Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于将清扫工具,如扫帚、地板刷等可拆式地固定在手把上的器件,在手把的端部有两个叉形的弹性臂,弹性臂可借助于一个张紧装置固定在清扫工具的孔中,张紧装置有一个手柄和一个设在臂之间的操纵件、操纵件通过接触面与臂相靠,并通过转动或移动使臂向外撑开或向里拉入。
已知许多此类手把固定装置,它们可以方便和快速地更换已用坏或耗尽的清扫工具,或也可在不同的清扫工具之间变换。在DE2606400C2中介绍了一种手把固定装置,其中,在叉形弹性臂之间安装并可转动地支承着一个肘节件。一个手柄与此肘节件连接,使用者可通过手柄转动肘节件。肘节件通过接触面与臂的内侧相靠。接触面造型为当肘节件转动时臂向外撑开,从而达到与清扫工具固定的目的。当肘节件往回转动时,臂由于其弹性力而返回其向里拉的位置。
业已证实,采用已知的手把固定装置尽管也能由不熟练的人,简单和快速地更换或交换清扫工具,然而存在这样的危险,即随着时间的推移在肘节件的接触面与臂的相应表面之间积聚了脏物和灰尘,它们显著增加了这些构件之间的摩擦力,所以要化费比较大的力才能转动肘节件和将臂固定。其结果是,使得非常难以使用此手把固定装置,或甚至对于只有较小体力的使用者根本无法使用。
本发明的目的是创造一种上述类型的器件,采用它即使经长期使用后仍能保证简单和轻松地调整。
对于一种可拆式固定清扫工具的器件,按本发明为达到上述目的是通过,将操纵件的接触面设计在可转动的支承件上,在操纵件作调整运动时它们在臂上滚动。
按本发明,以此方式将在已知实施形式中产生的在操纵件,该操纵件最好涉及的是装在手柄上或与手柄连成一体的肘节件,与臂之间的滑动运动或在这种情况下产生的滑动摩擦,用滚动运动或滚动摩擦来代替。业已证实,由使用者施加低30%至40%的操纵力便可调整肘节件和张紧臂。
若随着时间的推移,在旋转的支承件上,支承件最好涉及的是支承辊或支承滚轮,积聚了脏物和灰尘,或通常用金属制造的臂的表面腐蚀了,那么滚动特性变得更好,因为避免了支承件的滑动效果。若支承件和/或臂的表面制成粗糙的,也能获得这一结果。
若在支承件表面设一个环形槽,臂在此槽中滚动,那么当调整运动时可以保证臂在肘节件上有良好的导向。
支承件最好可转动地支承在肘节件上,可以通过事后的装配,例如将支承件铆在肘节件中达到。但也可以将由不同塑料制的肘节件和支承件在一道工序中采用双构件压铸法(Zweikomponenten-Spritzguβverfahren)制成,从而可免去单独的装配。在这种情况下,肘节件和支承件应当用彼此摩阻较小的不同塑料制造,所以在这两个构件之间只产生很低的支承摩擦力。
若支承件是支承辊或支承滚轮,最好设计为使支承辊或支承滚轮的旋转轴线垂直于臂的撑开方向延伸。
在本发明的最佳设计中规定,至少设置两个可转动的支承件,在每个臂上各有一个支承件压靠着。在这种情况下这两个支承件例如相对于肘节件的旋转中心沿直径相对设置,并至少沿肘节件回转区的大部分与臂相靠。若支承件,亦即支承辊或支承滚轮,就在臂达到向里拉的位置前与臂脱开,那么应在肘节件上至少设两个带接触面的横档,它们在臂处于向里拉的位置时保持臂的间距。以此方式可以获得一种稳定的无干扰的回转运动,因为在肘节件回转时实际上在所有位置都得到导引。
在本发明的进一步改进中还规定,在支承件上设有从外面可看到的标记,所以使用者在作回转运动时可以确定,支承件是否在臂上滚动,并在需要时可以排除支承件的障碍物。标记最好设在支承辊或支承滚轮的端面。

图1表示的手把1由一根管子或杆状段2构成,在手把下端装有两个大体平行延伸的设计为叉形的臂3和4,在此实施例中它们有向外弯的边6和7,以及与之相连地重新折角的端头8和9。臂3和4通过它们折角的端头8和9,插在孔32和33中,它们可插入形式上为扫帚的清扫工具30的装鬃毛的基体31中。
在臂3和4之间置入张紧装置,它有一个形式上的长把手13的手柄。张紧装置10在图2至5中详细表示。
