本发明涉及一种鱼线牵伸冷却液,按重量计由以下组分配比制成:松节油52份、蓖麻油32份、四丁基三溴化铵3.8份、氯化石蜡1.5份、三硬脂酸甘油酯2.3份、硬脂酸镁0.25份、甘油6.9份、氢氧化钠0.6份、硼酸钠0.8份,可以提升鱼线的强度和韧性。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织处理液领域,具体涉及一种鱼线牵伸冷却液。
背景技术
现在鱼线多使用尼龙加工,尼龙6的熔点较低,而且工艺温度范围很宽。它的抗冲击性和抗溶解性比尼龙66塑料要好,但吸湿性也更强。模具温度:60-100℃。模具温度很显著地影响结晶度,而结晶度又影响着塑件的机械特性,对于结构部件来说结晶度很重要,因此建议模具温度为80~90℃。对于薄壁的,流程较长的塑件也建议施用较高的模具温度。增大模具温度可以提高塑件的强度和刚度,但却降低了韧性。在鱼线加工时,应该降低尼龙6的结晶度,来提高鱼线的韧性,鱼线在挤出成型后,往往需要进行拉伸,防止鱼线收缩造成鱼线均匀下降,拉伸过程中往往造成鱼线结晶度改变,影响鱼线性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鱼线牵伸冷却液,在牵伸过程中,在冷却液的作用下进行牵伸,可以防止鱼线结晶度的改变,保证鱼线的韧性,使其拉伸更均匀。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种鱼线牵伸冷却液,按重量计由以下组分配比制成:松节油52份、蓖麻油32份、四丁基三溴化铵3.8份、氯化石蜡1.5份、三硬脂酸甘油酯2.3份、硬脂酸镁0.25份、甘油6.9份、氢氧化钠0.6份、硼酸钠0.8份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的冷却液使用有机溶剂及多种添加剂制成,在尼龙6鱼线加工时,作为尼龙6鱼线拉伸的介质,可以有效地避免在鱼线拉伸时尼龙6鱼线结晶度出现较大的变化,造成鱼线脆性增大,影响鱼线的使用,同时,在冷却液中进行拉伸,防止鱼线成型后直接暴露在空气中,防止鱼线表面出现氧化,而且由于鱼线在冷却液中具有一定的压力,提升了鱼线拉伸的均匀性;在同等的挤出机和模具挤出成型后,使用本发明的冷却液相对于在水中进行拉伸,鱼线的拉伸强度提升9.6%,断裂伸长率提升6.5%;相对于在松节油中进行拉伸,鱼线的强度提升7.5%,断裂伸长率提升4.2%,相对于在空气中进行拉伸,鱼线的强度提升14.5%,断裂伸长率提升7.5%。
具体实施方式
一种鱼线牵伸冷却液,按重量计由以下组分配比制成:松节油52份、蓖麻油32份、四丁基三溴化铵3.8份、氯化石蜡1.5份、三硬脂酸甘油酯2.3份、硬脂酸镁0.25份、甘油6.9份、氢氧化钠0.6份、硼酸钠0.8份。
本冷却液使用温度为89-132℃。本发明的冷却液主要用于尼龙6材质鱼线的加工。
使用时,在鱼线挤出成型后,直接在冷却液中进行拉伸,冷却液温度控制为108℃。
