背景技术
黄体功能不全是指卵巢排卵后形成的黄体内分泌功能不足,以致孕激素分泌不足,使子宫内膜分泌转化不足,出现排卵性功血,且不利于受精卵的着床,可导致不孕或习惯性流产。黄体功能不足的病因目前不明确。正常黄体机能的维持有赖于丘脑-垂体-卵巢性腺轴功能的完善,大多数学者认为:出现黄体功能不全的原因可能与垂体分泌的黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡成熟素(FSH)不足;垂体分泌的催乳素(PRL)过多、过少;卵泡本身不成熟,对促性腺激素不敏感有关;黄体本身合成孕激素不足或与雌激素之间的比例不协调等有关。黄体功能不全的病人平时无不适症状。若出现临床表现,主要为月经周期缩短、月经频发、不孕或流产,而流产主要发生在孕早期。
黄体功能不全最直接的影响就是导致不孕,但是目前对于黄体功能不足的治疗主要是采用补充体内孕酮的不足,或者是运用药物刺激黄体的疗法,但是这两种疗法都会对女性的身体带来比较大的损害,长期使用激素类药物,还有可以会导致内分泌失调,产生不可逆的后果,中医采用独特的辩证施治,从患者的整体上进行调理,具有独特的优势和丰富的经验,且临床疗效显著,副作用较小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗黄体功能不足的中药制剂,该中药制剂对于黄体功能不足具有疗效确切,副作用小,服用方便,价格低廉,调理身体的特点。
本发明的另一目的是提供该治疗黄体功能不足的中药制剂的制备方法。
发明人在多年的临床医疗实践中,观察到黄体功能不足给患者带来的痛苦,根据该病症的发展规律,以及中药的配伍原则,并通过大量的临床验证,反复探索总结出一种治疗黄体功能不足的中药制剂的新配方,本发明选择续断、枸杞子、补骨脂、巴戟天、仙茅、淫羊藿、蛇床子、当归、熟地黄、桑寄生、赤芍、川芎、乳香、没药、丹参、桃仁、益母草、香附、菟丝子、白术、覆盆子、白芍、茺蔚子、车前子、五味子、女贞子、炙甘草进行组合,将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用,使之具有滋补肝肾、益精填髓、补血活血的功效,从而能够有效治疗黄体功能不足。

续断:为川续断科植物川续断Dipsacus asperoides C. Y. Cheng et T. M. Ai (或Dipsacus asper Wall)的干燥根。性味:苦、辛、微温。归肝、肾经。功效:补肝肾;强筋骨;调血脉;止崩漏,本品甘温助阳,辛温散寒,用治肾阳不足,下元虚冷,阳痿不举,遗精滑泄,遗尿尿频等症,兼有补益肝肾,强健壮骨,通利血脉之功。
枸杞子:为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L. 的干燥成熟果实。性味:甘、平。归肝、肾经。功效:滋补肝肾、益精明目。主治:肝肾亏虚;头晕目眩;目视不清;腰膝酸软;阳痿遗精;虚劳咳嗽;消渴引饮。枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素A1、B1、B2、C等钙、铁等健康眼睛的必需营养,故擅长明目,所以俗称“明眼子”。历代医家治疗肝血不足、肾阴亏虚引起的视物昏花和夜盲症,常常使用枸杞子。枸杞提取液具有延缓衰老作用和补肾功能。
补骨脂:为豆科植物补骨脂Psoralea corylifolia L.的果实。性味:辛、苦,温。归肾、脾经。功效:补肾壮阳,固精缩尿,温脾止泻,纳气平喘。本品能补肾阳、暖脾阳,止泄泻,为治脾肾阳虚之要药。本品辛苦温燥,能温补命门,补肾强腰,壮阳、固精、缩尿,为治肾阳不足、下元不固之要药。近代又研究出,补骨脂中的有效成分具有扩张血管的作用。
