本发明公开了全自动焊接退火设备,包括机架,机架底部内设有驱动转盘装置,机架顶部设有上转盘,其下部套有下转盘,上转盘与下转盘通过连接杆连接,上转盘上设有用于固定直管的上圆盘,上圆盘上设有用于放置焊接弯管的L型托盘,L型托盘上设有用于加工的弯管,在弯管、直管上方还设有焊接枪和退火枪,焊接枪和退火枪分别通过导管与空气压缩机的出气口连接,空气压缩机设置在电控箱壳体内,电控箱壳体上还设有电控箱,本发明采用全自动焊接退火加工,并且无需额外使用氧气罐,不但可以减少氧气成本、人工成本,而且提高了工作效率和生产质量。

全自动焊接退火设备
技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴加工设备,尤其涉及一种全自动焊接退火设备。
背景技术
焊接为通过在热的作用下通过金属合金连接金属部件的常用技术。在这种情况下,金属合金(也成为焊料(solder))达到熔化温度,该熔化温度低于要连接的金属部件的熔化温度。在焊接的过程中,熔化的焊料在两个金属部件之间流动。在有利的条件下,在焊料和金属之间得到坚固、紧密、耐腐蚀并导电、导热的连接部。
由于焊接结束后必须在规定的时候内完成退火,消除焊接工艺过程中的焊接应力,防止工件在后续工序及装车、使用过程中的变形。然而当今大部分的水暖生产厂所使用的退火设备都是手动操作,不能与其他生产设备组成连续的、完整的生产流水线,对弯管退火各工艺参数也缺乏有效的控制,使弯管退火质量受到影响,严重影响了工件的生产率和生产质量。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种效率高、维修方便、节省人力、操作简单、结构运动合理的全自动弯管、直管焊接机。
为了达到上述之目的,本发明采用如下具体技术方案:全自动焊接退火设备,包括机架,所述机架底部内设有驱动转盘装置,所述机架顶部设有上转盘,其下部套有下转盘,上转盘与下转盘通过连接杆连接,所述上转盘上设有用于固定直管的上圆盘,所述上圆盘上设有用于放置焊接弯管的L型托盘,所述L型托盘上设有用于加工的弯管,在弯管、直管上方还设有焊接枪和退火枪,焊接枪和退火枪分别通过导管与空气压缩机的出气口连接,所述空气压缩机设置在电控箱壳体内,所述电控箱壳体上还设有电控箱。
进一步地,本发明所述驱动装置包括转轴,所述转轴的一端连接在上转盘的中心,其另一端连接在轴承座上,轴承座安装在机架内,转轴上还设有皮带轮,皮带轮通过皮带与减速器传动连接,所述减速器由变速电机通过皮带传动连接,所述变速电机通过变速控制柜调节变速,所述变速控制柜安装在机架上。
进一步地,本发明所述焊接枪和退火枪分别通过基架固定,所述基架包括固定在地面上的底座,所述底座上设有纵向设置在底座中心的支撑杆,所述支撑杆上设有用于固定焊接枪、退火枪分的可滑动夹块。
进一步地,本发明所述上圆盘由复数个焊接直管的靠板呈圆形排列在上转盘上,靠板的一端开有U型缺口,其另一端为封闭式,所述下转盘表面设有与靠板数量相等的支撑柱,支撑柱呈间隔设置,直管通过U型缺口固定在靠板与下转盘的支撑柱之间,每间隔一块靠板上设有L型托盘,所述L型托盘上设有凹槽,所述弯管通过凹槽卡住。
进一步地,本发明所述电控箱壳体包括可开闭的电控箱门,所述电控箱壳体上设有进气孔和排风孔,电控箱壳体内设有储气罐,电控箱壳体的底端设有万向轮,移动方便,又省力。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明将需要焊接的工件放入转盘,使焊枪对准工件焊接,焊接后的工件经过转盘旋转转到退火枪的位置进行退火,整个加工过程全自动,形成一条焊接退火的生产线,并且采用空气压缩机提供助燃气焊接,解决传统采用氧气加煤气焊接的缺陷,不但可以减少氧气成本、人工成本,而且提高了工作效率和生产质量。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
参照图1、图2、图3所示,全自动焊接退火设备,包括机架1,所述机架1底部内设有驱动转盘装置,所述机架1顶部设有上转盘2,其下部套有下转盘3,上转盘2与下转盘3通过连接杆4连接,所述上转盘2上设有复数个用于焊接直管的靠板5呈圆形排列组成的上圆盘,焊接直管的靠板5的一端开有U型缺口7,其另一端为封闭式,所述下转盘3表面设有与靠板5数量相等的支撑柱99,支撑柱99呈间隔设置,直管通过U型缺口7固定在靠板5与下转盘的支撑柱99之间,每间隔一块焊接直管的靠板5上设有用于放置焊接弯管10的L型托盘8,L型托盘8上设有凹槽9,所述弯管10通过凹槽9卡住,所述弯管10上方还设有焊接枪11和退火枪12,焊接枪11和退火枪12分别通过导管与空气压缩机13的出气口连接,并且固定在可滑动夹块14上,可滑动夹块14设置在支撑杆15上,支撑杆15呈纵向设置在底座16上。
所述空气压缩机13设置在电控箱壳体17内,电控箱壳体17包括可开闭的电控箱门18,电控箱壳体17上设有进气孔19、排风孔20以及电控箱21,电控箱壳体17内还设有储气罐22,电控箱壳体17的底端设有万向轮29。
所述驱动转盘装置包括转轴23,所述转轴23的一端连接在上转盘2的中心,其另一端连接在轴承座24上,轴承座24安装在机架1内,转轴23上还设有皮带轮25,皮带轮25通过皮带与减速器26传动连接,所述减速器26由变速电机27通过皮带传动连接,所述变速电机27通过变速控制柜28调节变速,所述变速控制柜28安装在机架1上,通过变速控制柜调节变速电机变速,转轴带动上转盘旋转,上转盘上的弯管可经过上方的焊接枪和退火枪进行加工,完成全自动加工工序,提高了工作效率和生产质量。

1.全自动焊接退火设备,包括机架,机架底部内设有驱动转盘装置,机架顶部设有上转盘,其下部套有下转盘,上转盘与下转盘通过连接杆连接,上转盘上设有用于固定直管的上圆盘,上圆盘上设有用于放置焊接弯管的L型托盘,L型托盘上设有用于加工的弯管,在弯管、直管上方还设有焊接枪和退火枪,焊接枪和退火枪分别通过导管与空气压缩机的出气口连接,空气压缩机设置在电控箱壳体内,电控箱壳体上还设有电控箱, 其特征在于:所述上圆盘由复数个焊接直管的靠板呈圆形排列在上转盘上,靠板的一端开有U型缺口,其另一端为封闭式,所述下转盘表面设有与靠板数量相等的支撑柱,支撑柱呈间隔设置,直管通过U型缺口固定在靠板与下转盘的支撑柱之间,每间隔一块靠板上设有L型托盘,所述L型托盘上设有凹槽,所述弯管通过凹槽卡住。
