Abstract

本发明的汽车头灯包括,由第一车灯单元和第二车灯单元组成的固定车灯模块、由第三车灯单元和第四车灯单元组成的旋转车灯模块,以及控制固定车灯模块和旋转车灯模块驱动的控制部。与固定车灯模块相比,旋转车灯模块可以更靠近车身侧面安装。

本发明涉及汽车头灯。
背景技术
车灯一般分为安装在车头的头灯和安装在车尾的尾灯。头灯安装在汽车前方两侧,在夜间行驶时确保行驶方向的视野。
最近的车灯还采用,可以根据行驶环境上下或左右移动的结构。
比如,汽车沿着弯曲的道路行驶时,头灯沿着行驶方向旋转,有助于司机确保视野。另外,还可以根据对面汽车的位置,阻断远光灯(high beam)照射领域中的一部分,防止对面汽车司机晃眼。
这样的头灯在旋转时,构成头灯的整个模块在旋转。此时,在汽车的近距离变更照度,容易扰乱司机的视野。
发明内容
本发明的旨在于提供,防止对面汽车司机的晃眼,还可以维持近距离照度的汽车头灯。
本发明一个实施方式的汽车头灯包括,由第一车灯单元和第二车灯单元组成的固定车灯模块、由第三车灯单元和第四车灯单元组成的旋转车灯模块,以及控制固定车灯模块和旋转车灯模块驱动的控制部,上述旋转车灯模块与固定车灯模块相比,可以更接近车身侧面安装。
一方面,上述第一车灯单元可以生成远光(high)模式,上述第二车灯单元可以生成近光光宽(low wide)模式。
一方面,上述第三车灯单元可以包括ADB(adaptive driving beam)车灯单元。
一方面,上述第三车灯单元可以生成L-Shape模式。
一方面,上述第四车灯单元可以包括DBL(dynamic bending light)车灯单元。
一方面,上述第四车灯单元可以生成向下聚焦(low focus)模式。
另外,上述的汽车头灯还可以包括,转动旋转车灯模块的旋转驱动部。
另外,上述第三车灯单元和第四车灯单元可以通过旋转驱动部分别旋转。
本发明一个实施方式的汽车头灯及其汽车而言,防止对面汽车司机晃眼的同时,可以维持近距离照度。

