背景技术
仿石漆是一种装饰效果酷似大理石、花岗石的厚质外墙装饰涂料。主要采用各种颜色的粒子配制而成。仿石漆装修后的建筑物,具有天然真实的自然色泽,给人以高雅、和谐、庄重之美感。它适合于各类建筑物的室内外装修,特别是在曲面建筑物上装饰,可以收到生动逼真,回归自然的功效。仿石漆具有防火、防水、耐酸碱、耐污染、无毒、无味、粘接力强,永不褪色等特点,能有效地阻止外界恶劣环境对建筑物侵蚀,延长建筑物的寿命,由于仿石漆具备良好的附着力和耐冻融性能,因此特别适合在寒冷地区使用。
传统的水包水型多彩仿石漆是由分散介质、保护胶和分散相三部分组成,保护胶对分散相的稳定性和干燥后的流平性起着关键性作用,为了使一定形状与大小的分散相在涂料体系中保持长期稳定,达到不粘连、不破碎、不混色,就必须选用与涂料体系相匹配的保护胶。而现有仿石漆涂层体系,虽然能达到一定仿石效果,但其制成的涂层表面基本都是光滑的,达不到天然大理石表面凹凸不平的特点,真实感比较差。另一方面,传统的仿石漆施工时需喷底油两遍后再喷仿石漆,干燥后打磨,最后喷面油两遍。其施工流程复杂,装饰效果不佳,工作效率低。且打磨会破坏漆膜,引起底部松动,严重时会造成附着力不良,仿石漆脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种彩粒饱满,色彩分明,具有特殊层次感和优秀感的多维仿石漆。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是,一种多维仿石漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、制作基础漆:将水45-60份、防腐剂0.5-1.5份、润湿剂0.1-1份、分散剂1-2份、乙二醇0.5-2份、多功能助剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-3份,加入高速分散机中,在常温常压下,以200r/min预分散5-10min,然后加入颜填料255-320份进行900r/min的高速分散30-40min,至细度<40um时,将高速分散机速度降至400-600r/min,然后加入第一乳液70-85份和消泡剂0.5-1份,最后加入适量增稠剂,制得粘度在110-120KU的基础漆;
b、制作色漆:在步骤a制得的基础漆中加入所需的水性铁系色浆和第一保护胶溶液32-48份,调配成所需要颜色的色漆,其中水性铁系色浆用量小于基础漆用量的5%;
c、制作彩点漆:先将第二保护胶加入到造粒装置中,并根据指定样板,依次加入各色色漆,启动造粒装置,进行旋转、破碎、搅拌、挤压,最后通过相邻筛网筛孔错位设置的多片筛网,制得彩点漆;其中,所述筛网设有鱼鳞状网孔结构,第二保护胶的用量为色漆总量的5-7%,若储存需加0.15%的焦磷酸钠增稠;
d、制作连续相:先将纤维素3-6份和水115-134份预先混合均匀,用多功能助剂调节pH值至8~9,然后加入第二乳液145-176份、成膜助剂2-4份、丙二醇0.5-1份、消泡剂0.5-1份,搅拌均匀,最后加入杀菌剂0.5-1份分散20min,制得连续相;
e、制作多维仿石漆:将连续相、彩点漆按质量比1:(0.75-1)的比例在混合设备中混合均匀制得多维仿石漆;
所述第一保护胶为水、田箐胶、阿拉伯胶、C12-C18脂肪酸盐以质量比7:2:2:1复配而成;
所述第二保护胶为硅酸盐类保护胶;
所述颜填料由质量比1:2:2的重质碳酸钙、钛白粉和石英砂组成。
所述硅酸盐类保护胶为硅酸镁铝水溶液、硅酸镁锂水溶液、钠基蒙脱石水溶液、皂石粉水溶液中的任意一种或多种。
所述多维仿石漆的成品粘度为80-85KU。

多维仿石漆的施工工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将待涂装墙面处理平整后打磨去尘,批刮腻子;
(2)在腻子层上喷涂或辊涂一道抗碱封闭底漆,底漆乳液粒径细,封闭性好防漏点;
(3)待底漆干后,用4.0mm口径专用喷枪进行多维仿石漆喷涂,干燥后即得仿石表面;
(4)一般晴天至少保持3天后,在仿石表面涂上氟碳罩光漆、聚氨酯罩光漆、水性硅丙罩光漆一至二道,罩成亚光或亮光。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明涂层具有很好的抗裂性和耐候性,不仅硬度大、耐水性高、附着力强,而且通过独特的保护胶、乳液包覆体系,完全水性化,环保无毒,涂层凹凸有致,色彩相互叠加,且层次分明,质感突出,具有特殊的多维度立体感,仿真程度可达99%。施工时,通过专业喷枪喷涂,一次成型,施工期短。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
