Abstract

本发明公开一种密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料: 丁腈橡胶28-32份,聚氯乙烯13-16份,填充料30-36份,增塑剂10-12份,发泡剂1.6-2.2份,硫磺母胶3-3.5份,炭黑3- 5份,氧化锌0.8-1份,硬脂酸0.6-0.8份,聚乙二醇0.8-1.2份,石蜡0.6-1份,防老剂0.1-0.3份,促进剂母胶2- 2.3份;本发明通过对密封条发泡材料的配方的进一步优化,提高密封条材料的硬度和拉伸率,发泡剂分散性更好,保证低温条件下充分的塑炼,使发泡材料具有较高的致密性和拉伸强度,此外硫磺母胶的加入,提高了橡胶的分散性能,增加成品率,减少现有技术中耐磨性差等现象的发生。

一种密封条材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工材料领域,特别是一种密封条材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
密封条是一类尺寸小、硬度高具有弹性的材料,用于车窗、门窗等密封设施,长期以来该产品都沿用富有弹性的橡胶材料,第一代的橡胶材料存在着色困难,加工工序复杂且不可回收的缺陷,因此很快被第二代PVC密封材料所取代,PVC密封条材料具有生产工艺简单、可以连续高效生产的优点,是目前密封条主要的生产材料,但是目前生产的PVC密封条材料中,或者质感过于坚硬缺乏弹性,或者质感柔软但耐磨性差、易损坏,并且密封条材料生产工艺繁琐,不易操作,成品率低,因此,研制一种兼具高弹性和机械强度的密封条发泡材料,一直是本领域亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,提供一种密封条发泡材料及其制备方法,该材料能够有效提高橡胶材料的硬度和弹性,且生产工艺简单,环保无污染,本发明是这样实现的:
一种密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
丁腈橡胶28-32份,聚氯乙烯13-16份,填充料30-36份,增塑剂10-12份,发泡剂1.6-2.2份,硫磺母胶3-3.5份,炭黑3-5份,氧化锌0.8-1份,硬脂酸0.6-0.8份,聚乙二醇0.8-1.2份,石蜡0.6-1份,防老剂0.1-0.3份,促进剂母胶2-2.3份;
所述硫磺母胶由以下重量份原料组成:硫磺粉12份,聚氯乙烯16份,补强剂22份,丁腈橡胶18份,硬脂酸1.5份,聚乙二醇1.5份,石蜡1份,增塑剂14份;
所述促进剂母胶由以下重量份原料组成:促进剂ZDMC10份,聚氯乙烯10份,补强剂10份,丁腈橡胶16份,硬脂酸1.8份,聚乙二醇1.8份,石蜡1.5份,增塑剂16份。
本发明中,优选的,所述发泡剂是由发泡剂AC-6000与发泡剂ACP-W以质量比2.2:1混合而成。
本发明中,优选的,所述丁腈橡胶为8052,所述聚氯乙烯为P-450。
本发明中,优选的,所述增塑剂为氯化石腊。
本发明中,优选的,所述防老剂为2240。
本发明中,优选的,所述填充料为RB-510。
一种本发明所述密封条发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A)制备硫磺母胶,按比例将各原料投入密炼机塑化中,120℃塑化10min,获得硫磺母胶;
B)制备促进剂母胶,按比例将各原料投入密炼机塑化中,110℃塑化8min,获得促进剂母胶;C)按比例将除促进剂母胶外的各原料加入密封炼胶机,投料温度为30-60℃,打炼至95℃时出料;将获得的胶料与促进剂母胶一同加入
开放式炼胶机混炼200s后,再将胶料投入挤出机挤出发泡,即获得密封条发泡材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过对密封条发泡材料的配方的进一步优化,提高密封条材料的硬度和拉伸率,同时独特的促进剂母胶的加入,使得发泡剂分散性更好,保证低温条件下充分的塑炼,使之能够在压延过程中平稳较快分解形成均匀的气孔,使气孔塌陷的情况得到显著改善,促进剂AC-6000的添加又进一步稳定气孔结构,使发泡材料具有较高的致密性和拉伸强度,此外硫磺母胶的加入,提高了橡胶的分散性能,增加成品率,减少现有技术中耐磨性差等现象的发生。
具体实施方式
实施例1制备硫磺母胶
以重量份计,将下列原料:
硫磺粉12份,聚氯乙烯p-450为16份,补强剂22份,丁腈橡胶8052为18份,硬脂酸1.5份,聚乙二醇1.5份,石蜡1份,增塑剂氯化石蜡14份;
依次加入密炼机中,以120℃塑化10min,即获得硫磺母胶。
实施例2制备促进剂母胶
以重量份计,将下列原料:
促进剂(ZDMC/PZ)10份,聚氯乙烯p-450为10份,补强剂10份,丁腈橡胶8052为16份,硬脂酸1.8份,聚乙二醇1.8份,石蜡1.5份,增塑剂氯化石蜡16份;
依次加入密炼机中,以110℃塑化8min,即获得促进剂母胶。
实施例3-5制备密封条发泡材料
以重量份计,实施例3-5中各原料配比如表1所示

