发明内容:平卧菊三七制剂是:采用的低热恒温提取法提取其有效成份、从而保持了它的原生态和自身具有的特有功效,再通过提高它的浓缩比使其疗效倍增,经化学成份研究、平卧菊三七主要食用嫩茎叶,经检测,其主要成分如下:氨基酸0.87%,维生素C、11.2mg/100g,蛋白质、1.24%,维生素B1、0.020mg/100g,总糖1.5%,维生素B2、0.088mg/100g,膳食纤维2.40g/100g,绿原酸0.31mg/100g,钙122.1mg/100g,总黄酮0.010%,铁12.4mg/100g,脂肪0.79%,锌0.4mg/100g,水份93.94%;全草的化学成分(参考:期刊2018年11期),方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS等技术进行分离纯化;通过理化性质、核磁、质谱等方法鉴定化合物结构,结果从平卧菊三七乙醇提取物中分离得到了26个化合物,分别鉴定为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(1)、熊果酸(2)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、5-hydroxymaltol(4)、对羟基苯甲酸(5)、4-氨基肉桂酸(6)、(E)-2-hexenylβ-D-glucoside(7)、1-(3-indolyl)-2,3-dihydroxy-propan-1-one(8)、山柰酚-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、3,4,5-三咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(11)、芦丁(12)、橙皮苷(13)、3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid methyl ester(14)、刺梨酸(15)、委陵菜酸(16)、2-methoxy-4-(2-propenyl)-phenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(17)、negletein(18)、没食子酸-3-甲基醚(19)、caesalpiniaphenol D(20)、2,5-二羟基苯甲酸(21)、原儿茶醛(22)、isohematinic acid(23)、icariside B1(24)、dendranthemoside B(25)、4-甲氧基肉桂酸(26)、黄芩苷(27),结论化合物4、6~9、11、13~27为首次从菊三七属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、10和12为首次从平卧菊三七中分离得到;所检验的这些化合物有很多在高温下易于挥发,因此通过长时间的爆晒和高温提取,很多易挥发成份也随水的蒸发而流失,从而使制剂的疗效达不到使用鲜品的效果,公司经长期研化、发明了低热恒温制剂法,解决了平卧菊三七制剂后存在的缺限(疗效相比鲜品减弱),使用平卧菊三七低热恒温制剂法制得的制剂、疗效明显优于其它方法制得的制剂的疗效。
平卧菊三七低热恒温制剂法的流程如下:1、取少量的平卧菊三七鲜茎叶经凉干、消毒、制成精细粉,然后贮藏备用;2、将大量鲜平卧菊三七用大型榨汁机,进行榨汁碎取;3、将榨汁后的平卧三七进行液、渣过滤,让液渣分离(为提高利用率、滤渣可加入适量食用酒精泡上2天左右进行重复过滤),4、将滤液加入第1步所制备的平卧菊三七粉适量、制成液粉混合物(通过加入的制备粉的多少来确定产品浓缩比的比例),然后平布于不锈钢平板上(或盆中)、然后在50度的恒温烤房中进行干燥;5、将干燥品进行粉碎后、用红外线进行杀菌,然后包装、贮存备用。
制备方法一、平卧菊三七低热恒温制剂的制备方法:取平卧菊三七鲜品100kg,严格按照平卧三七低温制剂法的规程,将其制成3kg的浓缩粉,然后用瓶装备用,并命名为堂专家平卧菊三七。
制备方法二、平卧菊三七常用水提<或醇提>法:取平卧菊三七鲜品100Kg,先在日光下晒干、然后打粉,进行多次提取液体、进行浓缩、消毒、制成3kg的浓缩粉,然后用瓶装备用。
对比实验:本公司选用甲组:颈椎病患者10例、腰椎病患者10例,乙型肝炎患者10例、高血压患者10例、高血脂患者10例、咳嗽患者10例;乙组:颈椎病患者10例、腰椎病患者10例,乙型肝炎患者10例、高血压患者10例、高血脂患者10例、咳嗽患者10例:甲组使用平卧菊三七低热恒温制剂法制得制剂(制备方法一、制得的制剂);乙组使用制备方法二制得的制剂,用法与用量等同,每天二次,每次3克,每天进行疗效对比评价,通过一个月的对比试用、发现甲组无论是从疗效、速度、还是从康复率,都明显优于乙组;这种对比实验,在近三年内做过很多次,所得的结果、都是采用平卧菊三七低热恒温制剂法<即制备方法一>制得的制剂的疗效、远超制备方法二制剂的疗效,本公司采用制备方法一制得的堂专家平卧菊三七制剂,治疗风湿骨痛、颈椎病、腰椎病、心脑血管病、中风后遗症、脑萎缩、头痛、头昏、抽筋、乙肝、血吸虫病、高血压、高血脂、高血糖、补钙、感冒、咳嗽、哮喘的病患有数千余例,疗效显著、未出现任何毒副作用。

三、吴xx,男,67岁,52岁时患上哮喘(现有十五年),随着年临的增大、心功能出现异常、腿经常抽筋,近几年来到处求医无好转、因平日活动少、2015年12月引发高血压轻度中风和脑萎缩,病情越来越重,已不能正常步行,2016年1月8日使用按制备方法一(平卧菊三七低热恒温制剂法)制取的(堂专家平卧菊三七)制剂,每日二次、每次3g,第五天病情得到控制,用药6个月后、咳嗽、哮喘基本治愈,能正常行走、生活上能自理,至今身体键康、未复化。

Claims (1)

1.平卧菊三七制剂、其特征是制剂的制备方法分以下流程:1、取少量的平卧菊三七鲜品经凉干、消毒、制成精细粉,然后贮藏备用;2、将大量的平卧菊三七鲜品、用大型榨汁机进行榨汁碎取;3、将榨汁后的平卧三七进行液、渣过滤,让液渣分离(为提高利用率、滤渣可加入适量食用酒精泡上2天左右进行重复过滤);4、将滤液加入第1步所制备的平卧菊三七粉适量(加入的制备粉的多少来确定产品浓缩比的比例)、制成(液、粉)混合物,然后将混合物、平布于不锈钢平板上或盆中、在50度温度的恒温烤房中进行干燥;5、将干燥品进行粉碎精细、用红外线进行杀菌后,进行包装、贮存备用。
