本发明涉及一种高性能砂壁状涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:基料15‑30份、天然彩砂60‑80份、成膜助剂3‑6份、润湿剂0.1‑0.5份、钛白粉0.5‑2份、分散剂0.1‑0.3份、防腐防霉剂0.1‑0.5份、多功能助剂0.1‑0.5份、消泡剂0.05‑0.2份、增稠剂0.01‑0.2份、去离子水10‑15份,所述基料包括纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液的混合物,纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液的重量比为1‑2:1。本发明的砂壁状涂料各成分科学配伍,制成的涂料综合性能好,用量少,使用成本低,强度高,表面致密,施工便捷,耐沾污性好,机械施工效率高,涂层装饰效果好,质感强,色彩丰富,仿石效果好。

高性能砂壁状涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,特别涉及一种适用于住宅、学校、公寓等外墙体涂装领域的高性能砂壁状涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
砂壁状涂料由于色彩生动艳丽,装饰效果极佳而广泛应用于装饰壁墙。由于具有可观的市场价值,受欢迎程度极高,砂壁状涂料的研制和应用也在长时间不断的创新。通过工程人员的施工技艺,可以营造出各种各样的艺术效果,使砂壁状涂料的需求量日益增多。
目前市场上的砂壁状涂料大都是以天然彩砂、人工有光染色彩砂或者煅烧彩砂来达到砂壁状仿石涂料纹理的效果。但是,上述材料制成的砂壁状涂料存在以下缺陷:1、由于光泽偏高,天然彩砂的着色力及遮盖力低、甚至部分彩砂为透明,导致涂层容易折光发花,用量必须大以保证完全覆盖基层,使用成本高;2、由于采用有机乳液作为中涂层使用,涂层容易泛白、呈现光泽,耐沾污性较差,施工工艺复杂;3、采用纤维素等有机材料作为增稠剂,涂层容易吸水及泛白、流平性好而更不容易定型、干燥速度慢、喷涂施工粘度低、涂膜遮盖力不强,机械施工效率低,容易落砂,耐久性差。
因此,提供一种用量少,使用成本低,强度高,表面致密,施工便捷,着色力及遮盖力强,耐沾污性好,抗裂性、耐水性及耐碱性能好,机械施工效率高的高性能砂壁状涂料及其制备方法是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用量少,使用成本低,强度高,表面致密,施工便捷,着色力及遮盖力强,耐沾污性好,抗裂性、耐水性及耐碱性能好,机械施工效率高的高性能砂壁状涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:基料15-30份、天然彩砂60-80份、成膜助剂3-6份、润湿剂0.1-0.5份、钛白粉0.5-2份、分散剂0.1-0.3份、防腐防霉剂0.1-0.5份、多功能助剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.05-0.2份、增稠剂0.01-0.2份、去离子水10-15份,所述基料包括纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液的混合物,纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液的重量比为1-2:1。
进一步优选,所述天然彩砂的粒径为10-120目,其中,10-20目占15%,20-40目占30%,40-80目占45%,80-120占10%。
进一步优选,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、十二碳醇酯、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇苯醚的一种或几种组合。
进一步优选,所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物的一种或几种组合。
进一步优选,所述分散剂为聚羧酸钠盐阴离子分散剂。
进一步优选,所述防腐防霉剂为对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯的混合物,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯的重量比为1:1。
进一步优选,所述多功能助剂为有机胺类pH调节剂。选购自安格斯的AMP-95或德谦MA-95。
进一步优选,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类增稠剂。
进一步优选,所述消泡剂为金属皂类消泡剂和石蜡类消泡剂的混合物,金属皂类消泡剂和石蜡类消泡剂的重量比为1:0.5。
本发明的高性能砂壁状涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、先将去离子水放入分散机中,然后在分散机转速为300-400rpm的条件下,向分散机中依次加入分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂总量的一半,加完后提速到1000rpm搅拌5-10min,然后调节转速为600rpm,缓慢加入钛白粉,加完后调高速1200rpm,高速分散5min,再加入成膜助剂搅拌5min;
S2、在500rpm低速搅拌下缓慢加入纯丙乳液,并加入多功能助剂,调节pH值至8-9,搅拌时间为5-10min,制得浆料;
S3、边搅拌边将天然彩砂按照粒径从细到粗依次加入,加完后提速到700-800rpm搅拌5-10分钟,再加入防腐防霉剂、剩余消泡剂,最后滴加增稠剂搅拌10min,调节好黏度后出料,制得高性能砂壁状涂料。
本发明突出的实质性特点和显著的进步是:
1、本发明的砂壁状涂料各成分科学配伍,综合性能好,性能满足相关标准要求,用量少,使用成本低,强度高,表面致密,施工便捷,着色力及遮盖力强,耐沾污性好,抗裂性、耐水性及耐碱性能好,机械施工效率高,涂层装饰效果好,质感强,色彩丰富,仿石效果好。
2、本发明的基料包括纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液的混合物,能够显著提高涂层耐沾污性和拉伸粘结强度。
3、本发明的天然彩砂颗粒级配能够使得涂抹后涂层表面装饰层致密,效果层次分明,回弹量低,抹涂时掉砂量非常小。
4、本发明加入聚氨酯类增稠剂搭配使用,使得涂料的系统稳定性最好,具有良好的涂刷性,流平性、耐水性、耐碱性、防飞溅性及耐霉性。
5、消泡剂采用金属皂类消泡剂和石蜡类消泡剂的混合物,能够消泡的同时具有抑泡作用,消泡效果好,用量少降低生产成本。
6、防腐防霉剂采用对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯复配,对涂料防腐防霉效果好,避免涂料受到外界微生物的侵蚀,导致涂料的性能下降,影响涂料的使用价值。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作以下说明。
实施例1
原料(按重量份数计):
基料15份、天然彩砂60份、成膜助剂3份(丙二醇丁醚)、润湿剂0.1份(聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚)、钛白粉0.5份、分散剂0.1份、防腐防霉剂0.1份、多功能助剂0.1份、消泡剂0.05份、增稠剂0.01份、去离子水10份。
制备方法:
S1、先将去离子水放入分散机中,然后在分散机转速为300-400rpm的条件下,向分散机中依次加入分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂总量的一半,加完后提速到1000rpm搅拌5-10min,然后调节转速为600rpm,缓慢加入钛白粉,加完后调高速1200rpm,高速分散5min,再加入成膜助剂搅拌5min;
S2、在500rpm低速搅拌下缓慢加入纯丙乳液,并加入多功能助剂,调节pH值至8-9,搅拌时间为5-10min,制得浆料;
S3、边搅拌边将天然彩砂按照粒径从细到粗依次加入,加完后提速到700-800rpm搅拌5-10分钟,再加入防腐防霉剂、剩余消泡剂,最后滴加增稠剂搅拌10min,调节好黏度后出料,制得高性能砂壁状涂料。
实施例2
基料20份、天然彩砂70份、成膜助剂4份(丙二醇丁醚和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯)、润湿剂0.2份(聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚)、钛白粉1份、分散剂0.2份、防腐防霉剂0.2份、多功能助剂0.3份、消泡剂0.1份、增稠剂0.05份、去离子水12份。
以上高性能砂壁状涂料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
基料25份、天然彩砂75份、成膜助剂5份(丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯)、润湿剂0.3份(聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚和聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚)、钛白粉1.5份、分散剂0.25份、防腐防霉剂0.3份、多功能助剂0.4份、消泡剂0.15份、增稠剂0.1份、去离子水14份。
以上高性能砂壁状涂料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4
基料30份、天然彩砂80份、成膜助剂6份(乙二醇丁醚和丙二醇苯醚)、润湿剂0.5份(聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物)、钛白粉2份、分散剂0.3份、防腐防霉剂0.5份、多功能助剂0.5份、消泡剂0.2份、增稠剂0.2份、去离子水15份。
以上高性能砂壁状涂料的制备方法同实施例1。
试验效果