巴戟天:为双子叶植物药茜草科植物巴戟天Morinda officinalis How 的干燥根。性味:辛,甘;微温。归肾经、肝经。功效:补肾助阳,祛风除湿,强筋健骨。用于肝肾不足的筋骨痿软、腰膝疼痛常配杜仲等,或者风湿久痹而肝肾虚损者,常配牛膝等;本品既能补阳益精而强筋骨,又能辛温而除风湿,故肝肾不足兼有风湿而腰膝疼痛者,用之最宜。巴戟天甘辛性温,甘温能补,辛温能润,能温肾壮阳益精,常配淫羊藿、仙茅。
仙茅:为石蒜科植物仙茅Curculigo orchioides Gaertn. 的干燥根茎。性味:辛,温,有毒。入肾、肝经。功效:补肾阳,强筋骨,散寒湿。仙茅根茎乙醇提取物具有雌激素样活性,水提取液有兴奋性机能的作用。仙茅有增强免疫功能的作用。本品辛热,能补肾阳,兴阳道,止遗尿。
淫羊藿:为小檗科植物淫羊藿Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.、箭叶淫羊藿Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim. 、柔毛淫羊藿Epimedium pubescens Maxim.、巫山淫羊藿Epimedium wushanense T.S.Ying、或朝鲜淫羊藿Epimedium koreanum Nakai的干燥地上部分。性味:辛、甘,温。归肝、肾经。功效:补肾壮阳,祛风除湿。淫羊藿提取液具有雄性激素样作用,能提高机体免疫功能,特别是对肾虚病人免疫功能低下有改善作用;淫羊藿煎剂试管内对脊髓灰质炎病毒有显着的抑制作用,在药物与病毒接触1小时内,即表现灭活作用,对其他肠道病毒亦能抑制;对白色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有显着抑菌作用,对奈氏卡他球菌、肺炎双球菌、流感嗜血杆菌有轻度抑制作用。《本经》:主阴痿绝伤,茎中痛。利小便,益气力,强志。
蛇床子:为伞形科植物蛇床Cnidium monnieri (L.)Cuss.的干燥成熟果实。性味:辛、苦、温。归肾经。功效:温肾壮阳,燥湿,祛风,杀虫。用于阳痿,宫冷,寒湿带下,湿痹腰痛;外治外阴湿疹,妇人阴痒;滴虫性阴道炎。《本草新编》记载:蛇床子,功用颇奇,内外俱可施治,而外治尤良。临床应用:用于治疗皮肤湿疹和瘙痒症,如慢性湿疹急性发作,汗疱疹糜烂期、阴囊湿疹、外阴瘙痒、疥疮、皮癣等。
当归:为伞形科植物当归 Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels 的干燥根。性味:甘、辛、苦,温。归肝、心、脾经。功效:补血;活血;调经止痛;润燥滑肠。当归对中枢神经系统有抑制作用,挥发油有镇静、催眠、镇痛、麻醉等作用。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、虚寒腹痛、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。据《本草正》载:其味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,能养营养血,补气生精,安五脏,强形体,益神志,凡有形虚损之病,无所不宜。
熟地黄:为玄参科植物地黄(Rehmannia glutinosa(Gdertn) Iibosch.ex Fisch. et Mey.)的块根经加工炮制而成。性味:甘、微温。归肝、肾经。功效:滋阴补血,益精填髓。用于肝肾阴虚,腰膝酸软,骨蒸潮热,盗汗遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,心悸怔忡,月经不调,崩漏下血,眩晕,耳鸣,须发早白。熟地能补血滋阴而养肝益肾,凡血虚阴亏、肝肾不足所致的眩晕,均可应用。该品滋肾益阴,适用于肾阴不足所引起的各种病症。
桑寄生:为桑寄生科植物桑寄生Taxillus chinensis (DC.)Danser 的干燥带叶茎枝。性味:苦、甘,平。归肝、肾经。功效:补肝肾,强筋骨,祛风湿,安胎元。
