背景技术
中药处方中麦冬使用很普遍,特别是麦冬和天冬的二冬同用,在中药配伍中很有名,其主要应用于补阴养阴,除烦降火,润燥等作用;新研究发现麦冬有激活胰岛功能的作用,天冬号称洗肾佳品,这对糖尿病很有利;经过研究,利用麦冬、天冬和同样有激活胰岛β细胞功能的苦瓜和蕹菜,组合成一组专门用于糖尿病修复胰岛细胞的保健软胶丸,是个很好的创意;胶丸的载体用苎麻油、豆油等,对改善糖尿病并发血管病,是个很理想的剂型。经过动物试验,其效果很不错,并经过文献检索,尚没有发现这四种原材料合在一块制作软胶丸的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复方麦冬软胶丸。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:制备方法:a、取麦冬,干燥,打碎,用超临界萃取工艺,获得麦冬多糖浓缩液提取物,备用;b、取天冬,干燥,打碎,用超临界萃取工艺,获得天冬多糖浓缩液提取物,备用;c、取苦瓜干,打粉,用超临界萃取工艺,获得苦瓜皂苷浓缩液提取物,备用;d、取蕹菜,干燥,打粉,用超临界萃取工艺,获得蕹菜多糖浓缩液提取物,备用;e、取步骤a获得的麦冬多糖提取物20-40%、步骤b获得的天冬多糖提取物10-25%、步骤c获得的苦瓜皂甙提取物20-40%、步骤d获得的蕹菜多糖提取物15-30%,调配成混合液,备用;f、取e步骤获得的混合液60-80%、苎麻油10-20%、大豆油5-10%、核桃油5-10%,调配成混合油,备用;g、用食用明胶制作的胶丸囊材,铺设到设备中,取f步骤获得的混合油,与机器配合,通过模具,按设计好的剂量,制作成每粒1g的软胶丸,杀菌,装瓶,即得;成人每天三次,每次1-2丸,对激活和改善糖尿病症状,预防并发血管病,均有一定积极意义。
本发明的积极效果在于:试验目的:观察麦冬多糖、天冬多糖、苦瓜皂甙、蕹菜多糖及苎麻油、大豆油混合液对血糖的影响,为临床实验提供实验依据。方法:选用正常小鼠,自发性高血糖小鼠、链脲霉素诱发高血糖大鼠,观察麦冬多糖、天冬多糖、苦瓜皂甙、蕹菜多糖及苎麻油、大豆油、核桃油混合液对血糖、血清、胰岛素及糖化血红蛋白的影响。结果:麦冬多糖、天冬多糖、苦瓜皂甙、蕹菜多糖及苎麻油、大豆油、核桃油混合液(75、150、300mg/kg)。对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响;但能降低自发性高血糖小鼠血糖及升高血清胰岛素;麦冬多糖、天冬多糖、苦瓜皂甙、蕹菜多糖及苎麻油、大豆油、核桃油混合液(75、150、300mg/kg),能降低链脲霉素诱发高血糖大鼠的血糖及糖化血红蛋白,能推迟大鼠口服蔗糖后血糖升高时间及降低血糖浓度。结论:麦冬多糖、天冬多糖、苦瓜皂甙、蕹菜多糖及苎麻油、大豆油、核桃油混合液对糖尿病小鼠和大鼠都有降血糖作用。原材料的功能如下:
麦冬:味甘,性寒。有止咳,清心,益胃生津,滋阴润肺,用于热病伤津,自汗,口渴,肺热咳嗽,肺虚干咳,心烦,便秘,糖尿病。能促使胰岛细胞恢复。含多种甾体皂苷,麦冬皂甘A、B、C、D及麦冬黄酮等。化学成分:块根中含多种甾体皂苷:麦冬皂苷A、B、B′C、C′、D、D′及麦冬黄酮,β-谷甾醇,豆甾醇,葡萄糖苷及单糖类与寡糖类。药理作用:(1)、能提高心肌收缩力及耐缺氧力。(2)、对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病兔,能促使胰岛细胞恢复、肝糖原有增加趋势。(3)、麦冬粉的水、醇提取物对黄色葡萄球菌,白色葡萄球菌,枯草杆菌,大肠肝菌,伤寒杆菌,福氏痢疾杆菌有抑制作用。
天冬:味甘、苦,性寒。有滋阴润燥,清肺降火的功能。用于结核,肺热咳嗽,糖尿病,阳虚津亏,口燥咽干,大便燥结等症。被称为洗肾佳品。化学成分:含天冬酰胺,β-谷甾醇、5-甲氧基甲基呋喃甲醛、葡萄糖、果糖,以及由葡萄糖和果糖组成的七种低聚糖,此外尚含多种甾体皂苷和四个呋甾烷醇类甾体皂苷或Asp-Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ。药理作用:(1)、镇咳祛痰作用:天冬酰胺经动物实验证明有镇咳和祛痰作用。(2)、抗菌作用:煎剂在体外对炭疽杆菌,甲型及乙型溶血性链球菌,百喉杆菌、类白喉杆菌、肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、柠檬色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、绿浓杆菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用。(3)、抑制白细胞:天门冬对白血病患者白细胞的脱氢酶在体外有一定的抑制作用;并能抑制急性淋巴细胞型白血病患者白细胞的呼吸。
