本发明公开了一种高效渔网线牵引冷却液,由以下重量份的原料制成:乙二醇60‑70、柠檬酸钾8‑10、二甲基硅油30‑40、无水碳酸钠5‑6、对硝基苯甲酸2‑3、丁香油3‑4。本发明冷却液中加入了柠檬酸钾、对硝基苯甲酸,降低了冷却液的冰点,在实际应用过程中冷却效果好,冷却时间短,防止渔网线表面出现氧化,而且由于渔网线在冷却液中具有一定的压力,提升了渔网线拉伸的均匀性。

本发明涉及冷却液领域,具体为一种高效渔网线牵引冷却液。
背景技术
现在渔网线多使用尼龙加工,尼龙6的熔点较低,而且工艺温度范围很宽。它的抗冲 击性和抗溶解性比尼龙66塑料要好,但吸湿性也更强。模具温度 :60-100℃。模具温度很 显著地影响结晶度,而结晶度又影响着塑件的机械特性,对于结构部件来说结晶度很重要, 因此建议模具温度为80-90℃。对于薄壁的,流程较长的塑件也建议施用较高的模具温度。增大模具温度可以提高塑件的强度和刚度,但却降低了韧性。在渔网线加工时,应该降低尼龙6的结晶度,来提高渔网线的韧性,渔网线在挤出成型后,往往需要进行拉伸,防止渔网线收缩造成渔网线均匀下降,拉伸过程中往往造成渔网线结晶度改变,影响渔网线性能。

一种高效渔网线牵引冷却液,其特征性在于由以下重量份的原料制成:乙二醇60-70、柠檬酸钾8-10、二甲基硅油30-40、无水碳酸钠5-6、对硝基苯甲酸2-3、丁香油3-4。
有益效果:
本发明冷却液中加入了柠檬酸钾、对硝基苯甲酸,降低了冷却液的冰点,在实际应用过程中冷却效果好,冷却时间短,防止渔网线表面出现氧化,而且由于渔网线在冷却液中具有一定的压力,提升了渔网线拉伸的均匀性。
