Abstract

本发明涉及一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布的制备方法,属于纺织技术领域。该高弹吸音降噪材料中熔喷法制备的超细纤维自身热粘合形成基布,吸音颗粒粘附在超细纤维之上,上层基布和下层基布相向的表面分别涂覆了上层粘合剂膜、下层粘合剂膜,绒毛通过上粘合剂膜和下粘合剂膜垂直固结在上层基布和下层基布之间。其制备方法包括如下步骤(1)吹入颗粒,(2)涂胶,(3)静电植绒,(4)烘燥,(5)吸绒,(6)基布复合,(7)烘燥,(8)卷绕。与现有技术相比,本发明具有比表面积大、孔径小、孔隙率高、弹性好的特点,能够提高吸音降噪效果,可应用于高档汽车内饰、会议中心、休闲娱乐等需要吸音降噪的领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布及其制造方法,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
噪声污染已成为当代世界问题,在日益快速化的城市化进程中,工业,运输业高速发展,人们都受到不同程度噪声的影响。人体在较强噪声环境下暴露一定时间后,会出现听力下降等现象。研究表明,长期接触80dB以上噪声,听力就有可能受到损害,大于85dB的环境下工作20年,有10%的人出现耳聋,大于90dB,耳聋的比例将大于20%。控制噪声,主要从3个方面入手:1.抑制噪声的产生,也就是从源头上治理;2.在噪声传播途径中加以控制,通过吸音降噪材料降低噪声的声能;3.在噪声特别强烈的情况下,从接受保护角度采取措施。声音是人耳感受到的机器波,是震动在弹性介质中的传播,介质可以是固体、液体、气体,人耳感受到的最终还是经由空气传播。吸音降噪材料的机理是,声波在媒介中传播时,由引起质点震动的速度各处不同,存在着速度梯度,使相邻的质点间产生相互作用的摩擦和粘滞阻力,妨碍质点的运动,通过摩擦和粘滞阻力作用将声能转化为热能。同时,由于声波传播时媒介质点疏密程度各处不同,因此媒介的温度也各处不同,存在温度梯度,从而使相邻质点间产生热量传递,使声能转化为热能散失掉。具体来说,声波进入材料孔隙中,引起孔隙中空气和微小纤维振动,通过摩擦和粘滞阻力,将声能转化为热能散失。目前人们通过有效阻断和减少声波传播的方法来提高吸音效果,已经研发了许多新型的吸音材料,如美国3M公司将三维卷曲短纤维以一定的比例与熔喷纤维混合在一起,产生的双组份纤维熔喷非织造吸音材料具有更加优良的蓬松性、回弹性和更高的孔隙率。为了制备性能更加优良的吸音降噪材料,将静电植绒技术也引入到吸音材料的制备中来。静电植绒技术主要是利用静电效应,使经过着电处理的绒毛短纤维产生极化和驻极而带电,并且绒毛短纤维在静电场的作用下经过一系列复杂运动最终以竖直状态植入到涂有粘合剂的基材表面,通过烘燥、吸绒等工序在基材表面形成绒毛的效果。改进传统吸音材料制造方法的文献报道, 如“汽车用降噪材料的熔喷生产线改进”(齐烨, 纺织机械, 第5期,第41-43页,2012年10月)公开的汽车用降噪材料的熔喷生产方法, 这种方法只是使熔喷材料内部纤维呈竖直状态,孔隙的个数及体积增加,在实际使用中对吸音材料的弹性和吸音效果影响不大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸音降噪效果好、弹性好的熔喷非织造材料及其制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,其特征在于:上层基布与下层基布内部粘附有吸音颗粒,上层基布和下层基布相向的表面分别涂覆有上层粘合剂膜、下层粘合剂膜,绒毛两端分别插入上层粘合剂膜和下层粘合剂膜中,固结在上层基布与下层基布相向的表面。
所述的上层基布、下层基布为熔喷法制备的非织造布。
所述的吸音颗粒为开孔的三维网格结构的聚氨酯或三聚氰胺发泡颗粒。
所述的绒毛的材料为聚酯纤维或聚酰胺纤维。
一种上述静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)吹入颗粒:在熔喷法制备上层基布、下层基布的过程中,熔体从喷丝孔挤出,受到高速热气流的拉伸形成超细纤维到达凝网帘的同时,用热吹风的方式分别将吸音颗粒吹附在超细纤维上,分别制备得到内部粘附有吸音颗粒的上层基布和下层基布;
(2)涂胶:分别在上层基布与下层基布相对的表面上涂覆上层粘合剂膜、下层粘合剂膜;
