Abstract

Description

复合容器及其制造方法
本申请是2010年7月8日提交的、名称为“复合容器及其制造方法”、申请号为200980101891.7的中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合容器,包括形状保持外容器和容纳于外容器中的至少一个柔性内容器,该内容器包括安装于外容器颈部中的分配开口(dispensing opening),其中,所述至少一个内容器在其外周的至少一部分上进一步连接到外容器。这种复合容器在申请人尚未公布的荷兰专利申请1033582中描述。
背景技术
在此较早的复合容器中,外容器和内容器是采用两构件的注射模制工艺并随后经过加热和吹气(所谓的吹气模制)而整体形成的。内容器在它的整个外表面上附着于外容器的内表面。在这个较早的复合容器中,当诸如空气的驱替介质(displacing medium)被强迫送入两个容器之间时,在内容器和外容器之间的连接会逐渐损坏。这时,柔性内容器也会逐渐地被进一步压缩,由此,内容器的容纳物(通常为液体或糊状物质)通过分配开口被压出复合容器。
发明内容
本发明现在为了其目的而需要进一步开发前面已描述过的复合容器,使复合容器更容易制造,并且可更好地控制来自它的分配。根据本发明,这在这样一种复合容器中实现,即,该连接为粘合或焊接连接。这种粘合或焊接连接可按照简单方式布置,并且可适于所期望的释放行为,而不必为了这个目的而修改外容器或内容器的性质或材料。
根据本发明的复合容器的优选实施例在从属权利要求2-12中描述。
本发明涉及一种制造上述复合容器的方法。为了此目的,本发明提供了一种方法,包括以下步骤:
形成包括颈部的形状保持外容器,
形成包括分配开口的至少一个柔性内容器,以及
将至少一个内容器容纳于外容器内,并将所述内容器固定到外容器的颈部,
其中,在容纳于外容器中之后,至少一个内容器在其外周的至少一部分上通过粘合或焊接连接到外容器。
优选地,该方法所应用的变例形成从属权利要求14-25的主要内容。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的一种复合容器1(图4)包括形状保持外容器2和柔性内容器3,柔性内容器3容纳在外容器中并可填充有用于分配的产品P,产品P例如是液体或糊状物质。内容器3具有安装于外容器2的颈部5中的分配开口4。在所示的示例中,分配开口4具有围绕颈部5上的边缘7卡配的弯环6。内容器3基本整个表面抵靠外容器2的内壁,并根据本发明在其外周的至少一部分上通过粘合连接8进一步连接到外容器2,并且在所示示例中在其整个外周上连接到外容器2。
在所示示例中,粘合连接8采取带的形式。该带横向于纵向轴线L延伸,该纵向轴线L从分配开口4伸延到容器1的相对的底部9。此时,粘合带8布置在分配开口4和底部9之间的中部,并且能够经受住从复合容器1分配产品P期间复合容器1中将产生的压力。
内容器3的分配开口4还作为整个复合容器1的分配开口,并被安装于其上的配料头10封闭,并且具有可被可枢转封闭部件12关闭的配料开口11。开口13形成于外容器2的底部中,可通过开口13强迫诸如空气的驱替介质D进入内容器3与外容器2之间(图5)。为了该目的提供连接部件14,连接部件14的开口15可连接到驱替介质D的源(未示出),例如空气泵。
在所示示例中,外容器2和内容器3都是分离地经过注射模制形成的,外容器2由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)形成,内容器3由聚丙烯(PP)形成。它们离开注射模具成为一种相对厚壁的半成品(称为预制件),具有大致的试管形状。粘合带8布置在内容器3的预制件周围(图1),然后,此预制件插入外容器2的预制件内(图2)并固定于其中(图3)。固定一方面可通过机械手段将环6固定地卡到边缘7周围而实现,另一方面可采用化学手段通过粘合连接8而实现。然后将预制件加热到介于所用塑料的玻璃化温度和熔化温度之间的温度,从而它们变软。然后复合容器可在模具中被吹成其最终形状。
当复合容器1用于产品P的配料分配时,如所述的,驱替介质P被迫使经由连接部件14和开口13进入外容器2和内容器3之间的空间。由此,在内容器3中产生压力,使得一旦封闭部件12离开配料头10中的开口11,产品P就会从内容器流出。此时,大致中间部位存在的粘合带8保证了内容器3在其整个外周上保持附着于外容器,从而驱替介质D不会进入分配开口4的附近。因此,内容器3从底部9均匀地清空,并且防止从沿着侧面的某个位置被压成闭合,由此产品P可能变成“被捕获”。由于粘合连接8能够承受容器3被压时产生的压力,内容器将某种程度上在粘合连接8周围折起,特别如将图6与图7相比较所示的。
在本发明的替代性实施例中,粘合带8不横向于纵向轴线L,而是以非直角伸延(图8)。此时,粘合带8实际上螺旋地伸延。在此实施例中,粘合连接件8适合于在容器1内产生的压力的影响下以受控的方式分离。当通过接受压力下的驱替介质D而从复合容器1的该实施例分配产品P时,在到达粘合连接8时,内容器3不会因而如第一实施例那样折起。相反,作为粘合连接8分离的结果,内容器3被逐渐从外容器2的侧壁拉开(图9-12)。
在复合容器1的又一实施例中,其适合于同时分配两种产品P1和P2,副内容器16被容纳于通过粘合连接8连接到外容器2的第一内容器3中(图13)。该副内容器16同样地具有分配开口17,分配开口17以随机的方式被安装于主内容器3的分配开口4中。若干个肋18也布置于主内容器3的分配开口4和副内容器16的分配开口17之间,这些肋18被分布在周向上并在两个内容器3,16之间让开若干通道。这样,主内容器3可被填充有将从主内容器3分配的产品P1(图14),并且此产品P1也从而能够从主内容器3分配。
在使用该复合容器1的过程中,驱替介质D再次被迫使进入介于外容器2和主内容器3之间的空间,由此使主内容器3处于压力之下。结果,容纳于主内容器3中的副内容器16也同时被置于压力之下。此时,主内容器3内的产品P1实际是作为用于副内容器16的驱替介质。当配料头(未示出)随后打开时,产品P1和P2被同时从复合容器1分配(图15)。
在本文所示的最后实施例中,粘合带8还被螺旋地布置在内容器3周围,围绕内容器3最靠近分配开口4的部分(图16)。在布置粘合带8的位置,内容器3在其外表面上具有其中可容纳粘合剂的凹部R。该凹部可例如通过局部地减小壁厚或将整个壁稍微向内偏移而形成。
当内容器3被压到外容器2中时,粘合带8展开并分布在整个凹部R上——如图17中通过更宽的带所示意性显示的。尽管事实上内容器3的凹壁部分本身不抵靠外容器2的内壁,但仍在内容器3和外容器2之间形成了良好的连接。这对于内容器和外容器2,3的吹气模制期间的良好热传递很重要。在该吹气模制过程中,已经展开的粘合层在高压力(在30巴或更高的量级)的影响下分布得甚至更广,从而在内容器3和外容器2之间的接触表面的可观部分上形成了非常均匀的连接。
在此实施例中,粘合连接8不意图以受控方式分离。粘合连接8必须代之以承受当驱替介质D被压入复合容器1时所产生的压力。因此,驱替介质D被防止能够在分配开口4附近在内容器3和外容器2之间渗透。然后,内容器3在某种程度上折起,并且其未附着部分最终沿着其附着部分(图20)。
因此,本发明使得采用相对简单方式形成复合容器成为了可能,使用该复合容器能够通过驱替介质来均匀地分配产品,而产品不会与驱替介质接触。根据本发明的复合容器因此非常适合应用于食品产品。
虽然以上基于多个实施例阐明了本发明,但显然本发明并不局限于此。因此,内容器和/或外容器可采用不同于本文所讨论的材料来制造,特别地可包括多层。内容器和外容器的形状和尺寸也可变化,其中,也可在单一外容器中容纳相互临近而非相互容纳的多个内容器。(一个或多个)(主)内容器和外容器之间的粘合连接可进一步不同地形成。例如,可设想设置若干粘合带分布在外周上,这些粘合带平行于纵向轴线伸延。这种带可形成永久连接,内容器围绕该连接折起,或者这种带能够逐渐分离。最后,也可设想形成于内容器和外容器之间的焊接连接来代替粘合连接。
因此,本发明的范围仅由所附权利要求唯一地限定。