1.一种高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:基料15-30份、天然彩砂60-80份、成膜助剂3-6份、润湿剂0.1-0.5份、钛白粉0.5-2份、分散剂0.1-0.3份、防腐防霉剂0.1-0.5份、多功能助剂0.1-0.5份、消泡剂0.05-0.2份、增稠剂0.01-0.2份、去离子水10-15份,所述基料包括纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液的混合物,纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液的重量比为1-2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于:所述天然彩砂的粒径为10-120目,其中,10-20目占15%,20-40目占30%,40-80目占45%,80-120占10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、十二碳醇酯、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇苯醚的一种或几种组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物的一种或几种组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚羧酸钠盐阴离子分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于:所述防腐防霉剂为对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯的混合物,对羟基苯甲酸乙酯和2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯的重量比为1:1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于:所述多功能助剂为有机胺类pH调节剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高性能砂壁状涂料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚氨酯类增稠剂。

S1、先将去离子水放入分散机中,然后在分散机转速为300-400rpm的条件下,向分散机中依次加入分散剂、润湿剂、消泡剂总量的一半,加完后提速到1000rpm搅拌5-10min,然后调节转速为600rpm,缓慢加入钛白粉,加完后调高速1200rpm,高速分散5min,再加入成膜助剂搅拌5min;
S2、在500rpm低速搅拌下缓慢加入纯丙乳液,并加入多功能助剂,调节pH值至8-9,搅拌时间为5-10min,制得浆料;
S3、边搅拌边将天然彩砂按照粒径从细到粗依次加入,加完后提速到700-800rpm搅拌5-10分钟,再加入防腐防霉剂、剩余消泡剂,最后滴加增稠剂搅拌10min,调节好黏度后出料,制得高性能砂壁状涂料。