(3)静电植绒:在上层基布涂覆了粘合剂膜的表面,进行静电植绒,将绒毛植在上层基布的表面;
(4)烘燥:对已完成静电植绒的上层基布进行烘燥;
(5)吸绒:对烘燥过的上层基布进行吸绒;
(6)基布复合:将经过吸绒过的上层基布与涂覆了下层粘合剂膜的下层基布进行复合;
(7)烘燥:基布复合后进行烘燥;
(8)卷绕:烘燥后进行卷绕,制得静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布。
由于采用以上技术方案,本发明的静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,具有以下特点:
一 本发明采用的吸音颗粒选用为开孔的三维网格结构,孔隙率高达99%,使得声波能迅速有效的进入孔隙的内部并转变为孔隙的震动被消耗,从而消除反射声能,非织造材料的吸音效果大大提高。
二 在熔喷法制备非织造布的过程中,将吸音颗粒用热吹风的方法与超细纤维粘合,吸音颗粒与超细纤维一同形成基布,颗粒之间不规则的粘结在基布里形成更细微的空隙,增加了空隙内空气粘滞阻力,使得声波能量被有效的吸收,提高了吸音降噪效果。
三 利用静电植绒技术在两层基布之间植入绒毛短纤维,在两层基布之间形成内部相互贯通的孔隙,不仅仅可以提高吸音降噪效果,而且与现有技术相比,基布内部和基布之间三维立体结构具有比表面积大、孔径小、孔隙率更高等特点,在同样厚度的条件下,能减少纤维材料的使用量,降低生产成本。
四 由于绒毛的两端被粘合剂膜固结在两层基布上,绒毛比较短,在绒毛长度方向受力时,抗弯能力强,回复性好,制造的吸音降噪材料的弹性较好,能满足各个领域的需求。

静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,包括上层基布1、下层基布2、吸音颗粒3、3、上粘合剂膜4、下粘合剂膜4、绒毛5。上层基布1和下层基布2为熔喷法制备的非织造布,熔体从喷丝孔挤出,受到高速热气流的拉伸形成超细纤维到达凝网帘的同时,用热吹风的方式分别将吸音颗粒3、3吹附在超细纤维上,分别制备得到内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的上层基布1和内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的下层基布2。粘附有吸音颗粒3、3的超细纤维依靠自身热粘合作用分别制得上层基布1和下层基布2。上层基布1与下层基布2相向的表面分别涂覆连续均匀的上粘合剂膜4与下粘合剂膜4,绒毛5两端分别插入上层粘合剂膜4、下层粘合剂膜4中,垂直固结在上层基布1与下层基布2相向的表面,增加吸音降噪材料内部孔隙率,提高材料的弹性。吸音颗粒3、3选用三聚氰胺发泡颗粒或者聚氨酯发泡颗粒,三聚氰胺发泡颗粒和聚氨酯发泡颗粒均为开孔的三维网格结构,孔隙率高达99%,使得声波能迅速有效的进入孔隙的内部并转变为孔隙的震动被消耗,从而消除反射声能,非织造材料的吸音效果大大提高。上粘合剂膜4与下粘合剂膜4选用粘结强度高、耐老化的粘合剂。绒毛5的材料为聚酯纤维或者聚酰胺纤维。

(2)涂胶:分别将制备好的上层基布1与下层基布2分别喂入涂层装置,分别在上层基布1与下层基布2的表面涂覆粘合剂,形成连续均匀的上层粘合剂膜4、下层粘合剂膜4,便于绒毛5成直立状;
(3)静电植绒:对上层基布1涂覆了粘合剂膜4的表面上,进行静电植绒,使绒毛5在静电场的作用下,植在上层基布1表面的上粘合剂膜4上,并使绒毛5与上层基布1的表面呈垂直状态;
(4)烘燥:对已完成静电植绒的上层基布1进行烘燥,上粘合剂膜4的水分蒸发,绒毛5固结在上层基布1的表面;
(5)吸绒:对完成烘燥的上层基布1进行吸绒,吸走散落在上层基布1表面上没有被粘合剂牢固粘结的绒毛5;
(6)基布复合:将经过吸绒的上层基布1与涂覆了下粘合剂膜4的下层基布2在静电场作用下进行复合,绒毛5与下层基布2的表面垂直,绒毛5处于伸直的状态;
(7)烘燥:基布复合后进行烘燥,烘燥使下粘合剂膜4的水分蒸发,绒毛5的另一端固结在下层基布2的表面;
(8)卷绕:烘燥后进行卷绕,制得静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布。
实施例1                                                                       