一种多维仿石漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、制作基础漆:将水45份、防腐剂0.5份、润湿剂0.1份、分散剂1份、乙二醇0.5份、多功能助剂1份、成膜助剂1份,加入高速分散机中,在常温常压下,以200r/min预分散5-10min,然后加入颜填料255份进行900r/min的高速分散30-40min,至细度<40um时,将高速分散机速度降至400-600r/min,然后加入第一乳液70份和消泡剂0.5份,最后加入适量增稠剂,制得粘度在110-120KU的基础漆;
b、制作色漆:在步骤a制得的基础漆中加入所需的水性铁系色浆和第一保护胶溶液32份,调配成所需要颜色的色漆,其中水性铁系色浆用量小于基础漆用量的5%;
c、制作彩点漆:先将第二保护胶加入到造粒装置中,并根据指定样板,依次加入各色色漆,启动造粒装置,进行旋转、破碎、搅拌、挤压,最后通过相邻筛网筛孔错位设置的多片筛网,制得彩点漆;其中,所述筛网设有鱼鳞状网孔结构,第二保护胶的用量为色漆总量的5-7%,若储存需加0.15%的焦磷酸钠增稠;
d、制作连续相:先将纤维素3份和水115份预先混合均匀,用多功能助剂调节pH值至8~9,然后加入第二乳液145份、成膜助剂2份、丙二醇0.5份、消泡剂0.5份,搅拌均匀,最后加入杀菌剂0.5份分散20min,制得连续相;
e、制作多维仿石漆:将连续相、彩点漆按质量比1:0.75的比例在混合设备中混合均匀制得多维仿石漆;
所述第一保护胶为水、田箐胶、阿拉伯胶、C12-C18脂肪酸盐以质量比7:2:2:1复配而成;
所述第二保护胶为硅酸盐类保护胶;
所述颜填料由质量比1:2:2的重质碳酸钙、钛白粉和石英砂组成。
所述硅酸盐类保护胶为硅酸镁锂水溶液。
所述多维仿石漆的成品粘度为80-85KU。

a、制作基础漆:将水55份、防腐剂1份、润湿剂0.5份、分散剂1份、乙二醇1份、多功能助剂2份、成膜助剂2份,加入高速分散机中,在常温常压下,以200r/min预分散5-10min,然后加入颜填料280份进行900r/min的高速分散30-40min,至细度<40um时,将高速分散机速度降至400-600r/min,然后加入第一乳液75份和消泡剂0.8份,最后加入适量增稠剂,制得粘度在110-120KU的基础漆;
b、制作色漆:在步骤a制得的基础漆中加入所需的水性铁系色浆和第一保护胶溶液40份,调配成所需要颜色的色漆,其中水性铁系色浆用量小于基础漆用量的5%;
c、制作彩点漆:先将第二保护胶加入到造粒装置中,并根据指定样板,依次加入各色色漆,启动造粒装置,进行旋转、破碎、搅拌、挤压,最后通过相邻筛网筛孔错位设置的多片筛网,制得彩点漆;其中,所述筛网设有鱼鳞状网孔结构,第二保护胶的用量为色漆总量的5-7%,若储存需加0.15%的焦磷酸钠增稠;
d、制作连续相:先将纤维素4份和水125份预先混合均匀,用多功能助剂调节pH值至8~9,然后加入第二乳液160份、成膜助剂3份、丙二醇0.8份、消泡剂0.8份,搅拌均匀,最后加入杀菌剂0.8份分散20min,制得连续相;
e、制作多维仿石漆:将连续相、彩点漆按质量比1:1的比例在混合设备中混合均匀制得多维仿石漆;
所述第一保护胶为水、田箐胶、阿拉伯胶、C12-C18脂肪酸盐以质量比7:2:2:1复配而成;
所述第二保护胶为硅酸盐类保护胶;
所述颜填料由质量比1:2:2的重质碳酸钙、钛白粉和石英砂组成。

a、制作基础漆:将水60份、防腐剂1.5份、润湿剂1份、分散剂2份、乙二醇2份、多功能助剂3份、成膜助剂3份,加入高速分散机中,在常温常压下,以200r/min预分散5-10min,然后加入颜填料320份进行900r/min的高速分散30-40min,至细度<40um时,将高速分散机速度降至400-600r/min,然后加入第一乳液85份和消泡剂1份,最后加入适量增稠剂,制得粘度在110-120KU的基础漆;
b、制作色漆:在步骤a制得的基础漆中加入所需的水性铁系色浆和第一保护胶溶液48份,调配成所需要颜色的色漆,其中水性铁系色浆用量小于基础漆用量的5%;
c、制作彩点漆:先将第二保护胶加入到造粒装置中,并根据指定样板,依次加入各色色漆,启动造粒装置,进行旋转、破碎、搅拌、挤压,最后通过相邻筛网筛孔错位设置的多片筛网,制得彩点漆;其中,所述筛网设有鱼鳞状网孔结构,第二保护胶的用量为色漆总量的5-7%,若储存需加0.15%的焦磷酸钠增稠;
d、制作连续相:先将纤维素6份和水134份预先混合均匀,用多功能助剂调节pH值至8~9,然后加入第二乳液176份、成膜助剂4份、丙二醇1份、消泡剂1份,搅拌均匀,最后加入杀菌剂1份分散20min,制得连续相;
