Abstract
本发明公开的是一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆,属于建筑新材料领域。本发明采用厚度为0.03-0.15mm超薄型彩色岩片代替天然岩片及厚质复合岩片非曲直用于制备仿石漆,本发明的用量在每平方米墙体上只需1-2千克就可以完全盖底,且具有逼真的花岗岩效果,每平方米的用量与传统仿石漆相比可节约30-50%。本发明石质感和岩片层次感佳,成本低,具有粗糙的花岗岩面仿真效果,克服了现有岩片漆岩片用量大、成本高、每平方耗料量大、表面粗糙、浮点凹凸严重、不具备高档仿石质感等缺陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆,属于建筑新材料领域。
背景技术
仿石漆是一种具有大理石、花岗岩等天然石头装饰效果的高档建筑涂料。用仿石漆装饰具有较强的立体感,并具天然真石的自然色泽,给人以高雅、和谐、庄重之美感,因此仿石漆广受商家的青睐。市场上出现的仿石漆大部分都采用天然岩片制作,所占比例高达50%,这无疑提高了成本。目前市场上还出现了采用复合岩片制备的新型仿石漆,但该类技术采用的复合岩片用量高,仿石效果及防水效果差,且施工难度大,易喷花等。专利号2013106288817发明专利公开了一种岩片漆及其制备方法,该发明具有自重轻,可调配、仿制多种花岗岩等优势。但该发明使用的复合岩片都是目前市场上普遍使用的湿式彩片或厚度为1-2mm的厚质彩片,用量高达10%,制作出的岩片漆成本高、仿石效果不佳、层次感较差。此外,传统的岩片仿石漆因为彩片厚,片与片之间的叠合和仿石漆砂粒的作用使岩片大量翘在涂料表面,严重影响外观,达不到花岗岩的表现效果。彩片厚度太大,直接造成的结果是所制备的仿石漆的遮盖性差,每平方墙体上使用3千克以上的仿石漆才能达到遮底的目的,因此成本增大,市场竞争力降低。为了降低仿石漆的平方用量,传统的技术手段是添加遮盖颜料,虽然能把用量降低至2.0千克/平米,甚至更少,然而使得仿石漆失去了仿石的质感,装饰效果大打折扣。本发明采用细小的彩片代替颜料与大片彩片搭配使用,制备的仿石漆遮盖能力非常强,每平米仿石漆用量为1.2千克,达到完全遮盖且保持仿石漆的仿石的质感。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆,克服传统仿石漆制备方法制备出来的仿石漆岩片用量大、成本高、每平方耗料量大、表面粗糙、浮点凹凸严重、不具备高档仿石质感等缺陷。
上述发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆主要由下述重量份原料组成:乳液30-40份、石粉50-70份、彩片1-8份、成膜助剂十二醇酯0.5-1.5份、消泡剂0.1-0.25份、防腐防霉剂709 0.2-0.8份、增稠剂0.15-0.2份、防冻剂0.2-0.8份、PH调节剂0.1-0.15份、水10-15份;
所述乳液为为水性丙烯酸酯乳液与有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液中的一种或两种任意比例混合物;
所述石粉为20-100目市售石粉中的一种或两种;
所述彩片为厚度为0.03-0.15mm的1-40目超薄型彩色岩片或1-40目大片超薄型彩色岩片与40-100目细小超薄型彩色岩片任意配比的集合体;
所述消泡剂为矿物油、二氧化硅衍生物、有机蜡中的一种或多种;
所述增稠剂为TT935、ASE60;
所述防冻剂为丙二醇或乙二醇;
所述PH调节剂为AMP-95或氨水。
上述一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆,由下述方法制备:
(1) 制作基料:
(a) 在高速分散机中加入所准备水的85-90%并启动分散机,转速为200-500RPM;
(b) 按顺序依次投入成膜助剂、消泡剂、防冻剂搅拌分散3-5分钟;
(c) 加入增稠剂继续搅拌3-5分钟;
(d) 使用PH调节剂调节PH值至8.0-9.0,继续搅拌3-5分钟;
(e) 投入乳液搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
(f) 加入防腐防霉剂搅拌均匀即可得到基料;
(2) 将步骤(1)制得的基料投入到低速搅拌机中,启动搅拌机在200RPM以下转速匀速转动;
(3) 投入石粉与彩片搅拌均匀;
(4) 用剩余水调节粘度即可得到仿石漆。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果:
1、本发明采用厚度为0.03-0.15mm超薄型彩片代替天然岩片及厚质复合岩片,用量少,每公斤涂料仅占0.5-8%;
2、目前市场上销售的仿石漆需要3千克/平米的用量才能遮底,而使用本发明只需1.2-2千克/平米就可以完全遮底且具有逼真的花岗岩效果,可节约30-60%每平方用量。
3、本发明所使用的彩片薄而柔软,相融在石头漆里,使石头漆表面柔和而更具花岗岩色粒的逼真效果。而传统的岩片漆因为彩片厚,片与片之间的叠合和石头漆砂粒的作用使岩片大量翘在涂料表面,严重影响外观,达不到花岗岩的表现效果。
4、本发明采用40-100目细小彩片与石粉混合使用,由于细小的彩片又细又薄,片与片之间层层叠合,镶嵌在石粉之间增强了涂料遮盖能力。
5、本发明采用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆,仿石的质感和岩片层次感佳,具有花岗岩的仿真效果。
6、本发明具有砂壁状涂料对建筑墙体优异的保护功能。
7、成本低,每平方材料成本仅为现有岩片仿石漆的50 %。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)制作基料:
(a)在高速分散机中加入所准备10份水中的85%并启动分散机,转速为200RPM;
(b)按顺序依次投入0.5份十二醇酯、0.1份矿物油、0.2份乙二醇搅拌分散3-5分钟;
(c)加入0.15份增稠剂TT935继续搅拌3分钟;
(d)使用0.1份PH调节剂AMP-95调节PH至8.0,继续搅拌3分钟;
(e)投入30份水性丙烯酸酯乳液搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
(f)加入0.2份防腐防霉剂709搅拌均匀即可得到基料;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的基料投入到低速搅拌机中,启动搅拌机在200RPM转速匀速转动;
(3)投入50份20目石粉与1份厚度为0.03-0.15mm大小为1-8目彩片搅拌均匀;
(4)用剩余水调节适当粘度即可得到仿石漆。