赤芍:为毛茛科植物芍药 Paeonia lactiflora Pall. 或川赤芍 Paeonia veitchii Lynch 的干燥根。性味:苦,微寒。归肝经。功效:散瘀止痛,清热凉血,消肿。用于温毒发斑,吐血衄血,目赤肿痛,肝郁胁痛,经闭痛经,症瘕腹痛,跌扑损伤,痈肿疮疡。本品苦降,有活血通经、散瘀消癓、行滞止痛的功效。常配牡丹皮。用于温热病热入血分,本品苦寒,主入肝经,善走血分,能清肝火,除血分郁热而有凉血、止血、散瘀消斑之功。
川芎:为伞形科植物川芎Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.的干燥根茎。性味:辛,温。归肝、胆、心经。功效:活血行气,祛风止痛。本品辛散温通,能上行巅顶,下达血海,外彻皮毛,旁通四肢,既能活血又能行气,昔人谓川芎为血中之气药,殆言其寓辛散、解郁、通达、止痛等功能。川芎有明显的镇静作用。抗菌作用等体外试验:川芎对大肠、痢疾(宋内氏)、变形、绿脓、伤寒、副伤寒杆菌及霍乱弧菌等有抑制作用。川芎水浸剂(1:3)在试管内对某些致病性皮肤真菌也有抑制作用。
乳香:为橄榄科乳香树属植物乳香树Boswellia carterii Birdw.[B. sacra Fluek.]、药胶香树B. bhawdajiana Birdw.及其同属植物皮部渗出的树脂。性味:辛、苦、温。归心、肝、脾经。功效:活血止痛、消肿生肌。本品用于疮疡后久不收口,常与与没药配伍,外敷于患处。
没药:为橄榄科没药属植物没药树Commiphora myrrha Engl.[C. molmol Engl.]及同属他种植物的树干皮部渗出的油胶树脂。性味:苦、平。入肝经。功效:散血去瘀,消肿定痛。临床上可用于治疗乳痈。
丹参:为双子叶植物唇形科Labiatae鼠尾草属植物丹参Salvia /miltiorrhizaBge的干燥根及根茎。性味:苦,微寒。归经:入心、肝经。功效:活血调经,祛瘀止痛,凉血消痈,清心除烦,养血安神。用于胸肋胁痛,风湿痹痛,症瘕结块。《日华子本草》:养神定志,通利关脉。治冷热劳,骨节疼痛,四肢不遂;排脓止痛,生肌长肉;破宿血,补新生血;安生胎,落死胎;止血崩带下,调妇人经脉不匀,血邪心烦;恶疮疥癣,瘿赘肿毒,丹毒;头痛,赤眼,热温狂闷。
桃仁:为蔷薇科植物桃Prunus persica (L.) Batsch 或山桃 Prunus davidiana (Carr.)Franch.的干燥成熟种子。性味:苦、甘,平。归心、肝、大肠经。功效:活血祛瘀,润肠通便,止咳平喘。桃仁祛瘀之力较强,又称破血药,用于治疗血瘀、癓瘕,常配红花、当归。桃仁对血流阻滞、血行障碍有改善作用,能使各脏器各组织机能恢复正常。
益母草:为唇形科一年生或两年生草本植物益母草Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet. 的全草。性味:苦、辛,微寒。归肝、心包经。功效:活血调经,利水消肿。用于月经不调,痛经,经闭,恶露不尽,水肿尿少;急性肾炎水肿。本品苦泄辛散,主入血分,善于活血祛瘀调经,痿妇科经产要药。
香附:为莎草科植物莎草Cyperus rotundus L. 的干燥根茎。性味:辛、微苦、微甘,平。归肝、脾、三焦经。功效:行气解郁,调经止痛,安胎,理气舒郁,调和肝胃。本品辛散苦泄,为疏肝理气之要药,可用于肝气郁滞所致诸痛证。《滇南本草》:调血中之气,开郁,宽中,消食。《本草求真》:香附,专属开郁散气,与木香行气,貌同实异,木香气味苦劣,故通气甚捷,此则苦而不甚,故解郁居多,且性和于木香,故可加减出入,以为行气通剂,否则宜此而不宜彼耳。
菟丝子:为双子叶植物药旋花科植物菟丝子Cuscuta chinensis Lam. 的干燥成熟种子。性味:甘、温。归肝、肾经。功效:滋补肝肾,固精随尿,安胎,明目,止泻。适用于肝肾不足的腰膝筋骨酸痛,腿脚软弱无力、阳痿遗精、呓语、小便频数、尿有余沥、头晕眼花、视物不清、耳鸣耳聋以及妇女带下、习惯性流产等症。菟丝子即可补阳,又可益阴,具有温而不燥,补而不滞的特点,为平补肝肾之良药。常配枸杞子,五味子等。对内分泌的作用:菟丝子可以增加下丘脑-垂体-卵巢促黄体功能。
