技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于连续制作塑料袋的设备。
背景技术
日本专利出版物No.3,733,085公开了用于连续制作塑料袋的设备,每个所述塑料袋都包括面板部分和拉链部分。在该设备中,两条片材彼此重叠,拉链材料主体插入两条片材之间以沿着两条片材的纵向延伸。两条片材和拉链材料主体被沿其纵向并且间隔地进送一定长度。两条片材包括塑料薄膜,并且拉链材料主体由塑料材料制成。所述设备包括热封装置,每当两条片材和拉链材料主体被间歇地进送而临时性停止时,它们被沿其纵向彼此热封。另外,每当两条片材被间歇地进送而临时性停止时,它们被沿其横向彼此热封。每当两条片材和拉链材料主体被间歇地进送而临时性停止时,然后它们被沿两条片材的横向横切。设备因此可以用两条片材和拉链材料主体来连续制造塑料袋。面板部分由两条片材形成,同时拉链部分由拉链材料主体形成。

因此,设备没有必要包括非常长的并且沿两条片材的纵向设置的热封装置,没有导致用于安装的空间的问题。可以毫无困难地防止在拉链材料主体的凸构件和凹构件中的配合部分被损坏。然而,在这种情况下,两条片材和拉链材料主体必须以不随时间改变的速度被非间歇地而是连续地进送,以均匀地加热和熔化两条片材和拉链材料主体。应该理解,如果两条片材和拉链材料主体被间歇地进送以被临时性停止,则速度必然地随时间改变。因此,两条片材不能被临时性停止以沿其横向彼此热封。两条片材和拉链材料主体不能被临时性停止以被沿其横向横切。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供用于通过以适当的方式利用激光束以克服以上问题来连续制作塑料袋的设备。
发明内容
根据本发明,设备包括彼此相对的一对辊。所述设备进一步包括通过其将两条片材彼此重叠的进送装置,拉链材料主体插入两条片材之间以沿着两条片材的纵向延伸。两条片材和拉链材料主体被沿其纵向进送,以被定向成夹在两个辊之间并且由所述辊按压。该设备进一步包括激光束照射器,当两条片材和拉链材料主体被沿其纵向进送时,所述激光束照射器在辊的上游位置将激光束发射到两条片材和拉链材料主体上,以通过激光束加热和熔化两条片材和拉链材料主体。因此,当两条片材和拉链材料主体被辊按压时焊接到彼此。该设备进一步包括连接到进送装置和照射器的控制装置,所述进送装置由控制装置控制从而两条片材和拉链材料主体被以随时间改变的预定速度间歇地进送。控制装置在前馈控制基础上控制照射器以调节激光束的量,其中根据预定速度计算所述量从而获得所述量的计算值。根据计算值控制激光束,以在不考虑被改变的速度的条件下均匀地加热和熔化两条片材和拉链材料主体。两条片材和拉链材料主体因此被焊接到彼此,以获得保持恒定的焊接强度。设备被布置成用于使用两条片材和拉链材料主体连续制造塑料袋。
在优选的实施例中,计算量与预定速度成比例。另外,两条片材沿着辊弯曲,以使得弯曲部分形成在其中,楔形间隙形成在弯曲部分和拉链材料主体之间。照射器包括与楔形间隙相对的两个照射器,照射器在楔形间隙中将激光束发射到两条片材和拉链材料主体上。

实现本发明的最优模式

应该理解,当两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被间歇地进送以被临时性停止时,速度V必然地随时间T改变。尤其是当以高速操作设备时,速度V剧烈地改变。鉴于这种挑战,在该设备中,不在反馈控制基础上而是在前馈控制基础上控制照射器5,其中在前反馈控制基础中根据预定速度V计算量Q以获得量Q的计算值。换句话说,预先计算量Q以获得计算值。然后不响应检测信号而是根据计算值来调节激光束6。因此,与在反馈控制基础上布置的设备不同,该设备没有响应性的问题。因此,可以充分调节激光束6的量Q以在不考虑剧烈改变的速度V的条件下均匀地加热和熔化两条片材2和拉链材料主体3。
还应该理解,本发明基于将前馈控制基础应用到照射器5的观点。结果,控制装置8精确地控制照射器5,从而充分地调节了激光束6的量Q,即使以高速操作设备并且速度V剧烈改变。在该连接中,应该注意前馈控制基础自身是已知的。然而,在现有技术中,没有将前馈控制基础应用到装在设备中的照射器5上以连续制造塑料袋的观点。因此,当利用激光束6时迫使非间歇地而是连续地进送两条片材2和拉链材料主体3,如美国专利No.5,279,693中的设备的情况。该事实可以支持本发明具有超过现有技术的创造性。