实施例3-5中,发泡剂是由发泡剂AC-6000与发泡剂ACP-W以质量比2.2:1混合而成。
于密封炼胶机中,投料温度为30-60℃,密封打炼至95℃时出料;
(2)将步骤1获得的胶料立即加入开放式炼胶机中,同时加入促进剂母胶进行混炼200s后即下料开片;
(3)将步骤2获得的胶料冷却后,投入挤出机中挤出发泡,挤出机温度为35℃,发泡炉的硫化温度依次是第一节150℃、第二节155℃、第三节165℃、第四节175℃、第五节185℃、第六节180℃,发泡成品即为密封条发泡材料。
对实施例3-5所获得的密封条发泡材料进行性能检测,结果如表2所示:

以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
  丁腈橡胶28-32份,聚氯乙烯13-16份,填充料30-36份,增塑剂10-12份,发泡剂1.6-2.2份,硫磺母胶3-3.5份,炭黑3- 5份,氧化锌0.8-1份,硬脂酸0.6-0.8份,聚乙二醇0.8-1.2份,石蜡0.6-1份,防老剂0.1-0.3份,促进剂母胶2- 2.3份;
  所述硫磺母胶由以下重量份原料组成:硫磺粉12份,聚氯乙烯16份,补强剂22份,丁腈橡胶18份,硬脂酸1.5份,聚乙二醇1.5份,石蜡1份,增塑剂14份;
   所述促进剂母胶由以下重量份原料组成:促进剂ZDMC 10份,聚氯乙烯10份,补强剂10份,丁腈橡胶16份,硬脂酸1.8份,聚乙二醇1.8份,石蜡1.5份,增塑剂16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂是由发泡剂AC-6000与发泡剂ACP-W以质量比2.2:1混合而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,所述丁腈橡胶为8052,所述聚氯乙烯为P-450。
4.根据权利要求3所述密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为氯化石腊。
5.根据权利要求3所述密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,所述防老剂为2240。
6.根据权利要求3所述密封条发泡材料,其特征在于,所述填充料为RB-510。
7.如权利要求1-6之一所述密封条发泡材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)制备硫磺母胶,按比例将各原料投入密炼机塑化中,120℃塑化10min,获得硫磺母胶;
(b)制备促进剂母胶,按比例将各原料投入密炼机塑化中,110℃塑化8min,获得促进剂母胶;
(c)按比例将除促进剂母胶外的各原料加入密封炼胶机,投料温度为30-60℃,打炼至95℃时出料;将获得的胶料与促进剂母胶一同加入开放式炼胶机混炼200s后,再将胶料投入挤出机挤出发泡,即获得密封条发泡材料。