白术:为菊科植物白术Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.的干燥根茎。性味:苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。功效:健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎,白术既能补气健脾,又能燥湿利水,为健脾燥湿的要药。白术抗菌作用明显:水浸液在试管内对絮状表皮癣菌、星形奴卡氏菌有抑制作用。煎剂对脑膜炎球菌亦有抑制作用。白术还具有促进造血的功能。
覆盆子:为蔷薇科悬钩子属植物华东覆盆子Rubus chingii Hu的干燥果实。性味:甘、酸、温。归经:入肝、肾经。功效:补肾固精,助阳明目。主治:阳痿、遗精遗尿,小便频数,眼目昏花。《本草述》中记载:覆盆子,方书用之治劳倦虚劳等证,或补肾元阳,或益肾阴气,或专滋精血,随其所宜之主,皆能相助为理也。
白芍:为双子叶植物毛茛科植物芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall. 的干燥根。性味:凉,苦酸,微寒。功效:补血柔肝、平肝止痛,敛阴收汗。研究表明:白芍中含有的芍药甙有抗菌、解热、抗炎、增加冠状动脉流量、改善心肌营养血流、扩张血管、对抗急性心肌缺血、抑制血小板聚集、镇静、镇痛、解痉、抗溃疡、调节血糖的作用。白芍煎剂能抑制痢疾杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌等。本品能养肝血、敛肝阴、抑肝阳、疏肝气,又能缓挛急、止疼痛,为治疗肝经各种疼痛之良药。
茺蔚子:为唇形科植物益母草Leonurus japonicus Houtt.的干燥成熟果实。性味:辛、苦,微寒。归心包、肝经。功效:活血调经,清肝明目。用于月经不调,经闭,痛经,目赤翳障,头晕胀痛。古人记载:茺蔚子,活血行气,有补阴之功,故名益母。凡胎前产后所恃者,血气也。胎前无滞,产后无虚,以其行中有补也。
车前子:为车前科植物车前Plantago asiatica L. 或平车前Plantago depressa Willd.的干燥成熟种子。性味:甘,微寒。归肝、肾、肺、小肠经。功效:清热利尿,渗湿通淋,明目,祛痰。用于水肿胀满,热淋涩痛,暑湿泄泻,目赤肿痛,痰热咳嗽。
五味子:为木兰科植物五味子Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.)Baill.或华中五味子Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd. et Wils.的干燥成熟果实。性味:温、酸、甘。归肺、心、肾经。功能:收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心。用于久嗽虚喘,梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,久泻不止,自汗,盗汗,津伤口渴,短气脉虚,内热消渴,心悸失眠。
女贞子:为木犀科植物女贞Ligustrum lucidum Ait. 的干燥成熟果实。性味:苦甘、平、无毒。归肝,肾,肺经。功效:补肝肾,强腰膝。主治:阴虚内热,头晕,目花,耳鸣,腰膝酸软,须发早白。现代药理学研究:女贞子可增强非特异性免疫功能,对异常的免疫功能具有双向调节作用;对化疗和放疗所致的白细胞减少有升高作用;可降低实验动物的血清胆固醇,有预防和消减动脉粥样硬化斑块和减轻斑块厚度的作用,能减少冠状动脉粥样硬化病变数并减轻其阻塞程度;能明显降低高龄鼠脑、肝中丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,具一定抗衰老应用价值;有强心、利尿、降血糖及保肝作用;并有止咳、缓泻、抗菌、抗肿瘤作用。
