422''的十字形横截面和具有中间形状的突起422'的横截面。
图13-15图示了流体阻止的变形可以如何用于克服所述停止的三个示例性方式。在这些实施例中,流体阻止(或其至少一个壁)同时为可以通过其外表面上的压力而变形的柔性元件。
在图13中,第一通道510和第二通道530之间的流体阻止520包括具有减小的亲水性(假设要输运的介质是亲水的)的区域。通过力F的流体阻止的变形减小毛细距离并且从而增加毛细力,使得能够实现介质的经过。
在图14中,第一通道610和第二通道630之间的流体阻止620包括具有由于其壁之间的较大间隙所致的减小毛细作用的区域。通过力F的流体阻止的变形减小毛细距离并且从而增加毛细力。
在图15中,第一通道710和第二通道730之间的流体阻止720包括具有疏水性(假设要输运的介质是亲水的)的区域或具有阻碍弯液面移动的几何结构的区域,例如通过某种程度的弯液面阻塞。通过力F的流体阻止的变形增加毛细距离并且从而减小停止力。
在所描述的实施例的修改中,突起可以创建在箔部分上,使得能够实现从箔到不同箔的传送(例如在由箔的叠层制成的药筒中)。而且,在以上示意图中的主要关注点在于,流体阻止周围的阀门上。典型地,模制的部分和箔部分将包含比在此示出的通道的简单连接更多的流体功能。
所描述的流体系统维持毛细(“被动”)填充的原理。因而不存在对于流体施加外部压力的需要,对于流体施加外部压力通常创建复杂并且因此昂贵的解决方案(例如牵涉气密橡胶、旋转盘等)。另外,可能难以控制压力/体积以便保证液体在正确位置处的停止。在毛细微流体中,液体的停止受设备的固定几何特征控制。
在所描述的流体系统中的流体阻止和可变形元件本质上示出阀门动作。可选地,这样的阀门可以在通过取走外部致动来移除变型时再次闭合。以此方式,实现“打开/闭合”阀门而不是“打开一次”阀门。所描述类型的阀门可以在向同一出口泄放的通道中串行地应用多次(这样的阀门级联通过一个单个排气孔的开口是不可能的)。
总的来说,所描述的实施例示出一种用于毛细微流体设备的阀门。阀门可以包括第二、未润湿部分上的突起。当液体存在于第一润湿部分中的通道或结构中时,液体可以通过毛细力从润湿部分流动到干燥部分。如果突起略微过短而不导致液体传送并且润湿部分是可变形箔,则箔可以通过外部力而变形以导致传送。以此方式实现有条件的传送(装设阀门),在液体上不必施加外部压力。外部力可以通过分析仪施加。
在样本提取单元(“STU”)和检测化验单元(“DAU”)集成在一个单个片段中的意义上,药筒200,300,400可以实现为“完全集成的药筒”。
一种使用这样的药筒的方法是用户将样本置于药筒中,同时药筒在相关联的读取器装置外,并且然后将经装载的集成药筒置于所述读取器中。该方案的优点在于,用户可以在没有读取器的情况下拿取样本,选择身体上的采样区的自由、患者移动的自由、离开读取器位置的采样位置的自由、可能地对于患者的较少心理压力(药筒接近患者,患者不被拉向读取器)。
使用这样的药筒的另一方法是用户将样本置于药筒中,同时药筒在读取器内。该方案的优点在于,读取器控制和监视采样过程并且药筒可以从读取器中的存货馈送(例如回转车)。
可替换地,药筒200可以实现为具有分离的样本提取单元(“STU”)和检测化验单元(“DAU”)的药筒。
使用这样的药筒的一种方法是用户将样本带到STU中,将DAU插入到读取器中,并且将经填充的STU点击到DAU中,此时DAU在读取器中。该方案的优点在于DAU可以从读取器中的存货馈送(例如回转车)。
使用这样的药筒的另一方法是用户将样本带到STU中,在DAU在读取器中之前,将经填充的STU点击到DAU中,并且此后将带有DAU的STU点击到读取器中。
总的来说,已经描述了流体系统的实施例,其中第一通道和第二通道通过流体阻止分离,流体阻止例如是具有疏水涂层的区域和/或具有非毛细内部尺寸的腔室。第一通道、第二通道和流体阻止中的至少一个可变形以使得能够实现介质跨流体阻止的流动。
根据所描述的实施例的药筒可以包括具有以下优选特征的样本提取单元(STU)和检测化验单元(DAU):
STU包含四个功能模块:
- 样本进入端口或入口部分(具有例如针、箔、皮肤粘合剂);
- 样本或化验腔室;
- 吸入机制(例如,预加载的真空、真空生成模块);
- 抽取端口(例如隔膜,到DAU的出口)。
STU-DAU接口包括:
- 通道;
- 可选的:装设阀门机制(例如毛细停止、可渗透粘弹性介质、可释放机械阻挡、具有气孔冲孔的DAU中的气体卷入、二极管阀)。
DAU包含:
- 样本入口端口;
- 通道;
- 输运机制(例如毛细力、重力、预加载的真空、生成的真空、机械体积位移泵);
- 化验腔室(例如磁纳米颗粒、生物感测表面)。
分布在以上组件之上的可选功能为:
- 样本过滤;
- 试剂存储和释放;
