Abstract
本发明公开了一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法,它是先对密度板进行养生,养生后进行热压并粘贴平衡纸,粘贴完成后再进行养生,然后在密度板表面压贴一层木皮,最后再进行养生,即得稳定型二层木地板。本发明采用不同温度的上、下钢板进行热压,使密度板下表面的热压程度高于密度板上表面的热压程度,改变了密度板的内部纤维密度结构,从而提高了稳定性。相比传统三层密度板的木地板来说,本发明使用的木质板材只有一层木皮和一层密度板,降低了甲醛的含量和生产成本。因此,本发明不仅提高了稳定性,降低了甲醛含量,提高环保性能,还具有生产成本低和适应性强的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种稳定性强的用密度板制作的木地板的生产方法。
背景技术
目前,为了降低成本和保护环境,人们开始提倡使用由密度板等人造板材制成的木地板。由于密度板的稳定性较差,用密度板制作的木地板在受潮时膨胀率大,变形大;所以现有的用密度板制作的木地板一般采用三层密度板胶合而成,通过三层密度板纵横交错的排列方式增加木材纤维之间的张力,从而提高木地板的稳定性。但是三层密度板两两胶合并热压时需要使用的胶量较多,而一般的胶合用的胶中均含有甲醛,使用较多的胶量使得木地板整体的甲醛含量增加;并且使用三层密度板还增加了生产成本。因此,现有的木地板存在着稳定性较差、甲醛含量较高和生产成本较高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法。本发明不仅提高了稳定性,降低了甲醛含量,还具有生产成本低的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取厚度为6mm~12mm的密度板作为基材,进行基材养生,得A品;
b、对A品进行热压,热压用的上钢板温度为190℃~199℃,下钢板温度为200℃~209℃,热压时间为25秒~30秒,压力为10MPa~15MPa,热压后在下表面粘贴平衡纸,得B品;
c、对B品进行养生,得C品;
d、在C品上表面粘贴一层厚度为0.3mm~2mm的木皮,粘贴时使用胶量为80g~400g,然后通过热压将木皮压贴到C品表面,热压温度为90℃~110℃,时间为350秒~450秒,得D品;
e、对D品进行养生,得成品。
前述的一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法中,所述的步骤b为,对A品进行热压,热压用的上钢板温度为195℃,下钢板温度为203℃,热压时间为27秒,压力为13.5MPa,热压后在下表面粘贴平衡纸,得B品。
前述的一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法中,所述的步骤a为,取厚度为9mm的密度板作为基材,进行基材养生,得A品;所述的步骤d为,在C品上表面粘贴一层厚度为1.0mm的木皮,粘贴时使用胶量为200g,然后通过热压将木皮压贴到C品表面,热压温度为100℃,时间为400秒,得D品。
前述的一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法中,所述步骤b中粘贴平衡纸时使用胶85g;所述步骤a、步骤c和步骤e中的养生时间均为7天~10天;所述密度板为高密度板,木皮为天然木皮。
前述的一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法中,所述平衡纸下表面连接有一层吸音层或防潮层,能够根据需求增加吸音或防潮功能,扩大适用范围。
与现有技术相比,本发明对养生后的密度板进行热压时采用不同温度的上、下钢板,上钢板温度为190℃~199℃,下钢板温度为200℃~209℃,使密度板下表面的热压程度高于密度板上表面的热压程度,改变了密度板的内部纤维密度结构,消除内部应力,提高稳定性80%以上。相比传统三层密度板的木地板来说,本发明只有在粘贴压贴平衡纸和木皮时使用胶,降低了30%以上的甲醛含量;且减少了胶合热压的次数,降低了30%以上的生产成本。此外,本发明还能够在平衡纸下表面连接一层吸引层或防潮层,提高适用性。因此,本发明不仅提高了稳定性,降低了甲醛含量,提高环保性能,还具有生产成本低和适用性强的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例一。一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
a、取厚度为6mm~12mm的密度板作为基材,进行基材养生,得A品;
b、对A品进行热压,热压用的上钢板温度为190℃~199℃,下钢板温度为200℃~209℃,热压时间为25秒~30秒,压力为10MPa~15MPa,热压后在下表面粘贴平衡纸,得B品;
c、对B品进行养生,得C品;
d、在C品上表面粘贴一层厚度为0.3mm~2mm的木皮,粘贴时使用胶量为80g~400g,然后通过热压将木皮压贴到C品表面,热压温度为90℃~110℃,时间为350秒~450秒,得D品;
e、对D品进行养生,得成品。
所述步骤b中粘贴平衡纸时使用胶85g;所述步骤a、步骤c和步骤e中的养生时间均为7天~10天;所述平衡纸下表面连接有一层吸音层或防潮层。
实施例二。一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:

d、在C品上表面粘贴一层厚度为0.3mm~2mm的木皮,粘贴时使用胶量为80g~400g,然后通过热压将木皮压贴到C品表面,热压温度为90℃~110℃,时间为350秒~450秒,得D品;
e、对D品进行养生,得成品。

b、对A品进行热压,热压用的上钢板温度为195℃,下钢板温度为203℃,热压时间为27秒,压力为13.5MPa,热压后在表面粘贴平衡纸,得B品;
c、对B品进行养生,养生时间为7天,得C品;
d、在C品上表面粘贴一层厚度为1.0mm的天然木皮,粘贴时使用胶量为200g,然后通过热压将木皮压贴到C品表面,热压温度为100℃,时间为400秒,得D品。
e、对D品进行养生,得成品。
所述步骤b中粘贴平衡纸时使用胶85g;所述步骤a、步骤c和步骤e中的养生时间均为7天~10天;所述平衡纸下表面连接有一层吸音层或防潮层。
Claims (2)
1.一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、取厚度为9mm的密度板作为基材,进行基材养生,得A品;
b、对A品进行热压,热压用的上钢板温度为195℃,下钢板温度为203℃,热压时间为27秒,压力为13.5MPa,热压后在下表面粘贴平衡纸,得B品;
c、对B品进行养生,得C品;
d、在C品上表面粘贴一层厚度为1mm的木皮,粘贴时使用胶量为200g,然后通过热压将木皮压贴到C品表面,热压温度为100℃,时间为400秒,得D品;
e、对D品进行养生,得成品;所述步骤b中粘贴平衡纸时使用胶85g;所述步骤a、步骤c和步骤e中的养生时间均为7天~10天;所述密度板为高密度板,木皮为天然木皮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种稳定型二层木地板的生产方法,其特征在于:所述平衡纸下表面连接有一层吸音层或防潮层。
