本发明公开了一种玉米胚芽压榨工艺,其技术方案要点是,将选择好的玉米粒放入含有二氧化硫溶液的浸泡桶浸泡40-60小时,浸泡完后放入到破碎机内破碎,破碎后放入到胚芽分离槽,向胚芽分离槽内注入水,因为密度的不同,这样胚芽就会漂浮到水面的上,从而将胚芽取出,并将胚芽立即干燥脱水,将胚芽筛分或者风选的方式去粉,从而以保证胚芽的纯度,随后将胚芽放入到软化装置内,通过软化装置使胚芽的含水量为12%~13%,并将其放入到浸出器内,并且浸出器运转周期通过变频调节到110~130min,再通过过滤装置将浸出的油过滤,滤除残渣。从而提高出油率。

技术领域
本发明涉及玉米胚芽的生产制作工艺,尤其涉及一种玉米胚芽压榨工艺。
背景技术
玉米胚芽压榨工艺就是采用玉米胚芽榨油的工艺,玉米胚芽油具有很高的营养和医疗价值,玉米胚芽油虽然不是食用油中的大众产品,玉米胚芽油中不饱脂肪酸特别是亚油酸和油酸的含量占80%,具有降低血管中的胆固醇、防止血管硬化的作用,对高血压、心脏病和糖尿病有显著的医疗效果,并且玉米胚芽油中含有丰富的酶和维生素E,长期食用能增强肌肉和心血管机能,维持生殖机能正常,增强人体新陈代谢和提高免疫力,能够很好的恢复体内的粘膜组织,但是因为在玉米中玉米胚芽所占有的量就较少,而且在提取胚芽的过程中就会产生一些损失,而在胚芽提有的过程中因为种种原因,也不能完全提油,这样就造成了胚芽油产量的降低,造成了浪费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种玉米胚芽压榨工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)脱胚:将选择好的玉米粒放入含有二氧化硫溶液的浸泡桶浸泡40-60小时,浸泡完后放入到破碎机内破碎,破碎后放入到胚芽分离槽,向胚芽分离槽内注入水,因为密度的不同,这样胚芽就会漂浮到水面上,从而将胚芽取出,并将胚芽立即干燥脱水;
(2)预榨处理:将胚芽筛分或者风选的方式去粉,从而以保证胚芽的纯度,随后将胚芽放入到软化装置内,通过软化装置使胚芽的含水量为12%~13%,在经过辊筒轧机轧成0.3mm~0.4mm的薄片,再将其进行蒸炒使其含水量为6%~8%;
(3)浸出:先要筛选出胚芽中的粉末,并将其放入到浸出器内,并且浸出器运转周期通过变频调节到110~130min,再通过过滤装置将浸出的油过滤,滤除残渣。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在二氧化硫溶液中浸泡的过程中胚芽中的糖类、淀粉、及蛋白质类部分溶解在溶液中排出,从而增强胚芽的分离纯度和完整度,而使其扎成薄片,能促使细胞结构遭受破坏,使油路缩短,便于料胚的蒸炒和压榨,从而提高出油率。

下面为本发明的实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种玉米胚芽压榨工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)脱胚:将选择好的玉米粒放入含有二氧化硫溶液的浸泡桶浸泡40-60小时,浸泡完后放入到破碎机内破碎,破碎后放入到胚芽分离槽,向胚芽分离槽内注入水,因为密度的不同,这样胚芽就会漂浮到水面上,从而将胚芽取出,并将胚芽立即干燥脱水;
(2)预榨处理:将胚芽筛分或者风选的方式去粉,从而以保证胚芽的纯度,随后将胚芽放入到软化装置内,通过软化装置使胚芽的含水量为12%~13%,在经过辊筒轧机轧成0.3mm~0.4mm的薄片,再将其进行蒸炒使其含水量为6%~8%;

1.一种玉米胚芽压榨工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)脱胚:将选择好的玉米粒放入含有二氧化硫溶液的浸泡桶浸泡40-60小时,浸泡完后放入到破碎机内破碎,破碎后放入到胚芽分离槽,向胚芽分离槽内注入水,因为密度的不同,这样胚芽就会漂浮到水面上,从而将胚芽取出,并将胚芽立即干燥脱水;
(2)预榨处理:将胚芽筛分或者风选的方式去粉,从而以保证胚芽的纯度,随后将胚芽放入到软化装置内,通过软化装置使胚芽的含水量为12%~13%,在经过辊筒轧机轧成0.3mm~0.4mm的薄片,再将其进行蒸炒使其含水量为6%~8%;