另外,照射器5包括激光束源13、球透镜14和玻璃板15,球透镜14和玻璃板15位于激光束源13和两条片材2之间并且在激光束源13和凸缘部分11之间。玻璃板15的截面是V形,以具有朝两条片材2和凸缘部分11突出的中心部分。激光束6由球透镜14和玻璃板15放大并且分开,从而两条片材2和凸缘部分11被沿着两条焊接线12焊接到彼此。
照射器5包括与楔形间隙相对的两个照射器,如前所述。每个照射器5都可以包括两个照射器,所述每个照射器都将激光束6发射到两条片材2和凸缘部分11上,从而两条片材2和凸缘部分11沿着两条焊接线被焊接到彼此。
对激光吸收的处理可以被应用于拉链材料主体3,从而拉链材料主体3吸收激光束6以产生热,以加热和融化拉链材料主体3。具体地,对激光吸收的处理可以被应用于凸缘部分11,从而凸缘部分11吸收激光束6以产生热,以加热和融化凸缘部分11。例如,对激光吸收的处理可以包括将锯齿状表面施加到拉链材料主体3的处理。对激光吸收的处理可以包括在拉链材料主体3上涂覆一层吸收剂或墨水的处理。对激光吸收的处理可以包括将吸收剂混合进入拉链材料主体3中的处理。对激光吸收的处理可以包括在拉链材料主体3上放置一条吸收剂带的处理。对激光吸收的处理不仅可以被施加到拉链材料主体3也可以被施加到两条片材2。
该设备包括照射器5和辊1,如前所述。该设备可以进一步包括激光束照射器16,当两条片材2被沿其纵向进送时,所述激光束照射器16在辊1的上游位置将激光束发射到两条片材2上,以加热和熔化两条片材2。在这种情况下,两条片材2被辊1按压时沿着焊接线17焊接到彼此。
该设备可以进一步包括连接到照射器5和16的扫描装置18。控制装置8被连接到扫描装置18,扫描装置18被控制装置8控制从而照射器5和16被移动用于扫描。扫描装置18可以包括诸如电流计的致动器,照射器5和16通过所述致动器在两条片材2的预定横向方向Y上移动用于扫描。焊接线12和17因此可以形成在两条片材2和拉链材料主体3上以具有任意预定的宽度。
所述设备进一步地包括热封装置19,每当两条片材2被间歇地进送而临时性停止时,它们被沿其横向彼此热封,以形成热封线20。该设备可以包括位于辊1的上游位置的将激光束发射到两条片材2上的激光束照射器,照射器被移动用于扫描以形成焊接线20。该设备进一步包括切割器21,每当两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被间歇地进送而临时性停止时,它们通过切割器21被沿两条片材2的横向横切,以使用两条片材2和拉链材料主体3连续制造塑料袋。
该设备因此可以连续制造分别包括面板部分和拉链部分的塑料袋。面板部分由两条片材2形成,同时拉链部分由拉链材料主体3形成,如图4所示。塑料袋具有拉链部分沿着其延伸的顶边22。塑料袋具有相对的两侧边23,热封线或焊接线20沿着侧边23延伸。塑料袋具有焊接线17沿着其延伸的底边24。
当两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被间歇地进送以临时性停止时,设备可以在不考虑被改变的速度V的条件下均匀地加热和熔化两条片材2和拉链材料主体3,如前所述。两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被焊接到彼此,以获得保持恒定的焊接强度。
因此,两条片材2和拉链材料主体3不必沿其纵向被彼此热封。设备不必包括非常长的并且沿两条片材的纵向设置的热封装置,没有导致用于安装的空间的问题。设备仅必须包括照射器5,当两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被沿其纵向进送时照射器5发射激光束6,以沿两条片材2的纵向将其压缩。可以毫无困难地防止对拉链材料主体3的凸构件9和凹构件10中的配合部分造成损坏,也如之前所述。
另外,在设备中,两条片材2可以被临时性停止,以通过热封装置19沿两条片材2的横向将其热封。两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被临时性停止以被切割器21沿其横向横切。
图5图示了另一实施例,其中当两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被朝辊1定向时,板25插入拉链材料主体3的凸缘部分11之间,从而两条片材2和拉链材料主体3夹在辊1之间以被充分按压(图5A)。两条片材2可以与辊26接合从而楔形间隙7由辊26形成(图5B)。辊1可以包括具有弹性的橡胶辊,两条片材2和拉链材料主体3在没有使用板25的情况下被充分按压。
图6图示了另一实施例,其中当两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被辊1按压时,拉链材料主体3被板25引导,从而凸构件9和凹构件10就被彼此隔离(图6A)。进送装置进一步包括一对辊27,其中两条片材2和拉链材料主体3被定向成夹在辊27之间拉链材料主体(图6B和6C),一对板28插入两条片材2和拉链材料主体3之间,从而两条片材2和拉链材料主体3由板28引导以被彼此隔开。照射器包括四个光纤29,四个光纤29在两条片材2的横向方向上插入到板28和拉链材料主体3之间,从而在板28和拉链材料主体3之间沿两条片材的纵向延伸。激光束被定向通过光纤29,从而光纤29将激光束发射到两条片材2和拉链材料主体3上,以通过激光束加热和熔化两条片材2和拉链材料主体3。两条片材2和拉链材料主体3然后被辊1按压以焊接到彼此。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于连续制作塑料袋的设备,其包括:
一对辊,所述一对辊彼此相对;
进送装置,两条片材通过所述进送装置被彼此重叠,拉链材料主体插入所述两条片材之间以沿着所述两条片材的纵向延伸,所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体被沿其纵向进送以被定向成夹在所述辊之间并且由所述辊按压;
