Abstract
一种接触元件具有一供绝缘导线的绝缘移置连接用的切割部分。由导电材料制成的薄片弯折成的接触元件具有一大概为矩形的部分,该矩形部分带有从其中一侧伸出的唇部,端面上设有一切割切口,一个有角的段有一连接到所述矩形部分且基本上平行于所述唇部延伸的部分,以及具有一与其垂直且朝向离开所述唇部的部分。最后提到的部分在端面上设有另一切割切口。通过将所述薄片适当的弯折,形成的接触元件具有一用来将导线侧穿的切割部分。
Description
本发明涉及一种接插件接触元件,而特别是涉及一种绝缘移置接触元件。
由金属薄片弯折成的绝缘移置接触元件已在先有技术中为公众所知。例如在德国专利说明书2,653,593中说明了一种由形状比较复杂的薄片形成的接触元件。导线的绝缘移置接触的切口沿着与夹型紧固部分的弹性唇部的相同方向延伸,使得被容纳的导线与接触元件的长度方向垂直。
本发明的目的是提供一种绝缘移置接触元件,该接触元件是由简单的薄片形成的,且在该接触元件上的切口是以这样的方式配置,即被容纳的导线沿着元件的长度方向延伸。
这个目的是这样达到的,即本发明的接触元件由一薄片弯折而成,它有一大致为矩形的部分,它还有一从其中一侧伸出的唇部,其末端终止在一切割切口上,一个有角的段也从矩形部分的这一侧伸出,且基本上平行于伸出的唇部延伸。这有角的段包括一与其成直角且朝向着所述唇部相反方向的部分,该部分的末端终止在一第二切割切口上。薄片的矩形部分沿着彼此隔开一段距离且实际上互相平行的第一对折迭线弯折,以形成一矩形槽,使得所述槽的其中一侧延伸成为伸出的唇部,槽的底部延伸成为有角的段。有角的段按照与该第一对折迭线保持垂直的第二折迭线以这样的方式向弯折,使带有切口的部分靠在从槽的一侧延伸的伸出的唇部上,而有切口的伸出的唇部的端部按照平行于第二折迭线的第三折迭线向内基本上成90°角弯折。
一对平行的唇型部分从矩形部分的另一侧延伸出去。两个唇形部分被一矩形凹口隔开。薄片弯折形成矩形槽后,所述槽的各侧由所述唇型部分延伸出去,唇型部分在它们的末端形成一由两弹性接触唇部组成的接触元件的夹型紧固部分。
本发明将参照附图作较详细的说明。
图1 表示一薄片,本发明的接触元件由该薄片弯折而成;以及
图2 是表示该接触元件的透视图。
如图1所示,薄片有一大致为矩形的部分1,其中有一大致为矩形的凹口2设置在一侧,以便形成二唇型部分3和4。在矩形部分1的相对侧呈现为一伸出的唇部5,它带有一配置在其端面的切口6。矩形部分1的这一侧也有一形成于其上的有角的段7,它带有一连接至矩形部分的部分7′和一与其保持直角关系的部分7″,其中配置有成直角的第二切口8。
矩形部分1还包括一凹口9。此凹口取这样的形状,即形成二个彼此间隔且互相平行的切口9′和位于它们之间的三角形部分9″。
如图2所示,薄片沿折迭线a和b被弯曲以形成一矩形的槽,矩形部分1的诸部分位于凹口9的三角形部分9″的二侧,形成抬高的、大概为不规则四边形的凸出部分1′。后者用来将接触元件紧固于一外壳(图中未示出)中。
有角的段7也沿折迭线C向内弯折,以便有切口8的部分7″最终靠在伸出的唇部5上。
最后,伸出的唇部5的端部沿着折迭线d被向内弯折。结果,切口6和8被配置成相互平行。
标号10表示一根被压入切口6和8中的导线。这些切口的边缘切割导线的绝缘直到同导电的线芯接触为止。于是,图2清楚地表示出导线10沿着接触元件的长度方向延伸。
Claims (5)
1、一种形成绝缘移置接触元件的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下列步骤:
形成一导电材料的薄片,该薄片具有一大致为矩形的部分,该部分带有两个基本上互相平行从矩形部分一侧延伸出去的唇形部件,还带有两个从矩形部分另一侧延伸出去的凸部,所述凸部之一终止在沿平行于所述唇形部件的方向的第一切割切口上,另一所述凸部终止在沿垂直于第一切割切口的方向延伸的第二切割切口上,
沿第一纵向折迭线弯折薄片,从而使唇形部件之一、矩形部分的一部分和带有所述第一切割切口的所述一个凸部垂直于薄片的其余部分,
沿第二纵向折迭线弯折薄片,从而使另一唇形部件和矩形部分的另一部分平行于第一次弯折的部分,以致在第一次的两条折迭线之间形成一矩形槽,所述槽的底部包括所述矩形部分的剩余未弯的部分,另一凸部包括第二切割切口,以及
分别沿第三和第四折迭线按照接近90°角度弯折所述第一和第二组切割切口,该第三和第四折迭线都垂直于所述第一和第二折迭线,
从而使所述第一和第二切割切口被互相平行地隔开且沿垂直于槽的方向延伸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在矩形部分的中央形成一凹口,所述凹口由两个彼此间隔互相平行并且通过一三角形部分联接的槽隙形成,以致当薄片沿第一和第二折迭线弯折时,凹口内的三角形部分的两个相对侧将向上抬高以形成平行的梯形凸部,该梯形凸部可以用来将该接触元件紧固在外壳中。
3、一种由权利要求1所述的方法所形成的绝缘移置接触元件。
4、一种切割接触元件,其特征在于,该接触元件由一薄片弯折形成,且包括两彼此相对地伸出的平行唇部,以及一对平行的切口,切口边缘适宜于切入压入所述切口的导线的绝缘直到与导线的导电线芯接触为止,所述薄片具有一大致为矩形的部分,该矩形部分有一从其一侧延伸出去的第一凸部并终止在第一所述切割切口上,还有一也从矩形部分所述一侧延伸出去的、基本上平行于第一凸部且终止在第二所述切割切口上的第二凸部,该第二所述切割切口垂直于所述第二凸部,薄片的矩形部分沿两条彼此隔开一段距离且实质上互相平行安置的第一折线弯折以形成一矩形槽,使得所述槽的其中一侧包括第一凸部,而槽的底部包括第二凸部,第二凸部沿着垂直于第一次的两条折迭线的第二折迭线以这样的方式向内弯折,使得第二切口靠在沿槽的一侧延伸的第一凸部上,而带有所述第一切口的所述第一凸部的端部沿着平行于第二折迭线的第三折迭线向内基本弯折90°角,使得各切口互相平行。
5、根据权利要求4所述的接触元件,其特征在于,每一对所述唇部从矩形部分的另一侧在槽的相对侧延伸出去以形成弹性接触唇部。
