技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件技术领域,尤其是一种汽车齿形同步带。
背景技术
在汽车的动力系统中,常用到齿形同步带进行动力的传动,现有的齿形同步带包括有环形的同步带本体,同步带本体的内周设置有横向于传动方向的并与轮的齿槽相啮合的带齿,同步带本体具有钢丝绳或玻璃纤维的加强层以及包覆在加强层外的聚氨酯或氯丁橡胶;这种齿形同步带由于其处于一个不断受力的运动过程,在此运动过程中并要承受高热量,易使同步带磨损及齿剥离,造成其使用寿命短的问题,因此生产出一种耐磨、使用寿命长且价格便宜的汽车齿形同步带是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车齿形同步带,它可以解决现有的汽车齿形同步带耐磨性差,使用寿命短的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种汽车齿形同步带,包括有环形的同步带本体,所述同步带本体的内周设置有横向于传动方向的并与轮的齿槽相啮合的带齿,所述同步带本体具有加强层及包覆在所述加强层外的橡胶层,所述带齿和所述加强层均为聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺材料制成。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:所述橡胶层采用如下重量份的原料制成: 二元乙丙橡胶:70份; 硅橡胶:25份;碳酸钙:4份;高耐磨炭黑:10份;喷雾炭黑:10份;二硫代氨基甲酸盐:5.5份;聚乙烯蜡:2.3份;石蜡:8份;硫化树脂:7.3份。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、由于带齿和加强层均为聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺材料制成,使生产出的同步带具有极高的抗拉强度和抗磨强度,使用寿命长;
2、由于橡胶层采用了二元乙丙橡胶为主料并加入了硅橡胶,硅橡胶的耐高温、互粘特性改善了二元乙丙橡胶的互粘性很差,不易粘合的缺点使合成的橡胶具有抗高温性和耐碱、耐油、耐水、耐老化使用寿命长的特点。由于采用聚乙烯蜡作为防老化剂,可提高外管层橡胶的的持久度、硬度和抗磨损性;
3、由于橡胶外层中采用了高耐磨炭黑及喷雾炭黑并用,使橡胶外层物理机械性能优异,拉伸永久变形小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1、图2所示的汽车齿形同步带,包括有环形的同步带本体1,同步带本体1的内周设置有横向于传动方向的并与轮的齿槽相啮合的带齿2,同步带本体1具有加强层1-1及包覆在加强层1-1外的橡胶层1-2,带齿2和加强层1-1均为聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺材料制成;橡胶层1-2采用如下重量份的原料制成: 二元乙丙橡胶:70份; 硅橡胶:25份;碳酸钙:4份;高耐磨炭黑:10份;喷雾炭黑:10份;二硫代氨基甲酸盐:5.5份;聚乙烯蜡:2.3份;石蜡:8份;硫化树脂:7.3份。
由于带齿和加强层均为聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺材料制成,使生产出的同步带具有极高的抗拉强度和抗磨强度,使用寿命长;由于橡胶层采用了二元乙丙橡胶为主料并加入了硅橡胶和氯醚橡胶, 硅橡胶的耐高温、互粘特性改善了二元乙丙橡胶的互粘性很差,不易粘合的缺点使合成的橡胶具有抗高温性和耐碱、耐油、耐水、耐老化使用寿命长的特点。由于采用聚乙烯蜡作为防老化剂,可提高外管层橡胶的的持久度、硬度和抗磨损性;由于橡胶外层中采用了高耐磨炭黑及喷雾炭黑并用,使橡胶外层物理机械性能优异,拉伸永久变形小。

Claims (2)

1.一种汽车齿形同步带,包括有环形的同步带本体(1),所述同步带本体(1)的内周设置有横向于传动方向的并与轮的齿槽相啮合的带齿(2),所述同步带本体(1)具有加强层(1-1)及包覆在所述加强层(1-1)外的橡胶层(1-2),其特征在于:所述带齿(2)和所述加强层(1-1)均为聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车齿形同步带,其特征在于:所述橡胶层(1-2)采用如下重量份的原料制成: 二元乙丙橡胶:70份; 硅橡胶:25份;碳酸钙:4份;高耐磨炭黑:10份;喷雾炭黑:10份;二硫代氨基甲酸盐:5.5份;聚乙烯蜡:2.3份;石蜡:8份;硫化树脂:7.3份。