Claims (25)

1.一种复合容器,包括:
形状保持外容器和设置于所述外容器中的柔性内容器,所述内容器包括安装于所述外容器的颈部中的分配开口,
其中,所述内容器在其上表面区域的一部分上进一步连接到所述外容器的内侧的上表面区域,所述内容器的下部分依然未连接到所述外容器,
其中,所述连接是粘合或焊接连接,并且
其中,在操作中,响应于由被引入所述内容器和所述外容器之间的驱替介质产生的过压,所述内容器的未连接到所述外容器的下部分折叠在所述内容器的上部分上,而所述内容器的上部分依然被连接到所述外容器。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合容器,其中,所述粘合或焊接连接基本在所述内容器的上表面区域的整个外周上延伸。

13.一种制造复合容器的方法,包括:
形成包括颈部的形状保持外容器,
形成包括分配开口的柔性内容器,
将所述内容器容纳于所述外容器中,以及
在所述外容器中提供开口,布置成连接到过压源,所述开口与所述内容器和所述外容器之间的间隙流体连通,
其中,在容纳在所述外容器中之后,所述内容器在其上表面区域的一部分上通过粘合或焊接连接到所述外容器的上表面区域的内侧,所述内容器的下部分依然未连接到所述外容器,所述内容器的未连接到所述外容器的那部分被布置成折叠在所述内容器的上部分上。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中,进行如下的至少一项:
所述粘合或焊接连接基本形成在所述内容器的所述上表面区域的整个外周上,以及
至少一个粘合带、粘性化合物或焊缝布置在所述内容器和所述外容器之间。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于:所述至少一个粘合带、粘性化合物或焊缝被布置成基本横向于纵向轴线,所述纵向轴线从所述分配开口伸延到所述容器的相对的底部。
16.如权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个粘合带、粘性化合物或焊缝基本平行于或非垂直于纵向轴线延伸,所述纵向轴线从所述分配开口伸延到所述容器的相对的底部。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其中,所述至少一个粘合带、粘性化合物或焊缝螺旋地布置于所述内容器和所述外容器之间。
18.如权利要求14-17中任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述内容器被容纳于所述外容器之前,所述至少一个粘合带或粘性化合物被布置在所述内容器上。
19.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述外容器形成有内表面,所述内表面具有凹部,和/或所述内容器形成有外表面,所述外表面具有凹部。
20.如权利要求18或19所述的方法,其中,在将所述内容器设置到所述外容器内期间,所述至少一个粘合带或粘性化合物被分布,尤其分布在所述凹部上。
21.如权利要求13-20中任一项所述的方法,其中,第二内容器被容纳在通过粘合或焊接连接而连接到所述外容器的所述内容器中。
22.如权利要求13-20中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述外容器和所述内容器通过注射模制而形成。
23.如权利要求22所述的方法,其特征在于:在相互附着或焊接在一起之后,所述外容器和所述内容器通过吹气模制而达到它们最终的形状。