炙甘草:为豆科植物甘草 Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.,胀果甘草 Glycyrrhiza Inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza Glabra L.的干燥根及根茎。炙甘草为甘草的蜜烘制加工品。性味:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。功效:补脾和胃,益气复脉。《日华子本草》:安魂定魄。补五劳七伤,一切虚损、惊悸、烦闷、健忘。通九窍,利百脉,益精养气,壮筋骨,解冷热。
本发明的方解是:方中续断调血脉、止崩漏,枸杞子滋补肝肾、益精明目,补骨脂补肾壮阳、温脾止泻,巴戟天、仙茅、淫羊藿补肾助阳,蛇床子温肾壮阳,以上七味共为君药,从患者身体的根本上进行养肝滋肾,调理身体,补火助阳,安抚五脏,从根本上治疗疾病。当归补血活血、调经止痛,熟地黄滋阴补血、益精填髓,桑寄生补肝肾、强筋骨,赤芍散瘀止痛、清热凉血,川芎活血行气、祛风止痛,乳香、没药散血去瘀、消肿定痛,丹参清心除烦、养血安神,以上八味共为臣药,一方面辅佐君药补肾助阳,活血祛瘀,另一方面对女性的身体进行活血调经,散寒止痛,促进女性身体雌性激素的生成,治疗患者病症。桃仁活血祛瘀,益母草活血调经、利水消肿,香附行气解郁、调经止痛,菟丝子滋补肝肾,白术健脾益气、燥湿利水,覆盆子补肾固精、助阳明目,白芍补血柔肝、平肝止痛,茺蔚子活血调经,车前子清热利尿、渗湿通淋,五味子、女贞子益气生津、补肾宁心,以上几味共为佐药,补脾和胃,使患者身体得到全部得到全面的调理,促进患者的恢复,另外使药物作用和缓,避免药物作用力过强对患者身体造成伤害,炙甘草调和诸药,引药归经,为使药。此方诸药合用,君臣协力,佐使共辅,具有滋补肝肾、益精填髓、补血活血的功效,能够有效治疗黄体功能不足。

其中优选为:续断20份、枸杞子20份、补骨脂15份、巴戟天15份、仙茅10份、淫羊藿10份、蛇床子10份、当归10份、熟地黄10份、桑寄生10份、赤芍9份、川芎9份、乳香9份、没药9份、丹参30份、桃仁9份、益母草15份、香附15份、菟丝子15份、白术12份、覆盆子12份、白芍6份、茺蔚子6份、车前子6份、五味子9份、女贞子12份、炙甘草6份。
本发明药物可以采用中药制剂的常规方法制备成任何常规内服制剂,如丸剂、散剂、片剂、口服液等。例如可以将这些原料药研成粉末混合均匀制成散剂冲服;可以用水煎,经过滤得滤液,加入防腐剂制成口服液;必要时也可以直接服用汤剂。
本发明优选的制备方法是汤剂,其制备方法如下:
步骤一:按本发明重量配比,先将枸杞子、补骨脂、蛇床子、菟丝子、覆盆子、茺蔚子、车前子、五味子、女贞子用纱布包成药包,放于水中浸泡40-45分钟,过滤,备用;
步骤二:按本发明重量配比,将熟地黄、桃仁风干粉碎,研末至180目筛,备用;
步骤三:按本发明重量配比,将续断、巴戟天、仙茅、赤芍、丹参、香附、白术、白芍放入砂锅中,加步骤一中浸泡后剩余冷水,超过药面2-5厘米,用武火煎沸后,再用文火煎20-30分钟,过滤,得滤液,在剩余药渣中加入3-4厘米的水,然后加入淫羊藿、当归、桑寄生、川芎、益母草以及步骤一中的药包煎煮20-30分钟,最后加入乳香、没药、炙甘草煎煮10分钟,过滤,得滤液,合并两次滤液,弃渣,加入步骤二中的粉末,混合均匀,既得本发明所述的中药汤剂,早晚各一次,温服。
本发明药物具有滋补肝肾、益精填髓、补血活血的功效,且疗效确切,副作用小,服用方便,价格低廉,调理身体,据对临床120例患者观察统计,使用本发明药物一个疗程总有效率90%,两个疗程总有效率96.7%。