静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,包括上层基布1、下层基布2、吸音颗粒3、3、上层粘合剂膜4、下层粘合剂膜4和绒毛5。上层基布1和下层基布2为熔喷法制备的非织造布,熔体从喷丝孔挤出,受到高速热气流的拉伸形成超细纤维到达凝网帘的同时,用热吹风的方式分别将吸音颗粒3、3吹附在超细纤维上,分别制备得到内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的上层基布1和内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的下层基布2。在上层基布1与下层基布2相向的表面分别涂覆上层粘合剂膜4和下层粘合剂膜4,绒毛5夹在上层基布1与下层基布2之间,绒毛5的两端分别插入在上层粘合剂膜4和下层粘合剂膜4之中,垂直固结在上层基布1的表面及下层基布2之间。绒毛选用细度为5D,长度为1.5mm的聚酯短纤维。粘合剂采用粘结强度高、耐老化的聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,吸音颗粒3、3采用三聚氰胺发泡颗粒。
静电植绒式高弹多孔吸音降噪材料的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)吹入颗粒:在熔喷法制备上层基布1、下层基布2的过程中,熔体从喷丝孔挤出,受到高速热气流的拉伸形成超细纤维到达凝网帘的同时,用热吹风的方式分别将吸音颗粒3、3吹附在超细纤维上,分别制备得到内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的上层基布1和内部粘附有吸音颗粒3下层基布2;
(2)涂胶:将制备好的上层基布1与下层基布2分别喂入涂层装置,分别在上层基布1与下层基布2的表面涂覆粘合剂,形成连续均匀的上层粘合剂膜4和下层粘合剂膜4,便于绒毛5成直立状,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的用量为140g/m2
(3)静电植绒:在上层基布1涂覆了粘合剂膜4的表面,进行静电植绒,使用电压为60kV,输出电流为5mA,高压电场极间距离10cm的高压电场,使绒毛5在静电场的作用下,植在上层基布1的表面,并使绒毛5与上层基布1的表面处于垂直状态;
(4)烘燥:对已完成静电植绒的上层基布1进行烘燥,烘燥方式为热风烘燥,温度为160℃,烘燥时间为180s,烘燥使粘合剂膜4的水分蒸发,绒毛5固结在上层基布的表面;
(5)吸绒:对完成烘燥的上层基布1进行吸绒,吸走散落在上层基布1表面上没有被粘合剂牢固粘结的绒毛5;
(6)基布复合:将吸绒过的上层基布1与涂覆了粘合剂形成粘合剂膜4的下层基布2在电压为60kV,输出电流为5mA,高压电场极间距离10cm的高压电场作用下进行复合,绒毛5与下层基布2的表面垂直,绒毛5处于伸直的状态;
(7)烘燥:基布复合后,进行烘燥,烘燥方式为热风烘燥,温度为160℃,烘燥时间为180s,烘燥使粘合剂膜4的水分蒸发,绒毛5的另一端固结在下层基2的表面;
(8)卷绕:烘燥后,卷绕,制得静电植绒式高弹多孔吸音降噪材料。
实施例2                                                                       
静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,包括上层基布1、下层基布2、吸音颗粒3、上层粘合剂膜4、下层粘合剂膜4和绒毛5。上层基布1和下层基布2为熔喷法制备的非织造布,熔体从喷丝孔挤出,受到高速热气流的拉伸形成超细纤维到达凝网帘的同时,用热吹风的方式分别将吸音颗粒3、3吹附在超细纤维上,分别制备得到内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的上层基布1和内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的下层基布2。在上层基布1与下层基布2相向的表面分别涂覆上层粘合剂膜4和下层粘合剂膜4,绒毛5夹在上层基布1与下层基布2之间,绒毛5的两端分别插入在上层粘合剂膜4和下层粘合剂膜4之中,垂直固结在上层基布1的表面及下层基布2之间。绒毛5选用细度为5D,长度为1.5mm的聚酰胺短纤维。粘合剂采用粘结强度高、耐老化的聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂,吸音颗粒3采用聚氨酯发泡颗粒。