张紧装置10包括一个肘节件17,它的下面以一个整体成型的下盘12为界,而它的上面以一个同样为整体成型的上盘11为界。上盘11有一个与下盘相比为细长的形状,并用作垂直于它延伸的手柄13的底座,手柄13与上盘11整体成型。在手柄13的表面制有沿纵向延伸的隆凸14,以利于抓握手柄。手柄13设计为三角形的前部13a用作拇指的托靠,因此消耗相同的力提高了扭矩,从而使操纵能更加轻松。
在下盘12与上盘11之间可插入臂3和4,所以臂在它们之间被导引。在上盘和下盘11或12中的两个相对于纵轴线L沿直径相对的通孔中,各铆入一个支承辊20或21,它们可转动地固持在通孔中。如图5所示,在支承辊20和21′的外表面各制有一个环形槽20a或21a,臂3或4压靠在槽中并被槽所导引。肘节件17和支承辊20、21用互相摩阻较小的不同塑料制造,从而保证支承辊20、21在肘节件17中易于转动。
由图3尤其可以看清,在肘节件上垂直于支承辊20、21之间的连线,亦即沿着纵轴线L的方向,成型有两个指向反方向的横档15和16,在它们的端部各有一个压靠面15a或16a。压靠面15a和16a离开肘节件旋转中心D的距离,略近于支承辊20和21的外表面。
图6、7和8表示了臂3和4的回转运动的各个阶段。在图6所表示的位置中,臂3和4处于向里拉的位置,此时它们可以插入鬃毛板31的孔32和33中。支承辊20和21以及横档15和16都装在臂3和4向外弯曲的凹穴5中,此时,臂3和4压靠在横档15和16的压靠面15a和16a上。通过沿箭头P的方向转动手柄或肘节件17,使支承辊20和21与臂3和4弯曲的凹穴5内侧进入接触,与此同时,横档15和16的压靠面15a和16a与臂3和4脱开。由于支承辊20和21外表面的距离大于横档15和16的压靠面15a和16a彼此之间的距离,所以随着肘节件17的转动臂3和4被撑开,如由图7表示的中间位置可以看到这一情况。在作调整运动的过程中,支承辊20和21在臂3和4上滚动,所以只产生小的摩擦力。
在图8中,臂3和4到达它们被撑得最开的位置,此时,两个支承辊20和21位于基本上垂直于臂3和4纵向的位置,并确定了臂3和4的彼此距离。借助于一个成型在上盘11上的凸块18,此凸块可以卡在臂3和4之间,防止从此已撑开的张紧位置偶然地调整。
为了将臂3和4从它们的与清扫工具连接的状态拆开,将肘节件17从其在图8中所示的位置转回在图6中所示的位置,此时,由于臂3和4的弹性力,所以它们持续地保持与支承辊20和21或横档15和16的压靠面15a和16a相靠。
Claims (10)
1.可拆式地将清扫工具,如扫帚、地板刷等固定在手把上的器件,在手把端部有两个叉形的弹性臂,弹性臂可借助于一个张紧装置固定在清扫工具的孔中,张紧装置有一个手柄和一个设在臂之间的操纵件,操纵件通过接触面与臂相靠,并通过转动或移动使臂向外撑开或向里拉入,其特征为:操纵件(17)的接触面(20a,21a)制在可旋转的支承件(20,21)上,在操纵件(17)作调整运动时,支承件在臂(3,4)上滚动,操纵件是一个肘节件(17),它装在手柄(13)上或与之连成一体,支承件是支承辊或支承滚轮(20,21)。
2.按照权利要求1所述之器件,其特征为:支承辊或支承滚轮(20,21)装在肘节件(17)上。
3.按照权利要求2所述之器件,其特征为:支承辊或支承滚轮(20,21)铆在肘节件(17)中或压铸在肘节件(17)上。
4.按照权利要求1所述之器件,其特征为:支承辊或支承滚轮(20,21)的旋转轴线(D1,D2)垂直于臂(3,4)的撑开方向延伸。
5.按照权利要求1所述之器件,其特征为:肘节件(17)至少有两个带压靠面(15a,16a)的横档(15,16),它们保持臂(3,4)在它们向里拉入的状态下的距离。
6.按照权利要求1所述之器件,其特征为:至少设有两个可旋转的支承辊或支承滚轮(20,21),其中在每一个臂(3,4)上各压靠有一个支承件。
7.按照权利要求1所述之器件,其特征为:支承辊或支承滚轮(20,21)和/或臂(3,4)的表面是粗糙的。
