Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
通常，在制造扣环时的目标是减轻扣环的重量而不损害其强度。Lundstedt的美国专利No5926628公开了这样一种扣环，其示出了一种典型的侧开式扣环，该扣环的凹部分的上下两个面上具有多个通气孔，该通气孔能够减轻扣环的重量，同时允许空气流过扣环。
当时，这种类型的扣环的一个缺点是，通气孔损害了扣环的整体性，并降低了其强度和耐用性。由于通气孔，凹部分上的反复拉伸使得该部分更容易失效。
发明内容
因此，本发明的目的就是提供一种能够将其重量减轻，同时和同类扣环相比不会降低其强度和耐用性的扣环。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种制造低廉又外观吸引人的扣环。
通过根据本发明的扣环来实现这些和其他目的，其包括凹部分和凸部分，该凹部分具有顶面、底面和用于接收凸部分的腔。该凸部分适于卡装到凹部分中，从而将扣环的两个部分锁定在一起。凹部分的至少一个面由网格形成，制成该网格的材料与凹部分的其余部分的材料相同，并且该网格的厚度小于凹部分的厚度。该网格由多个交叉的条形成，从而在条之间限定出一组基本均匀隔开的孔。

所述网格优选地由附加的肋环绕，该肋的厚度大于容纳网格的面的厚度。这样，可以在不明显增大扣环重量的前提下为其增加额外的强度。
优选地，至少有一个与所述凸部分和所述凹部分中的一个相连的带附连杆(strap attachment bar)，用于将扣环与带相连。
在一个优选实施例中，扣环是一种侧开式扣环，其中，凸部分具有两个释放凸起，该释放凸起卡装到凹部分上的两个锁定凹槽中，以锁定凸部分和凹部分，并且，通过按压释放凸起，可以使凸部分从凹部分中弹出。但是，也可以使用其他类型的扣环，例如中心推按式扣环。
由于在凹部分中具有网格，扣环的重量可以减轻15-20％。这样，由于使用更少的塑料，可以增加使用者的舒适程度并且减少制造成本。

具体实施方式
下面，详细参考附图，具体地，图1和图2示出根据本发明的扣环1的优选实施例。扣环1包括凹部分10和凸部分20。凸部分20卡装到凹部分10的腔中，将这两个部分锁定在一起。
凹部分10的顶面和底面具有网格11的部分。如图3和4所示，网格11的厚度明显小于凹部分10的厚度。在优选实施例中，扣环1与不具有网格的相同扣环相比重量轻大约15-20％。
网格11有多个彼此交叉的条13形成，在所述条之间具有多个均匀间隔开的孔隙14。根据权利要求1的扣环还包括沿至少一个面的内侧设置的肋，所述肋跨过网格，以支持容纳着网格的扣环部分。
如图3所示，在所述顶面和底面的内侧上分别设置两个肋16。所述肋彼此相对并且在纵向上延伸，当凸部分20被插入凹部分10时，所述肋用作引导件。肋16还为网格11提供了额外的支持，从而增加扣环1的强度和耐用性，同时不明显增加其重量。
还有围绕网格11的肋17。该肋17的厚度大于网格11的厚度，并且为网格11提供了额外的支持，从而使扣环11具有足够的强度和耐用性。凹部分10被整体地模制成单件，优选地由刚性的耐用的塑料制成，例如聚乙烯或缩醛树脂。
从图4中可以看出，网格11的厚度远小于凹部分10的剩余部分的厚度。
扣环1中，在凹部分和凸部分上还分别具有带附连杆19、21和22，用以将扣环2附连到各种带上。
扣环1是侧开类型的扣环，其中，凸部分20具有两个释放凸起25，其卡装到凹部分10上的两个锁定槽内，以锁定凸部分20和凹部分10。按压该释放凸起25，可以使凸部分20从凹部分10中弹出。或者，其他不同类型的扣环也可以具有网格部分，例如单件扣环，或者中心推按扣环。在扣环1中，网格11设置在凹部分10的顶面和底面两者上。但是，网格11也可以位于单个表面上。
因此，尽管仅示出和描述了本发明的一个实施例，但是显然，在不脱离由本发明的实质和范围的前提下，可以对其做出各种改变和修改。

Claims (9)

1、一种扣环，包括：
凸部分；和
凹部分，该凹部分具有顶面、底面和用于接收凸部分的腔，
其中，所述凸部分适于卡装到所述凹部分中，从而将扣环的这两个部分锁定在一起；并且
所述凹部分的至少一个面的至少一部分由网格形成，制成该网格的材料与所述凹部分的其余部分的材料相同。
2、如权利要求1所述的扣环，还包括沿着至少一个所述面的内侧设置的肋，所述肋跨过网格延伸以支持容纳所述网格的扣环部分。
3、如权利要求2所述的扣环，其中，在所述顶面和底面的内侧上分别设置两个肋，所述肋彼此相对并且沿着纵向延伸，并且当所述凸部分被插入所述凹部分时所述肋用作引导件。
4、如权利要求1所述的扣环，其中，所述网格被肋围绕，该肋的厚度大于容纳着所述网格的所述面的厚度。
5、如权利要求1所述的扣环，还包括至少一个与所述凸部分和凹部分中的至少一个相连的带附连杆。
6、如权利要求1所述的扣环，其中，所述网格包括多个交叉的条，在所述条之间限定出多个基本均匀隔开的孔。
7、如权利要求1所述的扣环，其中，所述扣环是侧开类型的扣环，其中的凸部分具有两个释放凸起，其卡装到所述凹部分上的两个锁定槽中，以将凸部分锁定到凹部分上，当按压所述释放凸起时，使得所述凸部分从所述凹部分中弹出。
8、如权利要求1所述的扣环，其中，所述顶面和底面两者都具有网格。
9、如权利要求1所述的扣环，其中，所述网格与所述凹部分整体模制形成。