(1)制作基料:
(a)在高速分散机中加入所准备15份水中的90%并启动分散机,转速为500RPM;
(b)按顺序依次投入1.5份十二醇酯、0.25份二氧化硅衍生物、0.8份丙二醇搅拌分散5分钟;
(c)加入0.2份增稠剂TT935继续搅拌5分钟;
(d)使用0.15份氨水调节PH至9.0,继续搅拌5分钟;
(e)投入40份有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
(f)加入0.8份防腐防霉剂709搅拌均匀即可得到基料;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的基料投入到低速搅拌机中,启动搅拌机在100RPM转速匀速转动;
(3)投入70份100目石粉与8份厚度为0.03-0.15mm大小为8-40目彩片搅拌均匀;
(4)用剩余水调节适当粘度即可得到仿石漆。
实施例3
(1)制作基料:
(a)在高速分散机中加入所准备12份水中的88%并启动分散机,转速为300RPM;
(b)按顺序依次投入1.0份十二醇酯、0.2份有机蜡、0.6份丙二醇搅拌分散4分钟;
(c)加入0.18份增稠剂ASE60继续搅拌4分钟;
(d)使用0.12份PH调节剂AMP-95调节PH至9.0,继续搅拌4分钟;
(e)投入35份水性丙烯酸酯乳液与有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液的任意比例混合物搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
(f)加入0.6份防腐防霉剂709搅拌均匀即可得到基料;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的基料投入到低速搅拌机中,启动搅拌机在150RPM转速匀速转动;
(3)投入60份40目石粉混合物与3份1-5目和4份40-100目厚度都为0.03-0.15mm的彩片搅拌均匀;