实施例三、续断25份、枸杞子25份、补骨脂20份、巴戟天20份、仙茅15份、淫羊藿15份、蛇床子15份、当归15份、熟地黄15份、桑寄生15份、赤芍14份、川芎14份、乳香14份、没药14份、丹参35份、桃仁14份、益母草20份、香附20份、菟丝子20份、白术17份、覆盆子17份、白芍9份、茺蔚子9份、车前子9份、五味子14份、女贞子17份、炙甘草9份。
下面是患者使用本发明药物的临床统计资料:
一、一般资料
收治门诊患者120例,平均年龄34岁,病程时间不等。
二、治疗方法
按照本发明药物重量配比,称取原料药(一日剂量),水煎后过滤去渣,早晚各服一次,温服。30天为一个疗程。
三、疗效评定标准:
1、治愈:临床症状完全消失,月经的经量、周期正常,体质得到恢复;
2、好转:临床症状得到缓解,月经的经量、周期基本恢复正常,体质得到改善;
3、无效:临床症状无任何改善,月经周期、经量无变化,其他体征无任何改变。
四、治疗结果统计
其中:总有效率=治愈率+好转率
通过治疗结果的统计表明,本发明中药在治疗黄体功能不足方面具有良好的临床效果,能有效提高治疗的治愈率,值得在临床应用上推广。

病例二、患者杨某,女,30岁,患者患有黄体功能不足,前几年,怀孕后出现流产现象,之后至今未孕,患者经人介绍,采用本发明实施例二中所制制剂,以及所选的制备方法,服用治疗三个疗程后,患者体质明显好转,经量、周期都恢复正常,继续服用一段时间后,患者去医院检查,各项指标均正常,停药三个月之后,顺利怀孕,电话随访一年,孕期一切正常,痊愈。

1.一种治疗黄体功能不足的中药制剂,其特征在于,该中药制剂是由以下重量份的药物制成:续断15-25份、枸杞子15-25份、补骨脂10-20份、巴戟天10-20份、仙茅5-15份、淫羊藿5-15份、蛇床子5-15份、当归5-15份、熟地黄5-15份、桑寄生5-15份、赤芍4-14份、川芎4-14份、乳香4-14份、没药4-14份、丹参25-35份、桃仁4-14份、益母草10-20份、香附10-20份、菟丝子10-20份、白术7-17份、覆盆子7-17份、白芍3-9份、茺蔚子3-9份、车前子3-9份、五味子4-14份、女贞子7-17份、炙甘草3-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗黄体功能不足的中药制剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的药物制成:续断20份、枸杞子20份、补骨脂15份、巴戟天15份、仙茅10份、淫羊藿10份、蛇床子10份、当归10份、熟地黄10份、桑寄生10份、赤芍9份、川芎9份、乳香9份、没药9份、丹参30份、桃仁9份、益母草15份、香附15份、菟丝子15份、白术12份、覆盆子12份、白芍6份、茺蔚子6份、车前子6份、五味子9份、女贞子12份、炙甘草6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗黄体功能不足的中药制剂,其特征在于:所述中药制剂为汤剂。
4.一种治疗黄体功能不足的中药制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法如下:步骤一:按本发明重量配比,先将枸杞子、补骨脂、蛇床子、菟丝子、覆盆子、茺蔚子、车前子、五味子、女贞子用纱布包成药包,放于水中浸泡40-45分钟,过滤,备用;步骤二:按本发明重量配比,将熟地黄、桃仁风干粉碎,研末至180目筛,备用;步骤三:按本发明重量配比,将续断、巴戟天、仙茅、赤芍、丹参、香附、白术、白芍放入砂锅中,加步骤一中浸泡后剩余冷水,超过药面2-5厘米,用武火煎沸后,再用文火煎20-30分钟,过滤,得滤液,在剩余药渣中加入3-4厘米的水,然后加入淫羊藿、当归、桑寄生、川芎、益母草以及步骤一中的药包煎煮20-30分钟,最后加入乳香、没药、炙甘草煎煮10分钟,过滤,得滤液,合并两次滤液,弃渣,加入步骤二中的粉末,混合均匀,既得本发明所述的中药汤剂,早晚各一次,温服。