- 样本充足性传感器/指示器。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于输运介质的流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700),包括:
- 第一通道(110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710);
- 第二通道(130, 230, 330, 430, 530, 630, 730);
- 柔性元件,其位于第一通道和第二通道之间并具有内表面(113, 133, 243, 343,443),其中在不向柔性元件施加力的情况下,在第一通道和第二通道之间存在间隙;以及
- 流体阻止(120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720),其位于第一通道和第二通道之间并连接所述第一通道和第二通道;其中柔性元件被设置成使得确定机械压力(F)被施加在柔性元件的外表面(111, 131, 241, 341, 441)上,并且柔性元件被设置成在所述内表面产生局部变形,以减小该间隙并改变所述内表面与第二通道之间距离(Δ),从而能够实现介质跨流体阻止的流动。
2.根据权利要求1的流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700),
其特征在于柔性元件包括第一通道、第二通道和/或流体阻止的部分。
3.根据权利要求1的流体系统,
其特征在于柔性元件的内表面包括突起(242, 322, 422)。
4.根据权利要求3的流体系统,
其特征在于所述突起(242, 322, 422)可由介质润湿和/或允许介质通过毛细力的输运。
5.根据权利要求1的流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700),
其特征在于第一通道(110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710)和/或第二通道(130,230, 330, 430, 530, 630, 730)允许介质通过毛细力的输运。
6.根据权利要求5的流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700),
其特征在于流体阻止(120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720)具有低于第一通道(110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710)和/或第二通道(130, 230, 330, 430, 530,630, 730)的毛细作用。
7.根据权利要求1的流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700),
其特征在于流体阻止包括用于至少部分阻塞弯液面的介质推挤组件或几何结构。

12.一种处理装置(250),包括:
- 用于根据权利要求1的流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700)的容纳空间(251);
- 用于在容纳空间中的流体系统的柔性元件的外表面上可控地施加压力(F)的致动器(252)。
13.一种用于控制介质跨流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700)中的第一通道(110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710)与第二通道(130, 230, 330, 430, 530,630, 730)之间的流体阻止(120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720)流动的方法,其中在不向位于第一通道和第二通道之间的柔性元件施加力的情况下,在第一通道和第二通道之间存在间隙,所述方法包括:使柔性元件变形,流体阻止位于第一通道和第二通道之间,并且通过所述变形来减小所述间隙且改变柔性元件与第二通道之间的距离(Δ),以便能够实现介质跨流体阻止(120, 220, 320, 420, 520, 620, 720)的流动。
14.根据权利要求1的流体系统(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700)或根据权利要求12的装置(250)用于分子诊断、生物样本分析、化学样本分析、食品分析和/或法医检定的用途。