(b)按顺序依次投入1.2份十二醇酯、0.18份矿物油、0.4份乙二醇搅拌分散4分钟;
(c)加入0.16份增稠剂ASE60继续搅拌3分钟;
(d)使用0.13份PH调节剂AMP-95调节PH至9.0,继续搅拌4分钟;
(e)投入36份水性丙烯酸酯乳液与有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液的任意比例混合物搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
(f)加入0.5份防腐防霉剂709搅拌均匀即可得到基料;

(b)按顺序依次投入1.3份十二醇酯、0.22份矿物油、0.62份丙二醇搅拌分散4分钟;
(c)加入0.18份增稠剂TT935继续搅拌4分钟;
(d)使用0.11份氨水调节PH至8.6,继续搅拌5分钟;
(e)投入39份水性丙烯酸酯乳液搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
(f)加入0.7份防腐防霉剂709搅拌均匀即可得到基料;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的基料投入到低速搅拌机中,启动搅拌机在100RPM转速匀速转动;

(a)在高速分散机中加入所准备11份水中的89.5%并启动分散机,转速为200RPM;
(b)按顺序依次投入0.6份十二醇酯、0.19份矿物油与二氧化硅衍生物及有机蜡任意比例混合物、0.75份乙二醇搅拌分散4分钟;
(c)加入0.17份增稠剂ASE60继续搅拌4分钟;
(d)使用0.12份PH调节剂AMP-95调节PH至8.8,继续搅拌3分钟;
(e)投入35份有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
(f)加入0.6份防腐防霉剂709搅拌均匀即可得到基料;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的基料投入到低速搅拌机中,启动搅拌机在180RPM转速匀速转动;
(3)投入65份50目石粉与3份6-20目和3份40-100目厚度都为0.03-0.15mm的彩片搅拌均匀;
(4)用剩余水调节适当粘度即可得到仿石漆。

(1)制作基料:
(a)在高速分散机中加入所准备15份水中的85%并启动分散机,转速为500RPM;
(b)按顺序依次投入0.1份十二醇酯、0.2份有机蜡、0.6份丙二醇搅拌分散4分钟;
(c)加入0.15份增稠剂TT935继续搅拌5分钟;
(d)使用0.1份PH调节剂AMP-95调节PH至9.0,继续搅拌4分钟;
(e)投入35份水性丙烯酸酯乳液搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;

所述彩片为厚度是0.03-0.15mm的1-40目超薄型彩色岩片或1-40目大片超薄型彩色岩片与40-100目细小超薄型彩色岩片任意配比的集合体;

所述石粉为20-100目市售石粉中的一种或两种;
所述消泡剂为矿物油、二氧化硅衍生物、有机蜡中的一种或多种;
所述增稠剂为TT935、ASE60;
所述防冻剂为丙二醇或乙二醇;
所述PH调节剂为AMP-95或氨水。
2.如权利要求1中所述的一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆,其特征在于:一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆的制备方法包括以下步骤:
制作基料:
在高速分散机中加入所准备水的85-90%并启动分散机,转速为200-500RPM;
按顺序依次投入成膜助剂、消泡剂、防冻剂搅拌分散3-5分钟;
加入增稠剂继续搅拌3-5分钟;
使用PH调节剂调节PH值至8.0-9.0,继续搅拌3-5分钟;
投入乳液搅拌10分钟,搅拌均匀;
加入防腐防霉剂搅拌均匀即可得到基料;
将步骤(1)制得的基料投入到低速搅拌机中,启动搅拌机在200RPM以下转速匀速转动;
投入石粉与彩片搅拌均匀;
用剩余水调节粘度即可。
3.如权利要求1中所述的一种用超薄型彩片制备的仿石漆,其特征在于:
仿石漆每平方墙体用量为1.2-2千克。
