Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型复合地板，它包括地板本体，在所述地板本体宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫和凹槽，所述地板本体依次包括防滑装饰层、密度板层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和静音垫层，所述防滑装饰层、密度板层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和静音垫层的厚度比为1：（3‑5）：（2‑3）：1：（1‑2），在所述地板本体底部设有通风槽，在所述防滑装饰层上设有防滑纹路。本发明防滑、不易变形、静音性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板，具体涉及一种复合地板。
背景技术
目前市场上，有较多的全木地板，全木地板由于木材本身的缺陷，易变形，外观不太美，而复合木地板也具有耐磨、不易变形等优点，也被不断应用。但是木地板通常底板为木单板，而木单板有天然树种制成，不可避免的存在缺陷，如节疤、虫孔等，需要在加工过程额外的处理如修补等，浪费人力，耽误生成效率。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种防滑、不易变形、静音性能好的新型复合地板。
技术方案：为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所述的一种新型复合地板，它包括地板本体，在所述地板本体宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫和凹槽，所述地板本体依次包括防滑装饰层、密度板层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和静音垫层，所述防滑装饰层、密度板层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和静音垫层的厚度比为1：（3-5）：（2-3）：1：（1-2），在所述地板本体底部设有通风槽，在所述防滑装饰层上设有防滑纹路。
所述防滑装饰层为由炭化竹纤维和原色竹纤维按照重量份数1：10混合形成的装饰层。
所述阻燃层为无卤阻燃剂层。
所述静音垫层为吸音孔泡沫层。
所述防滑装饰层、密度板层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和静音垫层的厚度比为1：3：2：1：1。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比，其显著优点是：本发明整体结构设置合理，采用由炭化竹纤维和原色竹纤维按照重量份数1：10混合形成的装饰层，外观真实优美，防滑纹路的设置提高了鞋底与地板之间的摩擦力，防止滑倒，采用无卤阻燃剂层，无毒环保，采用吸音孔泡沫层，吸音静音效果好，采用厚度比为1：3：2：1：1的防滑装饰层、密度板层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和静音垫层，结构层次厚度设置合理，各层作用最优化，能很好的适用于各种装饰场合。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示，本发明所述的一种新型复合地板，它包括地板本体1，在所述地板本体1宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫2和凹槽3，所述地板本体1依次包括防滑装饰层4、密度板层5、杨木皮层6、阻燃层7和静音垫层8，所述防滑装饰层4、密度板层5、杨木皮层6、阻燃层7和静音垫层8的厚度比为1：3：2：1：1，在所述地板本体1底部设有通风槽9，在所述防滑装饰层4上设有防滑纹路10；所述防滑装饰层4为由炭化竹纤维和原色竹纤维按照重量份数1：10混合形成的装饰层；所述阻燃层7为无卤阻燃剂层；所述静音垫层8为吸音孔泡沫层。本发明整体结构设置合理，采用由炭化竹纤维和原色竹纤维按照重量份数1：10混合形成的装饰层，外观真实优美，防滑纹路的设置提高了鞋底与地板之间的摩擦力，防止滑倒，采用无卤阻燃剂层，无毒环保，采用吸音孔泡沫层，吸音静音效果好，采用厚度比为1：3：2：1：1的防滑装饰层、密度板层、杨木皮层、阻燃层和静音垫层，结构层次厚度设置合理，各层作用最优化，能很好的适用于各种装饰场合。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法，具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多，以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围，本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.一种新型复合地板，其特征在于：它包括地板本体（1），在所述地板本体（1）宽度方向两侧分别设有凸榫（2）和凹槽（3），所述地板本体（1）依次包括防滑装饰层（4）、密度板层（5）、杨木皮层（6）、阻燃层（7）和静音垫层（8），所述防滑装饰层（4）、密度板层（5）、杨木皮层（6）、阻燃层（7）和静音垫层（8）的厚度比为1：（3-5）：（2-3）：1：（1-2），在所述地板本体（1）底部设有通风槽（9），在所述防滑装饰层（4）上设有防滑纹路（10）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合地板，其特征在于：所述防滑装饰层（4）为由炭化竹纤维和原色竹纤维按照重量份数1：10混合形成的装饰层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合地板，其特征在于：所述阻燃层（7）为无卤阻燃剂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合地板，其特征在于：所述静音垫层（8）为吸音孔泡沫层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合地板，其特征在于：所述防滑装饰层（4）、密度板层（5）、杨木皮层（6）、阻燃层（7）和静音垫层（8）的厚度比为1：3：2：1：1。
