Claims (3)
- a) 콩 껍질을 2-20배량의 알카리 용액으로 pH 12.0-12.5로 조정하여 침지 가열하여 추출하는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계 추출액을 여과하여 불용성 슬러지를 획득하는 단계;c) 상기 b)단계 결과 얻어진 슬러지를 2-5배량의 물에 분산시키고 산 용액을 이용하여 pH 6.5-7.2로 중화하는 단계;d) 상기 c)단계 용액에 과산화수소를 첨가하여 표백/살균하는 단계;e) 상기 d)단계 용액을 여과하여 불용성 물질을 수거하고 건조하는 단계; 및f) 상기 e)의 결과물을 분쇄하여 분말제품을 만드는 단계를 포함하는 콩 껍질로부터 불용성 식이섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알카리 용액은 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼슘, 및 수산화칼륨으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콩 껍질로부터 불용성 식이섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산 용액은 염산, 인산, 및 초산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콩 껍질로부터 불용성 식이섬유를 제조하는 방법.
