本发明是涉及一种可强身健身的保健饮料。
背景技术
目前国内外果蔬饮料的主要产品为芒果汁、猕猴桃汁、草莓汁、苹果汁、番茄汁、胡萝L汁饮料等。其生产工艺为清洗、打浆(榨汁)、调配、罐装、杀菌。其产品中的酸味主要是通过柠檬酸或乳酸调配产生,产品存在不柔和的酸涩味;其产品中的香味主要是通过香精调配产生,产品头香和本味不协调。本发明采用不添加香精香料,采用乳酸菌发酵制备香蕉饮料,该法制备的香蕉饮料酸甜纯正、回味好、营养好、功能性强,五香蕉的青涩味。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是提供一种酸甜纯正、营养丰富、健脾和胃、增强身体抵抗力的一种香蕉饮料。
一种香蕉饮料,是由香蕉浆30—50份、柑桔汁10—20份、蜂蜜15—25份、柠檬酸10—20份、碳酸氢钠5—15份、蔗糖10—20份经混合煮沸制成。
本发明饮料将纯天然的蜂蜜和香蕉浆合二为一,使其在饮料中可以发挥各自的优点和功能,使饮料的营养更加丰富,长期饮用可增强体质,有利于人体健康。此外,本发明饮料还具有芳香适口、稳定性好、储存时间长等优点,是居家旅行的必备饮品。