下面结合附图详细说明,本发明的具体实施方式。以下的说明和附图中,实质上相同的构成要素,都采用相同的符号来表示,省略重复性说明。并且,说明本发明的具体实施方式时,相关的公知功能或构成相关的具体说明,有可能模糊本发明要旨的,将省略具体的说明。
某个构成要素被描述为“连接”或“连结”其他构成要素时,有可能是直接连接或连结其他构成要素,但是也可以理解为中间存在其他构成要素。相反,某个构成要素被描述为“直接连接”或“直接连结”其他构成要素的,应理解为中间不存在其他构成要素。
本说明书中,如果没有特殊说明,单数型也可以包括复数型。说明书中使用的"包括(comprises)"以及/或"包括的(comprising)"等叙述不排除所涉及到的构成要素、阶段、动作,以及/或元件、一个以上的其他构成要素、阶段、动作,以及/或元件的存在或添加。
图1为本发明一个实施方式的汽车头灯构成图。
如图1所示,本发明一个实施方式的汽车头灯包括,固定车灯模块100、旋转车灯模块200、控制部300以及旋转驱动部400。
固定车灯模块100固定在灯罩500内侧(附图右侧)。固定车灯模块100包括第一车灯单元110和第二车灯单元120。
第一车灯单元110照亮汽车前方的远距离领域,生成远光(high)模式。第一车灯单元110可以采用发光二极管(LED)作为光源。
第二车灯单元120位于第一车灯单元110的上方。第二车灯单元120照射汽车前方的近距离领域,生成向下光宽(low wide)模式。第二车灯单元120可以采用发光二极管(LED)作为光源。
旋转车灯模块200位于灯罩500左侧(附图左侧)。即,旋转车灯模块200与固定车灯模块100相比,更靠近车身侧面。
旋转车灯模块200可根据旋转驱动部(400, swivel actuator)的控制,向车宽方向(附图的Z轴为中心)旋转。另外,旋转车灯模块200包括第三车灯单元210和第四车灯单元220,所以第三车灯单元210和第四车灯单元220可以个别的,或同时向车宽方向旋转。
第三车灯单元210包括ADB(adaptive driving beam)车灯单元。第三车灯单元210照射前方远距离领域,可以生成L-Shape模式。因此,通过调节第三车灯单元210照射的光量,或阻断特定领域的光线,防止对面车道的汽车司机产生晃眼。并且,第三车灯单元210可根据对面汽车的行驶路径移动,更有效地防止对面司机的晃眼。另外,第三车灯单元210可以采用发光二极管(LED)作为光源。
第四车灯单元220位于第三车灯单元210的上方,包括DBL(dynamic bending light)车灯单元。第四车灯单元220照射前方远距离领域,生成向下焦点(low focus)模式。因此,汽车行驶在弯曲的道路时,第四车灯单元220向道路的弯曲方向旋转,在汽车前方的近距离确保司机的视野。另外,第四车灯单元220可以采用发光二极管(LED)作为光源。
控制部300控制固定车灯模块100和旋转车灯模块200的驱动,体现驾驶条件所需的光束模式。必要的光束模式有,近光灯(low beam)、远光灯(high beam)、DBL以及ADB。
为了体现这种光束模式,按照控制部300发出的信号,固定车灯模块100和旋转车灯模块200的第一至第四车灯单元110, 120, 210, 220可以个别亮起或关闭。 
另外,控制部300还控制旋转驱动部400。旋转驱动部400旋转旋转车灯模块200,体现ADB和DBL光束模式。旋转驱动部400可以包括,线性马达和动力传递模块。并且,第三车灯单元210和第四车灯单元220连接在动力传递模块,可以分别通过线性马达旋转。
如上所述,第一至第四车灯单元110, 120, 210, 220的亮灯和灭灯,以及第三车灯单元210和第四车灯单元210, 220的旋转组合在一起,可以体现必要的光束模式。
如图2所示,所要求的光束模式为近光灯(low beam)时,只有第二和第四车灯单元120, 220亮灯。此时,车灯照射汽车前方的近距离,所以能获得如图2所示的路面模式。
如图3所示,所要求的光束模式为远光灯(high beam)时,第一至第四车灯单元110, 120, 210, 220全部亮灯。此时,车灯照射汽车的近距离和远距离领域,所以能获得如图3所示的路面模式。
如图4所示,所需的光束模式为DBL和ADB时,第二至第四车灯单元120, 210, 220亮灯。此时,车灯照射汽车前方的近距离和远距离领域,可以获得如图4所示的路面模式。此时,根据需要上下移动(leveling)第二车灯单元120或关掉第二车灯单元120。
如上所述,按照本实施方式, 组合第一至第四车灯单元110, 120, 210, 220的亮灯和灭灯、以及第三车灯单元210和第四车灯单元210, 220的旋转,可以体现各种光束模式。
另外,本实施方式中,第三车灯单元210和第四车灯单元220可以连接在一个旋转驱动部400旋转。此时,与各个车灯单元都具备旋转驱动部相比,减少部件数,节省相应的成本。
另外,本实施方式中,即使第三车灯单元210旋转,第二车灯单元处于固定状态,所以有助于稳定地确保近距离领域的视野。

Claims (8)

1.一种汽车头灯,其特征在于,包括:
由第一车灯单元和第二车灯单元组成的固定车灯模块;
由第三车灯单元和第四车灯单元组成的旋转车灯模块;以及
控制固定车灯模块和旋转车灯模块驱动的控制部;
与固定车灯模块相比,上述旋转车灯模块更靠近车身侧面安装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车头灯,其特征在于,
上述第一车灯单元生成远光模式,第二车灯单元生成近光光宽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车头灯,其特征在于,
上述第三车灯单元包括ADB车灯单元。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车头灯,其特征在于,
上述第三车灯单元生成L-Shape模式。
5.根据权利要求3或权利要求4所述的汽车头灯,其特征在于,
上述第四车灯单元包括DBL车灯单元。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车头灯,其特征在于,
上述第四车灯单元生成向下焦点模式。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车头灯,其特征在于,还包括,
转动旋转车灯模块的旋转驱动部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车头灯,其特征在于,
上述第三车灯单元和第四车灯单元分别可以通过旋转驱动部旋转。
