本发明属于保健食品技术领域,是一种以仙人掌为主要原料的保健饮料及其制备方法,本发明保健饮料由下述重量份原料组成:仙人掌200~300;果胶醇30~50;白砂糖30~40;柠檬酸2~3;亚硫酸钠1~3;乙酸锌1~3;抗坏血酸1~2;本发明制备方法是将仙人掌去皮去刺后洗净消毒后高温钝化护色,捣碎、均质,然后加入由果胶醇、柠檬酸、白砂糖、乙酸锌、亚硫酸钠调配成的混合糖浆,灭菌,灌装封口,即得;本发明仙人掌保健饮料酸甜可口,同时保留有仙人掌的清香,可促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫力,对胃炎、结肠炎、糖尿病、高血脂、高血压、胆结石、尿路结石等均有疗效,日常服用可起到保健功效。

本发明属于食品饮料技术领域,具体是一种以仙人掌为主要原料的保健饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
仙人掌是一种集观赏及药用价值为一体的植物,食用仙人掌的药用价值早在几千年前就已被人们发现并用于临床治疗,《本草纲目拾遗》中记载其味淡性寒,功能行气活血,清热解毒,消肿止痛,健脾止泻,安神利尿,可内服外用与治疗多种疾病,另外相关资料记载表明仙人掌除用于痢疾、哮喘、胃痛、肠痔泄血外,还可用于肾炎、糖尿病、心悸失眠、动脉硬化、高血压、肥胖症及肝病的辅助治疗等;现代医药研究还发现仙人掌具有降血糖、降血脂,增强人体免疫力等功效。因此,将仙人掌开发研究出一种以仙人掌为主要原料的饮料将对人体日常保健具有极大功效,市场前景广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对仙人掌的药用价值开发一种以仙人掌为主要原料的保健饮料及其制备方法。
本发明的一种以仙人掌为主要原料的保健饮料,由下述重量份原料组成:
仙人掌 200~300 果胶醇 30~50
白砂糖 30~40 柠檬酸 2~3
亚硫酸钠 1~3 乙酸锌 1~3
抗坏血酸 1~2。
所述果胶醇的醇活力单位30000U/g,使用温度为25~55℃,pH值为3.5~6.0。
本发明的一种以仙人掌为主要原料的保健饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选择色泽嫩绿、表皮有光泽、无褶皱、肉厚、成熟度高的仙人掌,去皮去刺后洗净,用0.2%的次氯酸水浸泡消毒,然后用无菌水洗净;
(2)将消毒后的仙人掌叶、茎高温钝化护色后捣碎;
(3)将捣碎后的仙人掌汁、茎及0.02%的抗坏血酸溶液一并通过均质机均质,将仙人掌溶液中的固体颗粒细微化,离心,过滤,收集滤液;
(4)将果胶醇、柠檬酸、白砂糖、乙酸锌、亚硫酸钠调配成混合糖浆后加入步骤(3)收集的滤液中,灭菌,灌装封口,即得。
本发明仙人掌保健饮料酸甜可口,同时保留有仙人掌的清香,可促进人体新陈代谢,提高人体免疫力,对胃炎、结肠炎、糖尿病、高血脂、高血压、胆结石、尿路结石等均有疗效,日常服用可起到保健功效,具有广阔的市场前景。

仙人掌 200~300 果胶醇 30~50
白砂糖 30~40 柠檬酸 2~3
亚硫酸钠 1~3 乙酸锌 1~3
抗坏血酸 1~2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种以仙人掌为主要原料的保健饮料,其特征在于:所述果胶醇的醇活力单位30000U/g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种以仙人掌为主要原料的保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
