环钩
本发明涉及用于袋,帆布背包等的一种环钩。
通常上述类型的环钩由金属或合成树脂制成。特别是金属的环钩由比较多的零件组成。因此增加许多装配步骤,这样不仅增加产品成本而且也难于做成耐久的外观,因此,是过时的产品。由于这个原因,金属的环钩不适用于旅行袋,挎包等。在另一方面,合成树脂的环钩由较少的零件组成,因此,生产率高,它不仅降低生产成本,而且减少产品的重量。所以,合成树脂环钩的用量正在增加。
例如,此种合成树脂环钩的典型结构已公开在日本专利特开平5-215117中,其中环钩包括一个环,一个带,即带状物等的一端连接于该环,还包括一个钩体,它具有一个颈部,可绕枢轴旋转地连接于环上,一个钩形腿,从颈部伸出,和一个防止脱钩支腿,从颈部伸出,以便常闭钩形腿的开口,并可作弹性变形。钩体和环彼此单独地成型出,于是,钩体的直径可收缩的增大的构轴部分可快速地装配于环的开口,以形成完整的环钩。

因此,当钩形腿与环连接或从环脱出,造成防止脱钩支腿大程度的变形。如果环仅仅进入钩形腿部分,钩形腿的内部空间可以构成足以环通过的最小尺寸。但是,通常对环钩的要求是,除了作为袋和带之间的连接件外,在袋和带之间要有相对运动的自由。所以,对钩形腿的内部空间与环的直径相比,需要足够大的尺寸,其结果是,防止脱钩支腿的变形程度较大于所需要的大小。
在防止脱钩支腿变形期间,当较大的外力作用于其顶部,防止脱钩支腿几乎不断裂。但是,当较大的外力作用于防止脱钩支腿靠近其底端的部位,防止脱钩支腿底端会造成不希望地,容易地断裂。发生这样的问题,不仅发生在合成树脂的环钩,而且也发生在金属的环钩,不论外力是来自外侧或内侧。
本发明的目的是提供一种环钩,其中一防止脱钩支腿不受任何损害,甚至当较大的外力作用于靠近防止钩支腿底端的部位。
按照本发明的第一方面,为完成上述目的所用的一种环钩,它包括一个头部,一个钩形腿,它从头部伸出和一个防止脱钩支腿,它从头部朝着钩形腿的顶部伸出和围绕着它的底端作弹性地变形,该环钩还包括一个限制构件,它设置在钩形腿和防止脱钩支腿之间,用于当防止脱钩支腿变形时,限制防止脱钩支腿的移动在防止脱钩支腿底端的弹性极限范围内。

现结合附图详细描述本发明的优选实施例。在以下所说的实施例中,一个带状连接件和一个钩形体彼此单独地成型出,然后,它们装配一起。另一方案是,可作为一个装配件的形式一起模制成。

图3表示按照本发明的第二实施例改型的钩体1典型结构。正如从该图可以理解,该实施例与第一实施例不同,防止脱钩支腿13具有肋状突起13a,它是本发明的限制钩件,该突起从防止脱钩支腿的底端13-1的内表面延伸出。与第一实施例相同的是,该实施例的肋状突起13a的高度设成使得当防止脱钩支腿13围绕着其底端13-1作弹性变形时,在防止脱钩支腿13的底端13-1的弹性极限范围内,肋状突起13a的顶部与钩形体12的内表面接触,并且在该位置可以保证具有所需要的弹性变形。在此实施例中钩形腿12不带任何肋状突起。
图4表示第三实施例,它等于是第一和第二实施例的结合。在此实施例中,钩形腿12和防止脱钩支腿13在它们各自的底端12-1,13-1的相对的内表面处,各具有第一肋状突起12a’和第二肋状突起13a’,它们作为本发明的限制构件。第一和第二肋状突起12a’,13a’具有总的高度,以致防止脱钩支腿13围绕着它的底端13-1作弹性变形时,是在防止脱钩支腿13的弹性极限范围内,并且同样在该位置可以保证具有所需要的弹性变形。
或者,在钩形腿的底端12-1和防止脱钩支腿13可以通过一未说明的桥形件直接连接,以代替肋状突起12a,13a,12a’,13a’。然而,就此种结构来说,防止脱钩支腿13的底端13-1似乎要移动到桥形件的下端,因此,不能期望会带来优点。
在上述的实施例中,环钩是由合成树脂制成。或者,环钩的各个零件可以用注射成形整体地成型,相应地也可以用金属模制成。只要设置上述的突起,对于环钩的总的结构,形状等可以提出各种改型。而突起的形状也不限于肋状。
正如以上所述,按照本发明的第一至第三实施例,由于钩形腿12和/或防止脱钩支腿13在其底端12-1,13-1的相对的内表面,设置有一个突起或两个突起12a,13a,12a’,13a’,具有需要的高度,所以,可以避免防止脱钩支腿13超出其弹性极限范围,从而可以可靠地防止其底端断裂,而该处最容易断裂。
此外,由于肋状突起12a,13a,13a’,13a’用于避免由钩形腿12钩的环移动到钩形腿12和防止脱钩支腿的底端12-1,13-1之间的空间,该环将位于防止脱钩支腿13的顶部附近,甚至通过环将外力向外地施加于钩形腿12上时,因此,可以避免防止脱钩支腿13的底端13-1断裂。

Claims (4)
