Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种拉链,这种拉链有用电解电镀或电沉积电镀之类的电化学表面处理方法处理过的压铸成形的接合元件。
在拉链制造业中,在将各接合元件等间距地装到两条成对的支撑带的相对的内侧纵向边缘上以后,再用诸如电解电镀或电沉积电镀之类的电化学表面处理方法处理这些金属接合件,这是众所周知的。在这一情况中,只要将电流导入各个接合元件即可进行表面电化学处理;为此,需用一根导线放在其上装有依次排列的接合元件的支撑带的纵向内侧边缘内。
这一已有技术由公开号为SHO 39-8208和SHO 59-7136的日本实用新型专利以及专利号为2264324(Cl.204-23)的美国专利所揭示,在这些技术中,导线是靠在一根沿支撑带的内侧纵向边缘延伸的芯线旁的,或者是绕在此芯线上的。按照这些已有技术出版物,导线是附在芯线的外侧边缘上,并突出于芯线的圆周表面。
在金属接合元件是压铸成形的情况下,支撑带是被夹持在上和下半铸模之间,然后将液态金属导入铸模内以在支撑带上沿其内侧纵向边缘等距离地形成许多接合元件。上和下半铸模有延伸于各个用于形成接合元件的空穴之间的沟槽,在压铸成形过程中,这些沟槽用于接纳支撑带的内侧纵向边缘。槽的形状必须能使导线卡在芯线内而不会从沟槽中突出来。因为如果导线从沟槽中突出来,上和下半铸模就不能达到紧密的接触。但是,在前述已有技术中,导线的突出部分将被夹在上和下半铸模的沟槽边缘之间并且因此而很可能被切掉,从而不可能进行电镀。由于导线是沿着芯线的整个长度裸露的,所以将损害作为一个成品的拉链的外观。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种拉链,其中导线可被可靠地放置在上和下半铸模的沟槽内而不会被夹在沟槽的边缘之间。
根据本发明,所提出的拉链包括:
两条成对的编织或针织的支撑带,它们有两根成对的在其内并沿其相对的内侧纵向边缘延伸的芯线;两排沿着支撑带的相对的内侧纵向边缘并安装在其上的压铸成形的接合元件;并且每条支撑带包括一根沿着各自芯线在朝着内侧纵向边缘那一侧延伸的导线,一沿着内侧纵向边缘延伸的边缘经纱线,以及一有一连串沿内侧纵向边缘排列的弯折部分的纬纱线,所述导线和所述边缘经纱线一起由各弯折部分以这样的方式纳入每一条支撑带内,即所述导线由所述边缘经纱线和所述弯折部分部分地遮蔽起来。

图1表示了作为本发明的一个实施例的编织的拉链支撑带f。拉链支撑带f包括一由多根经纱线1和一根纬纱2编织而成的带子t。支撑带t有位于其正面和背面上的两根成对的芯线3;此芯线3被纬纱线2沿一条带子的纵向边缘编结住,同时也编入支撑带f,支撑带t还有一编在纬纱线2的沿一条带子的纵向边缘排列的各连续的弯折部分4内的边缘经纱线5。
在图1至图3中,边缘经纱线5和纬纱线2的各弯折部分4表示成突出于芯线3;但实际上它们是卡在两芯线3内的,基本上不突出于芯线3的圆周表面,从而形成一具有大体上为圆形截面的串珠状边缘,因此,这样制成的支撑带t可被可靠地夹在上和下半铸模(未示出)之间,当用压铸成形法制作依次排列的接合元件时,不会构成任何妨碍。
支撑带t的编织构造可以是多种已知构造中的任何一种。如图4中所示,两根成对的导线6是嵌在边缘经纱线5和两根芯线3之间,与边缘经纱线5一起被纬纱线2编结起来。如图2和图3所示,导线6由边缘经纱线5和纬纱线2的弯折部分4拉靠在芯线3上并被遮蔽起来,从而仅部分地露出于边缘经纱线5的编织结构和纬纱线2的弯折部分4之外。尽管如此,露出的导线部分并不突出在边缘经纱线5或纬纱线2的弯折部分4上,而是仅存在于编织结构内。
图5表示了一种针织的支撑带t,它的构造包括一根沿一条带的纵向带边织在其内的芯线3、一平行于芯线3织入的导线6、一边缘经纱线5、以及具有沿纵向带边排列的一连串弯折部分4的束紧纬纱线2,其中弯折部分4以将导线6遮蔽起来的方式与边缘经纱线5交织在一起,使之仅部分地露出于针织结构。尽管如此,露出的导线部分并不突出在边缘经纱线5或纬纱线2的弯折部分4上,而仅是存在于针织结构内。
为了具有柔软性,导线6可以是一种在纤维芯上缠绕导电箔条或紫铜丝的纤维芯导线。最好是用一组两根导线埋织在里面。
即使当前述支撑带t被夹在两压铸半模之间时,仍能避免芯线的任何部分被两半模的沟槽边缘夹住,因而可免遭任何损坏。而且,在压铸成形过程中,由于金属液渗入支撑带t的编织或针织结构内而和导线6结成一个整体,所以在其后的电解电镀过程中,电流能可靠地传导到各个压铸成形的接合元件e。
按照本发明的拉链,部分地由于导线和边缘经纱线是沿着芯线的圆周表面嵌在支撑带内,以及部分地因为编织进去的导线由边缘经纱线和纬纱线的弯折部分遮住因而仅部分地露出,所以导线由于有边缘经纱线和纬纱线的弯折部分的保护,而不突出在支撑带的外表面上。由于这种结构,当支撑带被夹在两半铸模之间时,导线的任何部分都不会与两半铸模的沟槽边缘接触,这样电流就可通到每个接合元件上,从而可提高产品的产量。而且,由于从外侧看嵌入支撑带内的导线是被遮住的,所以能改善拉链的外观。
Claims (1)
1.一种拉链,它包括:两条成对的编织或针织的支撑带,它们有两根成对的在其内并沿其相对的内侧纵向边缘延伸的芯线;两排沿着支撑带的相对的内侧纵向边缘并安装在其上的压铸成形的接合元件,其特征在于,每条支撑带包括一根沿着各自芯线在朝着内侧纵向边缘那一侧延伸的导线,一沿着内侧纵向边缘延伸的边缘经纱线,以及一有一连串沿内侧纵向边缘排列的弯折部分的纬纱线,所述导线和所述边缘经纱线一起由各弯折部分以这样的方式纳入每一条支撑带内,即所述导线由所述边缘经纱线和所述弯折部分部分地遮蔽起来。
