本发明涉及一种造纸行业中用于碎解纸浆的设备,特别是用于将造纸过程中途产生的不良纸张进行碎解的纸塑自动分离制浆机,其特征在于:包括筒体、设于筒体下方的电机、设于筒体底部的搅拌刀具装置、设于搅拌刀具装置转轴与电机之间的减速箱,所述筒体底部设有环形沉渣槽,用于沉淀收集重杂质,所述沉渣槽底部设有排渣口,所述筒体下部设有进水口,所述进水口位于搅拌刀具装置下方,所述筒体上部设有环形出料口,所述环形出料口均布有数个百叶滤筛片,所述环形出料口外侧设有环形集料包,所述环形集料包与轻质浮选器相连,由于设有上述装置,该纸塑自动分离制浆机可实现纸塑自动分离及轻杂质的浮选,操作方便、阻力小、碎浆效率高、功率小又不耗电。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种造纸行业中用于碎解纸浆的设备,特别是用于将造纸过程中途产生的不良纸张进行碎解的纸塑自动分离制浆机。
背景技术
    在造废纸回收过程中,必须经过重新制浆再生产,其纤维纯净度、品质等须符合相应标准的要求,因此没必要将它与原料一起重新进行处理,以免造成资源浪费,现有碎浆采用直板式搅拌器,阻力大,碎浆速度慢,功率大又耗电。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供纸塑自动分离、轻质浮选的纸塑自动分离制浆机。
    本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型纸塑自动分离制浆机,其特征在于:包括筒体、设于筒体下方的电机、设于筒体底部的搅拌刀具装置、设于搅拌刀具装置与电机之间的减速箱,所述筒体底部安装有搅拌刀具装置,所述筒体底部设有环形沉渣槽,用于沉淀收集重杂质,所述沉渣槽底部设有排渣口,所述筒体下部设有进水口,所述进水口位于搅拌刀具装置下方,所述筒体上部设有环形出料口,所述环形出料口均布有数个百叶滤筛片,所述环形出料口外侧设有环形集料包,所述环形集料包与轻质浮选器相连。
所述搅拌刀具装置,由叶轮和刀具构成,所述刀具设于叶轮的上方,所述刀具呈弧形弯曲状,所述刀具呈离心式弧形弯曲状,刀具对称布置;所述百叶滤筛片与筒体的切线成45-60度的锐角,所述相邻百叶滤筛片间隔0.5-4厘米,所述环形出料口高度为20-30厘米;所述环形集料包底部设有环形集水槽,所述环形集水槽底部设有出料管,所述出料管通向轻质浮选器;所述轻质浮选器由一开口槽体构成,所述开口槽体底部设有进水口,用于补充稀释水,所述开口槽体中间设有拦板,将开口槽体分为前后两部分,所述进水口位于开口槽体的前部分,所述拦板与开口槽体底部之间设有间隔,所述拦板正下方的开口槽体还设有沉渣槽。
所述筒体内壁焊设有数个斜板,斜板均布于筒体内壁,所述叶轮上端面设有突条。
由于设有上述装置,该纸塑自动分离制浆机可实现纸塑自动分离及轻杂质的浮选,操作方便、阻力小、碎浆效率高、功率小又不耗电。

如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种新型纸塑自动分离制浆机,其特征在于:包括筒体1、设于筒体1下方的电机2、设于筒体1底部的搅拌刀具装置3、设于搅拌刀具装置3与电机2之间的减速箱4,所述筒体1底部设有环形沉渣槽11,用于沉淀收集重杂质,所述沉渣槽11底部设有排渣口12,所述筒体1下部设有进水口13,所述进水口13位于搅拌刀具装置3下方,所述筒体1上部设有环形出料口5,所述环形出料口5均布有数个百叶滤筛片51,所述环形出料口5外侧设有环形集料包52,所述环形集料包52与轻质浮选器6相连。
所述搅拌刀具装置3,由叶轮31和刀具32构成,所述刀具32设于叶轮31的上方,所述刀具32呈弧形弯曲状,所述刀具32呈离心式弧形弯曲状,刀具32对称布置;所述百叶滤筛片51与筒体1的切线成45-60度的锐角,所述相邻百叶滤筛片51间隔0.5-4厘米,所述环形出料口5高度为20-30厘米;所述环形集料包52底部设有环形集水槽521,所述环形集水槽521底部设有出料管522,所述出料管522通向轻质浮选器6;所述轻质浮选器6由一开口槽体61构成,所述开口槽体61底部设有进水口62,用于补充稀释水,所述开口槽体61中间设有拦板63,将开口槽体61分为前后两部分,所述进水口62位于开口槽体61的前部分,所述拦板63与开口槽体61底部之间设有间隔,所述拦板63正下方的开口槽体61还设有沉渣槽64。所述筒体1内壁焊设有数个斜板15,斜板15均布于筒体内壁,所述叶轮31上端面设有突条311。 该制浆机,可以专门用来处理造纸过程中产生的残纸缺纸等不良纸张,而不必投放至前期工序重新处理等,避免了不必要的浪费以及与原材料等混合处理对纸纤维质量的影响, 使用一段时间后,需要对筒体1内部进行清理或更换叶轮等。

1.纸塑自动分离制浆机,其特征在于:包括筒体、设于筒体下方的电机、设于筒体底部的搅拌刀具装置、设于搅拌刀具装置与电机之间的减速箱,所述筒体底部设有环形沉渣槽,所述沉渣槽底部设有排渣口,所述筒体下部设有进水口,所述进水口位于搅拌刀具装置的下方,所述筒体上部设有环形出料口,所述环形出料口均布有数个百叶滤筛片,所述环形出料口外侧设有环形集料包,所述环形集料包与轻质浮选器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸塑自动分离制浆机,其特征是:所述搅拌刀具装置,由叶轮和刀具构成,所述刀具设于叶轮的上方,所述刀具呈弧形弯曲状,所述刀具呈离心式弧形弯曲状,刀具对称布置;所述百叶滤筛片与筒体的切线成45-60度的锐角,所述相邻百叶滤筛片间隔0.5-4厘米,所述环形出料口高度为20-30厘米;所述环形集料包底部设有环形集水槽,所述环形集水槽底部设有出料管,所述出料管通向轻质浮选器;所述轻质浮选器由一开口槽体构成,所述开口槽体底部设有进水口,所述开口槽体中间设有拦板,所述进水口位于开口槽体的前部分,所述拦板与开口槽体底部之间设有间隔,所述拦板正下方的开口槽体还设有沉渣槽。