e、制作多维仿石漆:将连续相、彩点漆按质量比1:1的比例在混合设备中混合均匀制得多维仿石漆;
所述第一保护胶为水、田箐胶、阿拉伯胶、C12-C18脂肪酸盐以质量比7:2:2:1复配而成;
所述第二保护胶为硅酸盐类保护胶;
所述颜填料由质量比1:2:2的重质碳酸钙、钛白粉和石英砂组成。
所述硅酸盐类保护胶为钠基蒙脱石水溶液和皂石粉水溶液的混合液。
所述多维仿石漆的成品粘度为80-85KU。

本发明中使用到的造粒装置优选专利CN207237922U—涂料造粒装置中所述设备,该设备为申请人研发改进机械,经该造粒装置的造粒方法产出的彩点粒状大小和色彩更加均匀,不易混色且颗粒饱满有型,对本发明最终产品效果起到有益帮助。
以上所述的,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不能限定本发明实施的范围,凡是依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与装饰,皆应仍属于本发明涵盖的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种多维仿石漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、制作基础漆:将水45-60份、防腐剂0.5-1.5份、润湿剂0.1-1份、分散剂1-2份、乙二醇0.5-2份、多功能助剂1-3份、成膜助剂1-3份,加入高速分散机中,在常温常压下,以200r/min预分散5-10min,然后加入颜填料255-320份进行900r/min的高速分散30-40min,至细度<40μm时,将高速分散机速度降至400-600r/min,然后加入第一乳液70-85份和消泡剂0.5-1份,最后加入适量增稠剂,制得粘度在110-120KU的基础漆;
b、制作色漆:在步骤a制得的基础漆中加入所需的水性铁系色浆和第一保护胶溶液32-48份,调配成所需要颜色的色漆,其中水性铁系色浆用量小于基础漆用量的5%;
c、制作彩点漆:先将第二保护胶加入到造粒装置中,并根据指定样板,依次加入各色色漆,启动造粒装置,进行旋转、破碎、搅拌、挤压,最后通过相邻筛网筛孔错位设置的多片筛网,制得彩点漆;其中,所述筛网设有鱼鳞状网孔结构,第二保护胶的用量为色漆总量的5-7%,若储存需加0.15%的焦磷酸钠增稠;
d、制作连续相:先将纤维素3-6份和水115-134份预先混合均匀,用多功能助剂调节pH值至8~9,然后加入第二乳液145-176份、成膜助剂2-4份、丙二醇0.5-1份、消泡剂0.5-1份,搅拌均匀,最后加入杀菌剂0.5-1份分散20min,制得连续相;
e、制作多维仿石漆:将连续相、彩点漆按质量比1:(0.75-1)的比例在混合设备中混合均匀制得多维仿石漆;
所述第一保护胶为水、田箐胶、阿拉伯胶、C12-C18脂肪酸盐以质量比7:2:2:1复配而成;
所述第二保护胶为硅酸盐类保护胶;
所述颜填料由质量比1:2:2的重质碳酸钙、钛白粉和石英砂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多维仿石漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述硅酸盐类保护胶为硅酸镁铝水溶液、硅酸镁锂水溶液、钠基蒙脱石水溶液、皂石粉水溶液中的任意一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多维仿石漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述多维仿石漆的成品粘度为80-85KU。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多维仿石漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述重质碳酸钙为800-1250目;石英砂为80-120目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多维仿石漆的施工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将待涂装墙面处理平整后打磨去尘,批刮腻子;
(2)在腻子层上喷涂或辊涂一道抗碱封闭底漆,底漆乳液粒径细,封闭性好防漏点;
(3)待底漆干后,用4.0mm口径专用喷枪进行多维仿石漆喷涂,干燥后即得仿石表面;
(4)一般晴天至少保持3天后,在仿石表面涂上氟碳罩光漆或聚氨酯罩光漆或水性硅丙罩光漆一至二道,罩成亚光或亮光。