苦瓜:性凉,具有降血糖作用,含苦瓜甙,降血糖作用方式与甲苯磺丁脲相似,也是通过胰腺,非胰腺两种途径发挥作用,其降血糖作用,据印度的凯赫娜博士报告,从苦瓜中提取出的一种胰岛素样药物(多肽-P)治疗糖尿病,结果与胰岛素同样有效,将来可取代胰岛素。
蕹菜:含有较多的胡萝卜素、钙、锌、磷、硒、粗纤维、蕹菜多糖,以及胰岛素样成分,可降血糖。
苎麻:苎麻又称苧麻、拧麻,其麻籽油中不饱和脂肪酸90%以上,多不饱和脂肪酸79%以上,亚油酸含量尤为丰富,达77.4%-78.84%,苎麻籽油含17种氨基酸,总含量为209.02-278.46mg/g,其中7种必需氨基酸占氨基酸的32.06%-33.17%。不饱和脂肪酸对调节血脂,肿瘤预防、改善记忆等多方面起重要作用。多不饱和脂肪酸可以减少心脑血管病的发病率和死亡率。
大豆:《本草纲目》称,宽中下气,利大肠,消水胀肿毒。现代炒食黄豆和饮用豆浆降糖有很多报道。国外有学者研究证实,豆浆具有降血糖作用,糖尿病患者每日饮用大豆制成的饮料,可以减少胰岛素的使用量,有1/3患者可以不再接受胰岛素治疗。这位医学专家对600名糖尿病患者作临床观察,在饭后饮用豆浆,可以降低血糖含量。美国专家也认为,大豆对治疗糖尿病确有明显疗效,可以减少胰岛素的使用量。四川某医学院作过临床观察 ,每次糖尿病人服食120克煮熟黄豆,每日3次,每次40克,连用一个月,其血糖、尿糖可恢复正常水平。其主要原理,与大豆异黄酮、肾上腺素等成分可能有关。
核桃:性温,味香而微涩。补脑,益智,补肾,强腰,美肤,益肺定喘,通顺血脉,乌须黑发,用于肾虚,腰膝冷痛,心肾两亏,大便秘结等症。核桃在国外,人称“大力士食品”、“益智果”。在国内享有“万岁子”、“长寿果”、“养人之宝”美称。常吃核桃可增强记忆力,其卓著的健脑效果和丰富的营养价值,已经为越来越多的人所推崇。现代医学研究认为,核桃中的磷脂,对脑神经有良好的保健作用,核桃油中的不饱和脂肪酸有防治动脉硬化作用。核桃中含丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、22种矿物质,多种维生素。脂肪和蛋白质是大脑最好的营养物质,且其蛋白质是优质蛋白质。每100g中蛋白质20g,不饱和脂肪酸63g,碳水化合物10.7g,钙108mg,磷329mg,铁3.2mg,胡萝卜素30ug,维生素E43.21mg,膳食纤维素9.6g,钾385mg,硒4.62ug,锌2.17mg,锰3.44mg,铬3.2mg,氨基酸2.5%,亚油酸71%,亚麻酸12%,还有丰富的维生素A,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素C,维生素B6等。有资料显示,人体衰老过程中,锌、锰含量日渐降低,常吃核桃有利于补充锌、锰,抗衰老。铬有促进葡萄糖利用,胆固醇代谢和保护心血管的功能,常吃核桃对糖尿病和肥胖病有好处。另有报道,核桃镇咳平喘,对慢性气管炎和哮喘病患者疗效极佳。采用鲜核桃和干核桃配合使用,可加强“脑磷脂复合酶”的形成和优越作用。

1.一种复方麦冬软胶丸,其制备方法如下: a、取麦冬,干燥,打碎,用超临界萃取工艺,获得麦冬多糖浓缩液提取物,备用;b、取天冬,干燥,打碎,用超临界萃取工艺,获得天冬多糖浓缩液提取物,备用;c、取苦瓜干,打粉,用超临界萃取工艺,获得苦瓜皂苷浓缩液提取物,备用; d、取蕹菜,干燥,打粉,用超临界萃取工艺,获得蕹菜多糖浓缩液提取物,备用;e、取步骤a获得的麦冬多糖提取物20-40%、步骤b获得的天冬多糖提取物10-25%、步骤c获得的苦瓜皂甙提取物20-40%、步骤d获得的蕹菜多糖提取物15-30%,调配成混合液,备用;f、取e步骤获得的混合液60-80%、苎麻油10-20%、大豆油5-10%、核桃油5-10%,调配成混合油,备用;g、用食用明胶制作的胶丸囊材,铺设到设备中,取f步骤获得的混合油,与机器配合,通过模具,按设计好的剂量,制作成每粒1g的软胶丸,杀菌,装瓶,即得;成人每天三次,每次1-2丸。