静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)吹入颗粒:在熔喷法制备上层基布1、下层基布2的过程中,熔体从喷丝孔挤出,受到高速热气流的拉伸形成超细纤维到达凝网帘的同时,用热吹风的方式分别将吸音颗粒3、3吹附在超细纤维上,分别制备得到内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的上层基布1和内部粘附有吸音颗粒3的下层基布2;
(2)涂胶:分别将制备好的熔喷非织造上层基布1和下层基布2喂入涂层机,分别在上层基布1与下层基布2的表面涂覆粘合剂,形成连续均匀的上层粘合剂膜4和下层粘合剂膜4,聚丙烯酸酯类粘合剂的用量为140g/m2
(3)静电植绒:在上层基布1涂覆了粘合剂膜4的表面,进行静电植绒,使用电压为60kV,输出电流为5mA,高压电场极间距离10cm的高压电场,使绒毛5在静电场的作用下,植在上层基布1的表面,并使绒毛5与上层基布1的表面处于垂直状态;
(4)烘燥:对已完成静电植绒的上层基布1进行烘燥,烘燥方式为热风烘燥,温度为160℃,烘燥时间为180s,烘燥使粘合剂膜4的水分蒸发,绒毛5固结在上层基布的表面;
(5)吸绒:对完成烘燥的上层基布1进行吸绒,吸走散落在上层基布1表面上没有被粘合剂牢固粘结的绒毛5;
(6)基布复合:将吸绒过的上层基布1与涂覆了粘合剂形成粘合剂膜4的下层基布2在电压为60kV,输出电流为5mA,高压电场极间距离10cm的高压电场作用下进行复合,绒毛5与下层基布2的表面垂直,绒毛5处于伸直的状态;
(7)烘燥:基布复合后,进行烘燥,烘燥方式为热风烘燥,温度为160℃,烘燥时间为180s,烘燥使粘合剂膜4的水分蒸发,绒毛5的另一端固结在下层基2的表面;
(8)卷绕:烘燥后,卷绕,制得静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布。

Claims (5)

1.一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,其特征在于:上层基布(1)下层基布(2)内部粘附有吸音颗粒(3),下层基布(2)内部粘附吸引颗粒(3),上层基布(1)和下层基布(2)相向的表面分别涂覆有上层粘合剂膜(4)、下层粘合剂膜(4),绒毛(5)两端分别插入上层粘合剂膜(4)和下层粘合剂膜(4)中,固结在上层基布(1)与下层基布(2)相向的表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,其特征在于:所述的上层基布(1)、下层基布(2)为熔喷法制备的非织造布。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,其特征在于:所述的吸音颗粒(3)、(3)为开孔的三维网格结构的聚氨酯或三聚氰胺发泡颗粒。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布,其特征在于:所述的绒毛(5)的材料为聚酯纤维或聚酰胺纤维。
5.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的一种静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)吹入颗粒:在熔喷法制备上层基布(1)、下层基布(2)的过程中,熔体从喷丝孔挤出,受到高速热气流的拉伸形成超细纤维到达凝网帘的同时,用热吹风的方式将吸音颗粒(3)、(3)吹附在超细纤维上,分别制备得到内部粘附有吸音颗粒(3)的上层基布(1)和内部粘附有吸音颗粒(3)的下层基布(2);
(2)涂胶:分别在上层基布(1)与下层基布(2)相对的表面,涂覆上层粘合剂膜(4)、下层粘合剂膜(4);
(3)静电植绒:在上层基布(1)涂覆了粘合剂膜(4)的表面,进行静电植绒,将绒毛(5)植在上层基布(1)的表面;
(4)烘燥:对已完成静电植绒的上层基布(1)进行烘燥;
(5)吸绒:对烘燥过的上层基布(1)进行吸绒;
(6)基布复合:将经过吸绒过的上层基布(1)与涂覆了下层粘合剂膜(4)的下层基布(2)进行复合;
(7)烘燥:基布复合后进行烘燥;
(8)卷绕:烘燥后进行卷绕,制得静电植绒式高弹吸音降噪熔喷非织造布。