激光束照射器,当所述两条片材和拉链材料主体被沿其纵向进送时,所述激光束照射器在所述辊的上游位置将激光束照射到所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体上,以通过所述激光束加热和熔化所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体,当所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体由所述辊按压时被焊接到彼此;以及
控制装置,所述控制装置连接到所述进送装置和所述照射器,所述进送装置被所述控制装置控制,从而以随时间而改变的预定速度来间歇地进送所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体,所述控制装置在前馈控制基础上控制所述照射器以调节所述激光束的量,其中根据所述预定速度计算所述量从而获得所述量的计算值,根据所述计算值调节所述激光束以在不考虑被改变的速度的条件下均匀地加热和熔化所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体,所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体被焊接到彼此以获得保持恒定的焊接强度,
所述设备被布置成使用所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体连续制造塑料袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述量以与所述预定速度成比例的方式被计算。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述两条片材沿着辊弯曲以具有在其中形成的弯曲部分,楔形部分形成在所述弯曲部分和所述拉链材料主体之间,所述照射器包括与所述楔形部分相对的两个照射器,所述照射器在楔形间隙中将激光束照射到所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述拉链材料主体包括凸构件和凹构件,所述凸构件和凹构件包括配合部分和凸缘部分,所述配合部分彼此配合,所述照射器在所述配合部分的相对两侧将激光束照射到所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分上,以通过所述激光束加热和熔化所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分,从而在没有通过激光束加热所述配合部分的情况下所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分沿着两条焊接线被焊接到彼此。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中所述照射器包括激光束源、球透镜和玻璃板,所述球透镜和玻璃板位于所述激光束源和所述两条片材之间并且位于所述激光束源和所述凸缘部分之间,所述玻璃板的截面成V形以具有朝所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分突出的中心部分,所述激光束被所述球透镜和所述玻璃板放大和分开,从而所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分被沿着两条焊接线焊接到彼此。
6.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中所述照射器包括两个照射器,所述两个照射器中的每个照射器都将激光束照射到所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分上,从而所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分沿着两条焊接线被焊接到彼此。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中对所述拉链材料主体进行激光吸收处理,从而所述拉链材料主体吸收激光束以产生热量,以加热和融化所述拉链材料主体。
8.一种用于连续制作塑料袋的设备,其包括:
一对辊,所述一对辊彼此相对;
进送装置,两条片材通过所述进送装置被彼此重叠,拉链材料主体插入所述两条片材之间以沿着所述两条片材的纵向延伸,所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体被沿其纵向进送以被定向成夹在所述辊之间并且由所述辊按压;和
激光束照射器,当所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体被沿其纵向进送时,所述激光束照射器在所述辊的上游位置将激光束照射到所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体上,以通过所述激光束加热和熔化所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体,当所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体由辊按压时被焊接到彼此,
其中所述拉链材料主体包括凸构件和凹构件,所述凸构件和凹构件包括配合部分和凸缘部分,所述配合部分彼此配合,所述照射器在所述配合部分的相对两侧将激光束照射到所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分上,以通过所述激光束加热和熔化所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分,从而在没有通过激光束加热所述配合部分的情况下所述两条片材和所述凸缘部分沿着两条焊接线被焊接到彼此,以及

所述设备被布置成使用所述两条片材和所述拉链材料主体连续制造塑料袋。
